This is my first BMW. The sales associate (Louis) made me feel comfortable during the purchase process. He was very profesdional, friendly, and accommodating. My highest marks for him. The dealership in general has an up scale feel to it. I enjoyed my time there. Everyone that I had to deal with was polite and friendly. I would go back there for service and future purchases.
