I scheduled a appointment with Cliff Neubart over the phone. When I arrived he had preselected a number of cars from what I described to him from our phone conversation. We looked at the different cars and I was easily able to make my pick. This was accomplished quickly. I then left the dealership grabbed lunch and returned where I met with the financial dept and completed the deal within 30 mins. Overall a great experience.
