Unfortunately, I can not rate Circle BMW of Eatont...

Unfortunately, I can not rate Circle BMW of Eatontown less than 1 star. I am extremely disappointed in their services. I have been utilizing Circle BMW for over 10 years, I trusted them with my FIRST car as a teenager and since then, I always went back. However, once I stopped leasing and turned to owning my own BMW... THEY COMPLETED SCAMMED ME. I purchased a certified pre owned car and within 6.5 months I had to purchase 4 new breaks, 4 rot and 2 sensors for my ultimate driving machine that was only 3.5 years old (with less than 45,000 miles). When I called to try and understand how they could sell a car knowing this, they told me they would "look into it and get back to me.." 6 days and $1,200 later I am still waiting for them to get back to me. From a buyer standpoint, I should have been smarter, however, when you grow to trust a company you do not think about the unethical components. I am writing this post to make future buyers aware of this. CHECK, CHECK, and double check your vehicle before driving it off their lot. I recommended Circle BMW to everyone prior to this experience. Now, I will never recommend anyone to their services. I am extremely disappointed and wish I never gave them my business.
