I have had my heart set on an M3 for years. Finally I took the next step and pursued this adventure to compare but to hopefully bring home my M3. I went to multiple locations to check out vehicles that could potentially compare to the M3.

Mercedes-Benz of Freehold- The ultimate worst experience I have encountered in buying a vehicle in the last 10 years. This is the only dealership that is worth noting on this review to discredit, because it was that awful. Experience to Customer Service.... simply awful.

Circle BMW- Research Danny Wong M Specialist Senior Sales... This is the guy I need to speak to. A simple inquiry on their web site followed a phone call from E Commerce Sales who put me in touch with the Specialist for M... Danny Wong in less than an hour.

I have to say over the years of purchasing vehicles this is the one I spent the most time on; with that said the knowledge, Experience and Customer Service I received from Danny and the whole entire team at Circle BMW that put forth their efforts to make me feel comfortable and satisfied will keep me coming back forever!

This is my first BMW ever. After a thorough research I decided to go for the 2017 X1 very happy with the leasing experience. My sales man Paul was nice attentive listened to my needs no pressures just a pleasant leasing experience, he took care if all the paperwork and subscription etc. The car was ready when promised. I recomnend this dealership and my sales man Paul highly.

Bought a certified Bmw from here ... the car was smoked in which was not disclosed and rather hidden until the day after i brought it home .. it reakes heavily of smoke .. they then told me they would pay for an ozone or ionizing treatment .. it is 3 months later and I'm still awaiting my reimbursement and no one calls me back .. next step is to talk to Bmw Usa

We love circle bmw. We bought 2 preowned bmws in 3 months. Minor issues on both cars which were resolved without a hitch. Robert the service advisor is awesome. I love my car. We will come back over and over to circle. We DID look at a few from Freehold BMW but they aren't as warm... and the deals aren't as good.

Kinda late af but I finally purchased a vehicle! I was supposed to buy a car from Circle BMW back in April but they changed the car's price when I got there. But anyways I just want to thank Circle BMW for making me not purchase their 5 series otherwise I wouldn't have been able save up more money and obtain a good deal on a CPO 2014 S4 at the Audi dealership across from them :) . I really had an excellent experience with Circle BMW, and I wasn't even buying a Beemer! They had a pre-owned Toyota Tacoma, and from the moment I found it online, they were responsive and helpful. I was a first time car buyer, but felt like I was in good hands. Anthony Gagliardi was great to work with. He made the entire process easy and straightforward. Going in, I was already set on a car which I was planning on driving away in... little did I know, that car was not meant for me. Coming here at Circle BMW was the best experience I ve had since purchasing my first Bmw ever but at a different dealership that was a horrible experience ever....First off the other dealer where I bought my 2012 BMW X5 50i did something to my truck after I said I want it....it had so many problems didn t run the same when I test drove it parts missing and covers off laying in my trunk area....horrible....my truck hasn t been the same....mileage adding on my truck going back and forth to this dealership to fix the issues and still couldn t fix it the problem and was taken for a ride from them lying to me about the truck was fixed and it wasn t....I overlooked at Everything they did and Everytime I checked there work it was done with no heart and not being professional about working for a high end dealership....I complained over and over to the the General and asked to get a call back waited a whole week nothing it took 2 weeks to get a call back...well nothing was accomplished for the fixes but I got a whole year of a platinum warranty from bmw or 100,000 miles...Came over here to Circle BMW sat down with Timothy service writer explaining everything that is happening with my truck...got a call the next day saying they went over the truck and that I needed a new motor,lines,turbo etc etc ...I couldn t believe this truck had so many things wrong with it and the other dealership couldn t null it out like Circle did for me...Got my truck back detected a missfire before I left...Timothy noticed the miss and gave it back to the tech...They diagnosed as a number 3 miss due to a faulty injector,they gave me the loaner back and replaced the injector....picked up the truck the next day truck was purring like a kitten and all my issues where taken care of and plus....Very happy I came here and would recommend anybody that owns a BMW to come here because here at Circle is family friendly and most of all they are professional and proud of working on BMW .....This is my BMW family now,people are so very nice and they welcome you with a smile....PS if you want to know which dealership did this harm to me text me and I will tell you so you or your friends won t go there....

Unfortunately, I can not rate Circle BMW of Eatontown less than 1 star. I am extremely disappointed in their services. I have been utilizing Circle BMW for over 10 years, I trusted them with my FIRST car as a teenager and since then, I always went back. However, once I stopped leasing and turned to owning my own BMW... THEY COMPLETED SCAMMED ME. I purchased a certified pre owned car and within 6.5 months I had to purchase 4 new breaks, 4 rot and 2 sensors for my ultimate driving machine that was only 3.5 years old (with less than 45,000 miles). When I called to try and understand how they could sell a car knowing this, they told me they would "look into it and get back to me.." 6 days and $1,200 later I am still waiting for them to get back to me. From a buyer standpoint, I should have been smarter, however, when you grow to trust a company you do not think about the unethical components. I am writing this post to make future buyers aware of this. CHECK, CHECK, and double check your vehicle before driving it off their lot. I recommended Circle BMW to everyone prior to this experience. Now, I will never recommend anyone to their services. I am extremely disappointed and wish I never gave them my business.

5 Stars. I went to test drive the 435i xDrive, and met Danny, the M Specialist, on the showroom floor. Danny is extremely knowledgeable about cars, particularly performance cars. He treated me with the utmost respect, and had, Kellie, a "Genius", take me out for a test drive. She was particularly knowledgeable about all the features of the car, and showed me things I would never figure out on my own. Once Danny and I sat down afterwards, he was very straight forward. He informed me about his background with cars, dealers, and even his family; he made it feel as though we had been long-time friends. The buying experience was pleasant and actually quite fun, compared to the high pressure sales tactics I've been accustomed to by other dealerships. Danny helped me get a great price on the vehicle, was very easy to get in touch with, and had me leaving the dealership with a smile. If you are looking at a BMW, go to Circle BMW and ask for Danny Wong. You won't regret it!

Got myself a pre-owned Jeep wrangler and it was my first car buying experience. Frank Vitolo was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience easy for me. He also went above and beyond when the previous owner of the car gave him trouble about the back seat that he had kept for himself, and Frank went early in the morning to get it to make sure it was there when I arrived.

While driving home from work the other day my car started hesitating and the check engine light came on. I panicked and called the service Department. Without hesitation I was told to bring the car in. As I was an hour away I was hoping I would make it. After making it to the dealership Ray alleviated my concerns and said they'd take care of it. Ray told me he'd call me the following day with an update. The ladies at the service counter were already working on my loaner when I walked up. I was then escorted to my loaner for the trip home. To his word Ray called me mid morning the following day to inform me the issue had been identified and repaired and that my car was ready for pickup. Later that afternoon I went to the dealership to pickup my car. The pickup process was fast and painless. Besides the repair being done my car was cleaned inside and out. My car settings, seat, mirrors, radio, etc were exactly where I had them. I have total confidence and would have no hesitation in recommending the Service Department or any department at Circle BMW. I look forward to going back for service when the need arises.

from the moment I got there the guy that told me to go around the kiosk had a little bit of an attitude, I thought maybe he was having a bad day but the next day after $1,120 worth of repairs to my car, someone was supposed to pick me up, after 4 hours and 5 phone calls I had to take a taxi to pick up my car... lousy service. I rather stay with MB.

We purchased a 3 series this weekend and had a terrific experience working with Robert Cavalieri and Barry Lamb. The transaction was quick, efficient and pleasurable. No pressure, but rather, good common sense in dealing with my situation. Right down to the big red bow! John McLaughlin provided quick, friendly service in the financial area, and Brian Valentine led us through the bells and whistles with an ability to explain all of that simply so we know the vehicle well. This is an excellent dealership. It's our 4th vehicle from Circle and won't be our last.

First off we did a one way rental car and traveled from Pennsylvania to Circle Motorsport in Eatontown, New Jersey that was a 3 1/2 hour drive for my husband and me. So we had high expectations buying a 2010 BMW 528i xDrive , sight unseen, only to rely on photos and descriptions from the salesman John Marchette . John was GREAT to deal with, good communication and he sent additional info like the carfax free of charge. When we got to Circle BMW we were amazed at the size of the dealership ! What a large selection of New and Used BMW's. My husband commented " Now this is a real BMW dealership ! " It was BMW eye candy as far as you could see. We were in awl of the inside of Circle Motorsport, they had a fully restored 1958 BMW Isetta (which my husband would love to own one day)and in addition to the Isetta they had an awesome wallpaper border depicting BMW through the years through out the show room. We were greeted by a friendly face and taken to meet John Marchette (finally a face to put to the voice on the phone) John was just as nice and helpful as he was on the phone and emails.John started the paperwork and got the ball rolling on the process of buying our "new" used BMW.John handed us over to the wonderful and informative Brian Valentine. Brian escorted us outside to see our new baby. Wow I Loved her immediately, she sparkled liked a 2013 instead of 2010 and she was in pristine condition just like John stated on the phone. I insisted that the car be from a non-smoker and no dents or dings and John was totally honest( you know what they say about salesman, not this guy John was straight with us about the condition of the car.) Brian Valentine( now this guy should get employee of the year) he is the most versed guy on ALL gadgets and gizmos on a car! Brian demonstrated and answered all my questions and even set up my bluetooth and radio stations and I didn't even have to ask! Brian didn't rush us either, he gave us all the time we needed to feel comfortable about the car and just how everything worked. Needless to say I never got service like that in all the years I've bought new or used cars. Service like that is just unheard of now a days so you can see why I was so impressed. Next we got to deal with the finance guy Rodney Duran. Rodney got all the paperwork together that we really didn't have to do anything but sign a few papers. Rodney took care of the paperwork to pay the Pennsylvania sales taxes and even notified our insurance company that we had purchased our car! How easy that was! Next we got to meet the General Manager Sal (Salvatore) Gerbino, he came over to talk to us as we took a photo of the Isetta (the car my husband would so love to own)and he wanted to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our purchase and the whole process before we left. Imagine that a General Manager taking time to chat with a customer.Sal even helped us with directions and places to dine before we left Eatontown,NJ. Service advisor Paul Starnes is AMAZING! Always extremely professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring whenever I need service or have questions. My cpo 328xi bmw I bought from circle is starting to get higher in mileage and I tend to worry with higher mileage expensive German vehicles however Paul helped give me great recommendations and service/ advice to keep my vehicle running perfect. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients to ensure a true top notch experience! The absolute best service and a true asset to the company!!

I had the most pleasant experience with Michael Lorzing. This started well over a month ago when me and my wife were shopping around for a SUV. We started at the Audi dealership across the street but did not feel the customer service was all that great. So we decided to go over to circle bmw we were just going to look around. Mike saw us speaking to one of the a gentleman who details the cars there that we knew and he pulled up an asked us if we needed help. At that point we said sure he invited us in the dealership and started asking us questions about what type of vehicle we were interested in we saw the X3 and fell in love with the look of it he had us get in and went over all the features never once pressuring us for the sale. The sticker price was a little high so after about 45mins we told him we would go home and mull it over. For the next 2 weeks we went to 2 more dealerships Cadillac and Lexus at that time one of the other dealerships with the same sticker price said he could get us in for about 4500 dollars less. So knowing how my wife really loved the bmw I contacted Mike an asked him if there was anything that they could do to get us in about the same price range. I went back in sat down with Mike an had the X3 built for us So that would meet the price range as the other SUV. He said it would take about 3 weeks and he was dead on. Today we picked it up and it is absolutely gorgeous. I am also a owner of a Mercedes Benz and never gave it a second thought about switching over to BMW but he just made me reconsider if I ever get rid of my car where my next purchase will be. 5 Stars Michael you made this purchase for us a whole lot of fun. Thank you for not being a pushy salesman but a gentleman who allowed us to take our time without feeling like we were wasting yours.

I have worked with Bryan Rainken numerous times. Every time he is extremely professional and has a sense of both urgency and the ability to explain what is being done or has been done to my vehicle. I highly recommend him at Circle BMW of Eatontown.

So, once again, we purchased another vehicle from circle bmw within a month from our last purchase here. We were met with the same courteous staff, awesome salesman, Michael Lorzing, Handsome Antonio from finance and this time we were even introduced to the General Manager, Larry. We cannot express our sincerest thanks for an awarding car buying experience, not once, but twice . Larry puts a lot of effort into making his customers feel comfortable with his focus on customer satisfaction. If we could give you all 6 stars, we would, because each one of you have earned them.

Really nice dealership no rush no worries Caroline helped me with a effortless process and Antonio was really nice to talk to as far as financial assistance. Very clean layout for sure still in the process of looking for a Bmw hopefully be blessed to get one.

They tried to charge me over $600 to fix an oil leak. I took it to my local mechanic to get it fixed at a reasonable rate and he told me that there were no oil leaks. He also sold me 4 new tires for about 1/2 the price that Circle quoted me. Gouging is one thing but outright dishonesty is unforgivable. I bought 3 cars from them and this how how they treat their good customers?????

We purchased a preowned BMW 328i from circle about 20 days ago. Robert E. on the used car lot is awesome. No haggling. He actually made us feel like we knew him already. Such a warm down to earth person. We picked the car up and noticed it had a warning light on. We also noticed that one of the headlights was pointed down. We were told to drop it back off for service. We were given a loaner car and left the car there for about 3 days. They had replaced the whole headlight assembly. The warning light was on for a windshield washer leak. They replaced a sprayer on the right side headlight. We took it home again and the next day the light was back on. All the fluid leaked out again. We dropped the car off again and they replaced the sprayer on the other side. Everything was at no charge. Robert the service manager was very professional. Responded to all of our issues. Took and returned all phone calls we made to him. 4 stars for excellent people and service. Minus 1 star because these small issues should have been fixed before the car was put up for sale. All around, we are satisfied. I would buy another car from there again. We just may in a few months.

I checked the prices online for the car I wanted and no place in my area came close to the price. So I took the drive from Philadelphia to check out the car and was not disappointed. The car was in great condition and I received a no hassle experience from Anthony Gagliardi. I would highly recommend this dealership. They were busy when I was there but still managed to provide me first class service.
