This is not my favorite of the Hilton resorts in Orlando -- International Drive and Parc Soleil are markedly nicer -- but our stay was still very pleasant and the staff and service were excellent. You have to request maid service in order to get your trash taken out or to have your room cleaned, but otherwise, I am only taking away one star because the property lacks some of the luster of the other Orlando-area Hilton resorts.

Nice hotel. Staff is very nice and they provide prompt service. I had an issue with the sheets on my bed and they took care of everything very quickly. The manager even followed up with me over the phone. Rooms are very nice and clean. Would defintely stay here again.

Spent New Years '17 in one of the Studio suites that apparently have recently been renovated.
THE GOOD: The wood floors gave the room a very homey feel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I'm led to believe the pillows and mattress were made of memory foam or similar type design.
The furniture was also wood to compliment the floors, and the white linens were the additional complimenting factor.
The room was also very spacious and very comfortable for 2 people to share without bumping into each other.
Lastly, though the hotel was completely full, it was very quiet in the room and in the hallways.

THE BAD: The wired Ethernet ports in the room did not work, but there was Wifi (more on that later). The bathroom didn't have a lock (not really a con, but worth mentioning).

GRIPES : Upon checking in, I felt very nickel and dimed. $24 per day for valet parking or $18 per day to park myself. Mandatory $25 per day per room for wifi and amenity fees. Though I guess one may overlook this with the offer of 1 free DVD rental and 1 free medium cup of Starbucks regular coffee (or bottle of water). Plus the usual taxes. Thankfully my booking agent included these fees prior to me booking the room, but another patron was not happy about discovering these additional fees on top of the room rates.

OTHER THINGS: The pool was quite spacious. Large enough to allow for splashing kids on one end, another patron swimming laps in the middle, and a few adult simply relaxing on another end. The jacuzzi was also present. All were quite clean, yet did no wreak or chlorine.
The bartender around the pool was also a pleasant to chat with.
The fitness center is quaint. A few treadmills, elliptical machines, and stationary cycles. It also had free weights and 2 reclinable benches, a larger full body weight machine, and a few other things, and again, very spacious.

The staff were all courteous and friendly, the location was fairly close to the theme parks. The contention center can be seen from the hotel, but it's quite a walk to the front entrance, so consider an Uber or similar service.

In short, I have a few gripes and complaints, but ultimately I did thoroughly enjoy my stay. The room was very clean, the television worked quite well and I was able to flip through about 60-stations. There temperature control inside each individual room, and the view was quite nice eventhough a portion of it consisted of the parking garage. For the price, amenities, location, and experience I feel satisfied ranking it 5/5.

Room was great. Balcony view was great. The only thing that I didn't like is the door between rooms. The connection door allowed all sounds from the other room to come through. I could hear the neighbor every time they spoke even at a normal speaking volume.

Location is little off from the main street. It is close to the convention center. The service was great and the rooms very clean. I am glad that I chose this location. I think the family will like it here.

I attended a vacation presentationat Las Palmeras. While the property was nice and the presentation overall acceptable, our interaction with our presenter was not the greatest. I would recommend looking into this but I hope you get a presenter that will be completely honest with you.

Everything was great. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious. But the thing that got me most excited was the pool area. I'm not a huge fan of pools. It's stressful for a mom of special needs children, but the set up here was so well thought out. Each section has a locking, childproof gate and is surrounded by too high to climb fencing. There's a really cool splash pad in one, a pool in another, and a water slide in another. There's a hot tub that my husband liked but I never got into. There are family friendly activities every day. There's no life guard which is usually a no for me but the way this was set up was ok for me. There's also an activity room with game consoles, pool tables, table tennis, and a load of other things my oldest enjoyed. I'm going to be honest and say, if you come here, there's not a whole lot of reason to leave the hotel.

Had a wonderful time! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pool area is amazing with hot tub, children's play area, and waterslide. There is also an entertainment room, exercise room, and yard for frisbee or other yard games.

First day at this place: they have already charged $430 in fees for parking and amenities which are two cups of coffee OR two bottles of water, free WiFi, local and long distance phone service, all of which would be free at any Days Inn. The staff is surly. I asked for a shower bench, which is listed as available in their guest services book in the room and was told I would have to move to an ADA room to get one. The restaurant downstairs was overpriced and unremarkable. In case you think I am a chronic complainer, I am not. I have simple taste and am usually quite happy with my accommodations. Don t stay here.

Addendum: in the spirit of fairness, I would like to update my post to say that the manager of the hotel has called me and offered to adjust my parking fee and reimburse me for the purchase of a shower bench. I appreciate the eagerness to address my concerns and it speaks well for the attitude of the management.

The rooms were basically little apartments with a full stove, utensils, pots, refrigerator, table with chairs etc. with doors to separate each area. We cooked and had a ball. Play area for kids and adults, pool was amazing. Food is a little pricey so buy and make your own. Loved it!
