I can't wait until I make enough money so that I don't need services from the State of Oklahoma.
I like it cause THIER straight forward and understandable, give great answers
Placed on hold TWICE without a warning, and ONCE with a hold on in one single call with a duration of 27 minutes on a hold I never agreed to. Poor customer service!
Can't keep track of funds, tells voters they're too stupid to know what they voted for, sounds like it's time to defund the ok health authority as they are too stupids tot remember who they work for
The lady at the front desk is not the most helpful, however if you have questions about SOONERCARE, MEDICARE OR MEDICAID THIS IS THE CORRECT PLACE TO CALL.
It would be great to be able to actually find a human to ask questions of. I have a billing question and can't seem to find a way to talk to anyone about it. When I didn't have the info they wanted, it literally ended the call with the computerized customer service agent.
From the receptionist to the staff I was met with knowledgeable patient employees who took time to listen to me. They were thorough in the information shared and invited me to call them back if I had any other questions or concerns!
Everyday miracle for me!
Was trying to get hold of a person to ask a question about Soonercare and all I could get was the computer asking questions about things that had no relation to what I wanted to know.
After being told this is a recorded line, the women then argued with me that my notifications are in my email while I am looking at them. Then tells me my child had a gap in coverage but would not tell me the dates and then huffed and hung up on me when I asked again when was the gap. Did not get her name before she hung up. I will be calling and speaking to a supervisor about this woman. Very unprofessional and not smart behavior portrayed on a recorded line.
It is depressing that this institute is one of the main reasons why Oklahoma is one of the top 10 worst states to live in 2020. The state hires ignorant/uneducated employees to try to run facilities to help the public. The state could care less about any issues residing the public's interest! I have personally wrote many letters with valid proof of inconsistencies; trying to get issues resolved. They rarely write back and when they do they completely ignore proof. They make up excuses providing information was not done in a timely manner. Not knowing they never did their job in the first place and they did not document correctly. They make up excuses instead of actually providing help to the public. I have tried calling and NO your customer service is horrible! They owner of this review board is full of it.
The Oklahoma Health Care Authority (OHCA) is a state agency that provides health care services to eligible Oklahomans. The OHCA website serves as a hub for information about the various programs and services offered by the agency.
One of the primary goals of the OHCA is to ensure that all Oklahomans have access to affordable, quality health care. To achieve this goal, the agency administers several programs, including SoonerCare (Oklahoma's Medicaid program), Insure Oklahoma (a program that helps small businesses provide health insurance to their employees), and others.
The OHCA website provides detailed information about each of these programs, including eligibility requirements, application procedures, and benefits. Visitors can also find information about providers who participate in these programs and search for providers in their area.
In addition to providing information about its various programs, the OHCA website also offers resources for individuals who need help navigating the health care system. This includes information on how to choose a doctor or hospital, how to file a complaint or appeal if you are denied coverage or services, and more.
Another important feature of the OHCA website is its focus on promoting healthy lifestyles and disease prevention. The site offers tips on staying healthy through diet and exercise, as well as resources for managing chronic conditions like diabetes or heart disease.
