We purchased a preowned BMW 328i from circle about 20 days ago. Robert E. on the used car lot is awesome. No haggling. He actually made us feel like we knew him already. Such a warm down to earth person. We picked the car up and noticed it had a warning light on. We also noticed that one of the headlights was pointed down. We were told to drop it back off for service. We were given a loaner car and left the car there for about 3 days. They had replaced the whole headlight assembly. The warning light was on for a windshield washer leak. They replaced a sprayer on the right side headlight. We took it home again and the next day the light was back on. All the fluid leaked out again. We dropped the car off again and they replaced the sprayer on the other side. Everything was at no charge. Robert the service manager was very professional. Responded to all of our issues. Took and returned all phone calls we made to him. 4 stars for excellent people and service. Minus 1 star because these small issues should have been fixed before the car was put up for sale. All around, we are satisfied. I would buy another car from there again. We just may in a few months.
