Club Las Palmeras Review

It was a good experience staying there, the rooms were nice, decorated nice but simple, it was clean, the staff was very friendly.

The rooms and Parking Lot are kept clean. The rooms are nicely and naturally lit by a window. There are tech games in the lobby.

Staff is very nice. The hotel is very clean. The pool is amazing. My biggest complaint is the pillows. By the end of the night mine is completely flat. The walls do a good job keeping out sound from the other guests.

Modern amenities and obviously recently built. The hardwood floors, well equipped kitchen and laundry basket inside the closet made this property feel more like a nice furnished condo rather than a hotel.

Beautiful space, great view, walls are too thin. Have no problem hearing conversations by people in neighboring rooms while trying to sleep.

Very nice accommodations. Staff was very curtious. Activity coordinator's were absolutely fantastic. Food at the restaurant was definitely 5 . Imentaties were also top notch. Great job to the staff!!

The premises at this location are very quaint. We were specially impressed with the bar service and restaurant. All the Hosts from check in to walking around were all smiles and friendly, made us feel welcomed. The only suggestions we have is 1. The room fire escape maps need to look just as the hallway maps do the color helps understand the path to get out. 2. The elevators seem to take a very long time and possibly a second set somewhere on the premises would help, if possible.

The property and rooms are super nice! I have yet to attend my timeshare briefing, which could affect my rating. But so far so good! They've made it to where you don't have to leave the property if you don't want to, with many planned activities. Wish they had free breakfast though...

I stayed here with my family as we visited Disney s Magic Kingdom. We had two connecting rooms which provided us ample space for our six member family.

It was clean, nice finishes, and the employees were very nice.

Your kids will love the gargantuan pool and sky-high pool slide.

Las Palmeras by Hilton Grant Vacations is a great place to stay with its amazing services and facilities. It has a swimming pool, play area for kids, able tennis and other games and daily scheduled fun activities. We also could rent DVDs for us to watch movies in our rooms. It is located opposite to 2nd largest convention center (the orange county convention center) . Families could stay here to spent vaccation with kids to visit Disney world, universal and other fun places. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Rooms are nice and modern. Customer service was good and the bottled water that comes with resort fee is nice.

The upside of this place it's right next door to the outlet mall. It's quiet as well considering how many rooms are on the property. We only stayed there for a timeshare presentation for another property. Downside is parking is terrible because there is NOT enough. If you come back to your room after 9 expect to park all the way by the front office which is a long walk depending on where your room is. This place is made for older people or tourist who barely leave the property or in by a certain time. The grounds are nice and the staff was as well. But on my dime I wouldn't stay here again due to parking. We came to eat and hang out..... Not necessarily all Disney related and we came on an adult trip. This place is great for families and seniors.

Every thing I've come to expect in a Hilton! I love the amenities, they're attention to detail, cleanliness and choice of location is always close to every thing!

Nice room but pool is currently under construction and that is not mentioned when booking! Restaurant is ok at best. Service is good and everybody is accommodating. $25 resort fee for what? $18 self park, why? Bar closes at 11pm and 10:00am check out, why? Considering this is a Hilton Vacation property I do wonder!!!

Very dirty. A door fell on my daughter because it was broken. The service was also very slow.

Accommodations were modest, but a good value. Very clean and well run. Excellent customer service!

Let s start off with the pros:
- The room was beautiful. It was clean, upgraded, and pretty spacious. There was a door that went out to the patio and it wrapped around in front of the bedroom (we had a one-bedroom.)

- Julianna at the front desk was fantastic. They text you at check in and you ya e the ability to text the front desk if you need things. Very convenient.

Now with the cons:

We received a discount on our stay for attending a vacation club presentation. Antonio who started helping us was great. He was pretty informative without being pushy. Then they brought in Jose.

He was one of the most rudest sales persons I ve ever met. He acted as though we were wasting his time and spoke to us like trash. He has no idea he lost a sale that day. My husband and I had been trying to decide between Hilton and Wyndham vacation clubs. They both have beautiful resorts and the ability to partner with RCI. At the end of the day it comes down to service and that is where Hilton failed. Their pompous salesman is not a representation of what I ever want to be associated with.

There are so many hotels/resorts/vacation rentals out there and I ll spend my money with a company that appreciates and respects its patrons.

Ok the pool was great for the kids. But the room was not ready at 4pm instead I waited two hours which was a total inconvenience considering we drove from Ga. So if you stay here for the presentation and decline the service, your room will Not be serviced. I was told that, you get service once if you stay 5 days or more. The housekeeper had a serious attitude when we asked for trash bags to dump our trash. Also we had to ask for clean linen to make up our own beds. Also don t fall for the presentation, it doesn t add up thats why they over talk and tag team you so pay attention. Be prepared for a $100 deposit also that they don t mention. Even though it s a nice hotel, it s to much we don t do this and that. I feel like they drag us here to not accommodate us properly. I ve never stayed somewhere and my room isn t cleaned. I wouldn t stay here again. If you already paid for it and you have kids go for it but be prepared to clean your own room, the kids will love the pool. And the slide close at 6 pool 11.

Far from Disney, they charge everything but the deal is the maximum

This is our favorite Hilton Property in Orlando due to the amazing staff! Patra in the activity center is amazing! We look for her every August and she makes our stay amazing!

Good rooms and good location just one problem not much to do outdoors except a swimming pool

Food service was excellent, the pool was lovely,. Rooms need area rugs by sofa to make homey. Rooms tastefully done. Seaword owner.

I understand that the hotel will be going under a lot of changes, the hotel it's self wasn't that bad. But what completely disappointed me was the lack of training when it came to a teen vomiting into the pool, as soon as it happened staff was made aware right away, but yet it literally took 20 mins for the staff to finally make the decision of letting everyone else aware of the situation before telling guests to exit the pool so that it is sanitized, mean while everyone is swimming in vomit. Myself and another guest had to stop a lady from going in the pool with her 8 month old son.

Nice and clean with good facilities. The game room is great for kids and teens.

I had a splendid time at the Palmeras I recommend staying here if you have kids and are looking for a place to enjoy your vacation. They have a really cool waterslide and pool area with all kinds of games. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the valet staff!

Friendly and inviting staff. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar are inexpensive and delicious food/drinks. Quiet location even during high season with kids going to theme parks.

Great family timeshare hotel with games by the pool and a slide

We really enjoyed our service until went to a tour of the facility and the corporate tried to get us to join their owning membership. We enjoyed our tour guide but when we politely said that no was not the time to purchase and that we are paying for a wedding the corporate manager got very rude to us. He asked where we were goin on our honeymoon and said it was a dump compared to what Hilton offered. As a engaged woman, why would someone need to say something like that? We were interested in joining after a few years but now I m not sure. I m disappointed in their presentation.

Its good just not like any other HGVC on orland does not have a full kitchen in the 1 bedroom suites

Staying at the Las Palmeras hotel with my family as they called and offered a promotional rate as long as we sat in their selling presentation for the time share. The location is convenient (right across the Orlando Convention). It is clean and safe. The parking garage is not attached to the hotel so it's a tad inconvenient. The staff is helpful. The pool area has a lot of options for the family with a slide and splash pad. Nice time for a couple nights stay near Disney/Universal area

Clean room, nice place, decent price for the restaurant but walls are paper thin. You can hear every conversation your neighbors are having, or acts they are doing.

I am making this review after being here for only 4 hours. I don't normally make reviews. But this hotel is amazing ! It's so clean, the staff is so friendly, helpful, and the rooms are beautiful! I am staying here 2 nights 3 days. I will definitely be back !

5 star all the way.. The location is close to theme parks, lots of activities and restaurants. The rooms are top notch. The staff is very attentive. Love the fact that you can communicate with the front office by text message.

This location has plenty of amenities to offer especially if you're traveling with kids, but Hilton failed at every other aspect. The room request went unfulfilled at check-in. Which was not a big deal, but the room assigned smelled of old smoke. Received a discount for attending a sale presentation just to be disrespected and held longer than the 90 minutes promised. We ordered room service for breakfast which was received inaccurate.

Upon check out my son left items in the room and we were told 1) we could not retrieve the items, 2) to come back at the end of the day after all housekeepers are finished and had time to possibly turn the items in, and 3) maybe our items were never left in the room.

My son was successfully able to retrieve his items from the room (with a security escort) after a 20 minute commotion with the attendant. I called corporate to file a formal complaint to which my messages were left unanswered and not returned.

My family usually stays with the Hilton brand basically on every short trip or vacation, but after this experience we rather take our business elsewhere.

They are extremely accommodating, particularly with the handicap accessibility. The grand vacation package is nice, but it did take a bit longer than expected to go through the program

Haven't even arrived yet and the customer service is already terrible. Our daughter is arriving earlier than we are. We requested that her name be added to the reservation. They charged us $54 to add her name and then took our name off the reservation. We needed our name to remain on the reservation for a scooter delivery. They made it clear that they don't care.

This is a FAMILY vacation, we were accused of attempting to renting the room out. Not family oriented or customer service friendly to consider your customers liars before they even arrive.

I will get my $54 at every opportunity I can to do an owners update. I will let them know upon arrival why I am there and why I would never consider purchasing anything additional from Hilton Grand Vacations Club.

Fantastic place to take the family. Great pool area with a separate kids pool. Highly recommend!

A perfect location for visiting Orlando... close to shopping, close to entertainment for everyone including kids, close to International Drive and fine dining, close enough to the parks and attractions. For family holidays, the kitchenette in the room is brilliant, the staff on the property are amazing and friendly as well as accommodating. Make sure you let them know at check in if you are not interested in the time share sales breakfast (also called owners breakfast) or they will call you to ask if you would like to attend. Once you say no thanks, there is no further pressure. Definitely going to include this hotel in my future Orlando plans when I return with my kids for a Disney Vacation.

Great place to stay. Modern, close to Convention Center. Great pool and pool bar. Large restaurant serving breakfast lunch dinner and late time snacks. About 10 minute ride from Disney.

This place is full of liars, cheap bedding, bad overpriced food and staff who wouldn't care if you were choking to death in the lobby. Spend your money for a better hotel.

Excellent customer service at Las Palmeras. They have an attention to detail second to none. From the valet to the front desk to the in house dining they were all class act. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay. Everything was super well kept, modern and super clean. There were also personal touches from the staff which were very thoughtful. Situated amongst many attractions and restaurants.

Are you kidding me, a resort fee and parking for things I usually get for free being a diamond member. I stay over 100 nights a year at Hilton properties, this will not happen again. This place is not any better than any other property but they charge you as if it is. Do not stay here.

Definitely family friendly and upbeat. The premises was clean and always flowing. The staff was kind and quick witted in most cases, some lacked empathy and wholeheartedness while others flattered their quest. Please test the waters on your own. My family enjoyed our visit. Games rooms and activities throughout the entire 4 days.

Very nice hotel. Really central to Universal Studios, Top Golf. Andretti and Icon Park. . Literally down the street.

Great place to stay. It is an older hotel so deciliter should are a bit old, but the servers was great, as well as the food. All breakfast food were super delicious, and the ceaser salad. The stake was overlooked though, so I wouldn t recommend. In general, I loved my stay there.

I was there last weekend and the hotel look exactly like the pictures. Due to the COVID 19 they offered mask, sanitizer and wipes. Customer service was very professional very welcoming and answered every question I had with no hesitation. Everything was clean and quite the rooms are AMAZING I had no problems at all I ENJOYED MY stay and I will be back very soon...!!!!!
