It was a wonderful resort! Everyone was great! I can't get over how friendly the staff was. The room we stayed in was really clean. The room was a one bedroom and had a kitchen and living area. We had a balcony and it was such a nice little view. Being just a literal 10 minute drive was nice. Never had to go through any traffic that was too terrible. Would stay here again.

I loved las palmeras its a great hotel and thanks for putting my wife Denise brendlinger show on her interviewing Wayne Brady she look good woooowww what a woman I saw her on TV at las Palmeras. The food was good I had one bad encounter with bartender he was rude but thanks ladies at the bar for getting Stewart when I was ordering my food. las Palmeras was great they had music, pool, and free wi fi soon as I turned my tablet on my wi fi was connected to las Palmeras and could play my Spotify music. It was so peaceful there they even had the in ground pool open at night. But its also close to trolley and lynx bus so I can go to animal kingdom and magic kingdom with some of my family but I had fun little sore from all the walking around center I think I had the wrong sneaks walking but I did miss my wife Denise brendlinger and the rest of our kids I just had our two girls Renee pollard and keyunna pollard

We had a very nice stay here.

We had a very nice stay here.
The hotel was very clean and aesthetically appealing.
The amenities for the family was also very good. Even though we did not spend much time at the hotel and using the facilities... on that last day we wish we had because the pool was very relaxing and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room.
Our suite was lovely, clean and smelled fresh. I love that there wasn't an ounce of dust anywhere to be seen!!
The bedroom felt cramped, the bathroom was spacious and the livingroom room with pull out couch and dining room and kitchenette were great!!

Las Palmeras has a lot to offer for overnight guests: a wonderful bar, good restaurant, lovely pool, relaxing hot tub - even an activity center and a water slide! It doesn't have a free shuttle to any of the parks. The two-bedroom suites are wonderful and the staff are helpful and friendly. It's a very nice place to stay.

Very nice resort. Across from the convention center.

One problem. On my tour I am not obligated to purchase a timeshare but the two guys had no consideration about my time. I had lunch reservations with my family and the tour went over by two hours.

The pullout bed was very noisy, and uncomfortable. My friend who was sleeping on the king-size bed said it was about as comfortable as the pull-out bed. The bathroom is super echoey so everyone in the unit can hear you pee. The "business center" is only for printing airline or theme park tickets so if you actually need to work you cannot. The view was nice and the staff way friendly.

We decided to stay in the one-bedroom for our anniversary and was not disappointed it was very nice. We even played table tennis and pool in the outside area. Las Palmeras was the first hotel that I have seen with free movie rentals.

This place was wonderful . Staff was very polite and spectacular customer service. Definitely worth and wouldve loved to have spent more time to see all this place had to offer. Saw ping pong, dvd rental box with new titles, Wii game system in lobby, nice outdoor lounge near pool. Room came with mini fridge, microwave and dishes and utensils. Not far from a grocery store and shopping area.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was amazing and always rose up to the occasion to help us. During our stay we especially appreciated a clerk at the lobby named Brad, he was so so lovely and made our stay one to remember for a lifetime.

Had a great time at our stay here, bueatiful hotel and friendly staff. The only slight disappointment we had was the bathroom in our king suite. It was a little small and outdated, with a standard tub/shower combo and a single sink with little to no counter space surrounding it. The bath tub was also a little dirty on the bottom, had some build up around the fixtures, and had some black mildew coming out of bottom of the overflow drain.

I hung out with my family while they rented a room at the hotel. I was very impressed by the building and all of its amenities, my only disappointment lies in how early the bars of the hotel closed. Way too early for us.

Great resort for families! Lots of fun for kids including a huge wrap around pool, splash pad, and water slide open late, too! The bartender outside can make delicious virgin drinks for the kids as well. And the employees that help with the activities are so much fun, especially Kelly, she was a delight to talk with and she showed so much enthusiasm for her work there!

Great rooms, suite are big and nice with patios. Good location to convention center across street and great dining up the road. Overall, great value.

Would have given 5 stars if I hadn't been ripped for $25/day "resort" fee for a hotel that isn't a resort and another $25/day for valet parking (or $18 for parking garage that is a dedicated/onsite/private garage).

But it's Orlando and you are going to bend over for the mouse.

I loved this place because as I entered I knew that spending money in this place was worth it. The atmosphere was very clean with no smell of cigarettes to disturb you. At the reception the service was fantastic as they were willing to offer you good deals mostly based on the the water parks and theme parks around the area.

This hotel had an amazing swimming pool but when storms came your safety was there top priority. They even offered you free movie discs and free chargers at the reception. If your children got bored while checking in or out there was a tv at the reception where you can play on the Wii.

Not all the rooms are the same however I am not certain on this as my family and extended family to the rooms in the corner of the level and they were soooo big as it had a kitchen ,with a dishwasher, microwave and oven, that was only big enough for up to 2-3 adults however there was a sitting room where you can watch tv or use the free movie discs from the reception.

There were two bedrooms which had their own tv and one of the bedrooms was connected to a toilet room while the other wasn't. I was able to plug my PS4 to the tv in my bedroom and with that I was able to play games with a 4k tv!

In case you had clothes in the need of getting washed, each level in the hotel other than the ground level had a room with a washing machine and a drying machine. In your room you should have been given the soap needed for the washing machine and if you run out then you can kindly ask housekeeping for more.

This hotel serves food but I never had the chance to try it and there is a big parking area for the residents in the hotel. This hotel is very fresh and very clean and I don't think I ever saw a speck of dirt anywhere even so the hotel was amazing.

And if you ever want to try it, don't forget to take pictures and post them for others to see.

The service as always was superior! We bought discounted tickets for Universal Studios in the lobby and had wonderful meals both at the pool bar and the lobby bar. Patrick our bartender was the best.

This resort doesnt deserve just a 5 star rating......

This resort doesnt deserve just a 5 star rating... I would hit 5 stars over and over and over again until my thumb fell off. This is going to be a long review but if you want to know what Las Palmeras is like then you need to read it because the staff here renewed my faith in humanity.

My wife and two year son came down a few days before me to meet my mother in law for a week long vacation. The night before I was supposed to come down, my son got his fingers stuck in the glass shower in the slit between the shower and the wall. The door could not be opened without cutting my sons fingers off. My mother in law ran into the hallway and screamed for help and there happened to be a member of the housekeeping crew that heard her. He called for more help and Angel, Pete, Miguel, Juan, and one more man we haven't found out his name yet (management figure it out) came and for almost 15 minutes worked to get his fingers unstuck. My sons fingers turned black and he was behind the glass with no one being able to get to him before they got his hand out. Paramedics came and my son was rushed to the hospital. I arrived about an hour later. Thankfully, no bones were broken and no permanent damage happened. His fingers are a little swollen but hes going to be ok. That's not where it stops though.

This morning the front office dropped off a card, candy, and balloons for my son. Angel, who honestly was my families angel, came by and brought my son a gift and one of the most heartwarming cards I've ever seen and talked with us for about 15 minutes. He said he took the experience home with him and he had to do something for us and had to come by to check on him. Like I said, the entire staff here has renewed my faith in humanity and we could use more people like them in our world. The accomadations are out of this world and the staff went above and beyond to more than likely save my sons fingers. We will be forever grateful for Las Palmeras and its quick acting staff.

Thank you guys so much for everything. I dont think we can ever repay you all.

Was here for time share presentation. It would have been nice to know before arriving that you have to get an access key from the concierge to get into the parking garage. The place is very nice. Not to keen on the sales tactics of the Hilton Grand Vacation.

My recent stay at this property superseded my expectations..from check-in to check-out! I had steered away from Hilton brand for a bit and this is by far the best Hilton property I have ever stayed! The hotel is very well appointed with an excellent restaurant/bar as well as pool area. You even have an option of 2 free Evian's or Starbucks coffee and free unlimited dvd rentals with fantastic selections for adults and children! The rooms(we had 2) were immaculate down to the silverware and glasses that were sparkling clean! The beds were extremely comfortable and several pillows for every type of pillow preference! From the guest check-in/check-out to the fantastic bar staff service was unparalleled! I forgot names, but I hope you look them up under my reservation of who was working..especially the gentleman who waited on us at the bar for wine and to go dinner as well as the man and woman in the morning for coffee! Huge accolades to their going above and beyond in many ways! Staying here you honestly felt at home and that the staff genuinely cares about you and your quality of stay! I will now look for reasons to venture to Orlando and visit this property and enjoy a longer stay!! Cheers to your excellence and I so look forward to another visit in the near future!! Thanks again! :)
PS The only negative would be that we were right across from elevator..a bit tough falling asleep.

Nice room, but you have to drive to anyplace you want to go to. The food at the on-site restaurant was decent, but way over-priced. The restaurant wait staff was very good. The service in the bar left a lot to be desired.

My husband, daughter, and I were there for vacation on a time share. The resort was beautiful. The staff was nice. Then it goes down hill from there. We went to the time share presentation. The supervisor was all but twisting our arms. He tried to degrade us. He made fun of us. My husband is disable and legally blind. The supervisor tried to make him feel less than a man in front of his family because he was trying to explain why the price was not affordable for us. The supervisor was nasty to us. He told us we would never be able to travel like we want to. This man should was awful terrible mo customer service no compassion. I have never left a place feeling so down. It was the worst experience.

Great place to stay and part of the Hilton family hotel chain. The room was great for a family of four. The room provided a nice kitchen, stove, and kitchen-ware. The hotel has some great features and programs for the entire family to enjoy.

I spent three nights here and it was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This resort had quite a few amenities which made our stay pleasant. The pool was opened on the second day of my stay! The only thing that didn't work quite as expected was the DVD rental machine, but otherwise a great visit.
