I had a wonderful experience at Circle BMW & working with Cliff Neubart on turning in my lease and getting a new car. He was knowledgeable, kind, funny, and worked so hard to find me a car that worked in my price range.
As other reviews have mentioned, do go see Cliff if you re in the market for a BMW. It was a pleasure working with him.
This is my second lease from Circle BMW.
Cliff Neubart went out of his way to find the right car for me at a price that was in my budget. Another beautiful 4 series, this one with all the new bells and whistles they offer. Cliff was very kind and warm and also very calming to me and I am so glad that Cliff was there to advise me. He was great & I am very glad he worked with me. I know Cliff went out of his way to make this work for me and I am thankful. Two thumbs up!

Antonio, who is now in the finance department, was also wonderful and treated me like family as well. He took what could be a nerve wracking experience and made it quick and painless. Antonio sold me my previous BMW and he is just as wonderful in finance as he was in sales. He made this a great transaction as well.

Dave Laconte was the gentleman who demonstrated all of the car s features & electronics and he taught me many things I likely never would have figured out on my own. He too was patient and calm and extremely knowledgeable about the car and its many systems. If I had a question he didn t know the answer to, he made sure to find out for me. The service and attention to detail was impressive. He even found a pair of sunglasses in a compartment I d forgotten existed on my old car and made sure I had them. Same for other personal items I d left in the car by mistake. It was a very nice touch!

I was very well taken care of by all of the people I encountered at this store and I am thankful I came back to get my new car here. Many thanks, everyone! I m sure I ll be back!
