We needed a car for our daughter. We found a pre-owned 328i for a price we could manage. Our salesperson was not pushy, very professional and easy to talk to. He took the stress out of the process.
When we came to pick up the car, everyone, from the people at the desk to the person handling the desk to the specialist who explained the car to our daughter, all were courteous, attentive and helpful.
