I've been a happy BMW owner for many years now. I wanted to say that a lot of that loyalty is because my Service Manager is Robert Heydorn. I have never met a more honest Service Manager at any dealership I've ever been to in my 27 years of driving. He provides detailed explanations of what is happening at the moment with my vehicle and what could potentially happen if I wait to get certain items fixed. He educates the customer and let's the customer decide how/if to address the car's problem. Not pushy at all. He goes above and beyond to make sure EACH time I enter the service department, it's like the first time I've ever been there and I feel like a true VIP 7 series owner. Thank you Rob and my 7 thanks you!
