Terrible! Went to purchase a car. I was not made to feel very welcome and they did not try very hard for my business. They gave me a price and did little to work with me, I was there less than an hour. I went to freehold BMW who gave me the same car for a great price. Don t waste your time at Circle.

You re absolutely right I did forget to mention I was attempting to trade in a lease with over a year worth of payments. You know what your company failed to do? Apologize for for making me feel unwelcomed or inclined to purchase a car. I honestly could have made it work but felt as if I never wanted to return to that dealer. I m a loyal car buyer and very vocal about a bad experience. A better business model would be to apologize rather than offer a rebuttal to an unsatisfied customer. Another dealer gave me a similar price but in the end I really felt they tried their hardest to give me the best price, something your company failed to do.
