I had a wonderful experience at CJDR! My salesman, Rudy C was exceptional. He worked with me to find the right vehicle at the right price for my situation. He was able to answer all of my questions and was very honest. He didn't make me feel pressured into a purchase and gave me all the time I needed to make a decision. I have been a customer of Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 for many years and my service adviser is, Laura S. I was onsite this morning for an oil change and tire rotation, 7:30 am appointment. I worked with Allan and found the Jeep Grand Cherokee of my dreams! Allan was a great salesman. He listened to all of my wants and needs and was not pushy whatsoever and offered thoughtful advice and recommendations. He made sure that I was happy and offered me an amazing deal that I could not turn down! I visited two other local Jeep dealers prior to this and did not have the same experience and was not offered a deal like the one Allan and his team offered me. Put a deposit down on a truck but found a better deal at Good Brothers Ram in Weymouth. They gave me the run around on giving me my money back. When i put it down they told me i can be refunded at anytime... ends up just not on the weekends and only 9am-5pm durning the week. Go to Good Brothers in Weymouth over this place!!

Chrysler Jeep 24 has the most competitive prices in New England. I spent 2 + months looking for a used Jeep Wrangler on the internet and I keep coming back to the Jeep 24.
The internet experience was great and the follow up was even better when I arrived at the dealership. I work with Beethoven and his manger Chris. They knew what I was looking for, my price range and they did not pressure me at all. I did not buy on my first visit and went to several other local dealers that did not seem to want my business. Three weeks later they had some new Jeeps on the lot so I went back, looked up and down the Jeep I wanted, took it for a really good test drive and came back and said I wanted it, but it was way over my budget. Well , to make a long story short within 10 minutes we cut a deal without haggling. I pointed out some minor issues with the Jeep and they agreed to fix it all. When I picked it up a week later all my paper work was done, all the little issues I needed fixed where taken care of and I was out of Beethoven s office in 20 minutes.
Great buying experience, would highly recommend them to anyone. They have earned my trust and I will be getting my service done at this dealership.

About a month ago i was in the market for a new vehicle. I was unsure on where to go and who to approach, i was able to do some research on vehicles i was interested in which led me to the Chrysler Jeep 24 Dealership in Brockton. I met my sales consultant Travis Z, who was an absolute gem. He went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of in every way possible, starting with our first conversation (and even stayed late on TWO different occasions to help me personally drop and pick up my car at a specialist where i found for different rims). Long story short, Travis was able to completely help me find, purchase and drive away with the car (that i ended up falling in love with) and could not have been more pleased.
*Believe it or not it did not end there, about two months later i was involved in my first car accident in over twenty years, i reached back out to Travis (who i was just calling to update him with the news). Travis went on do some research and discovered that he was able to locate me my exact same car, model, year and even mileage! I understand i was very lucky but without the help, support and love from my sales consultant Travis this would never have been possible. I would recommend Travis to anyone in the market looking for a vehicle, i guarantee you will not be disappointed!!!

when i went to chrysler jeep 24 I was greeted by a salesman by the name of Beethoven. I wasn't to sure on exactly what I was looking for other than I knew I wanted a Dodge. Beethoven was very helpful in explaining the avenger and the dart and the benefits I could get from both vehicles. I'm still undecided on which one I want but when I do decide I will be calling Beethoven.

Went in today for an oil change, everyone here is always so nice, I m glad I purchased and service my vehicle here. While waiting today Dan asked if I would mind doing a vehicle service report, Dan was very pleasant and knowledgeable, he s a great asset to the service department. :)

Just traded my lease in for the first time and worked with my original dealer Jerry. Fun and easy experience from start to finish. Jerry worked with me to get the features I wanted and the payment plan I budgeted for. Definitely worth driving by those other dealerships to work with the people at this location.

Service center is where I went so this is not about the dealership. Service was top notch, services completed in a timely matter. All the service advisors are top notch.

When I talked to an "advisor" over the phone, they had never heard of a runner control part for a Jeep Patriot. I was also told they will not do a car computer reflash without a full diagnosis. I am not sure why they can't, other then to generate more revenue. What if it was a false positive or someone wanted to replace the runner control themselves? When I asked if someone else, besides the dealership, could reflash the computer, I could not get a yes or no answer. I was only told that "someone could, but I don't know who." They finished the call without offering any more help. They simply went back to their dealership "script" that they would not reflash a car computer without a full diagnosis. I have tried to change my general view of expecting little to no customer service from car dealerships. I have also experienced excellent customer service from other dealerships. However this is not one of them. Hopefully they will see this review and make the necessary adjustments.

I came into Chrysler Jeep and brought a 06 Jeep Commander overall I am pleased with my experience I had with Lj he answered all my questions and was very polite he even came in on his day off to make sure everything was allset with my new car if you go into Chrysler Jeep I highly recommend you ask for Lj.

I made an appointment for service to my truck. I got there and they said I don't have an appointment. When you call it goes to Rhode Island and they didn't tell brockton 24 about the appointment. Not a good way to do business.

Apparently if you come to this dealership with your own financing they do not want to do business with you.

I came in with a rate given to me by USAA that they stated they could match or beat. I gave them the opportunity ,they could not beat the rate I had.

I have not heard from them since, I have never dealt with a car dealership that was not motivated to sell a car. I hope this is not how they treat all their military veterans who come in with a loan from USAA. Very disappointed in how things happened there. Down deposit in pocket financing in hand and still no deal. Very frustrating.

Purchasing a car can be a very stressful time, and yet my husband and I have to admit it was one of the most enjoyable experience ever. Our salesman, Allan Jean-Baptiste is a wonderful salesman, as well as an overall awesome person. His laid back and gentle manner really made us very receptive to working with him., without any unnecessary pressure. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and all without being pushy and aggressive. Allan was with us from the moment we walked onto the lot, until we drove away with our new vehicle. We will definitely tell all of our friends and family to go and see Allan......and we will most certainly

The people at CJDR24 were easy to deal with and made the buying experience completely painless. A 10.

Took them 6 day to get me my registration and another 2 weeks to process a refund on an overpayment. Waited an hour and a half in their waiting room past the time of my delivery appointment to pick up my new vehicle. I am convinced the GM does not exist. No response to multiple contacts and apparently no one has voicemail. By far the worst new car buying experience I've ever had. No one does their job unless you constantly call and ask. I'm guessing they are understaffed, at least that's what I hope it is!

In all our car buying experiences we have never had a better one than at CJDR24. We knew exactly where we wanted to be for a monthly payment on a Jeep Grand Cherokee and Chris worked with us to make it happen. We had looked at a few other dealers and the sales teams and customer service could not match what we received at CJDR24. LJ and Chris made the purchase so easy and a very pleasant experience. I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle that I had found on their website. I made an appointment and as soon as I arrived I was introduced to Travis who quickly retrieved the vehicle. We took it for a test drive and then I was allowed to bring it to my mechanic to be inspected. By the end of the day I was signing the purchase agreement and making arrangements for pickup. Travis was extremely professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I will be the first to admit that I am not usually a fan of cars salesman and their pushy antics. Travis was not your stereotypical salesman. Sure, he wanted to make a sale but I never felt pressured at all and would highly recommend him to anyone on the hunt for a new car.

Customer service isn t Jeep 24 s strong suit and it seemed like it was everyone s first day anytime I asked a question. When it was finally delivered my Jeep didn t even come with a user s manual. The price I paid is the only redeeming factor of the experience, and I d probably have paid a thousand or two more for a less painful experience. Price isn t everything, live and learn.

First I checked online multiple sites.When I tried CJDR24 I was able to get pre-approval, Also I checked their inventory and found the vehicle of my choice. I went with my drivers license, proof of income, my credit score and the loan number of the vehicle I was trading in. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by Mr Rappoport. We discussed my choice, how much each month I was able to afford. He did not attempt to sell me anything else and was able to get me into the vehicle of my choice in one day! All staff were friendly, pleasant and professional. I would recommend this dealership to all looking for a fair deal. Kudos to the financial department. They included the Ma sticker and first oil change is complimentary. Great experience!!

Rudy was my salesman. He and his sales manager Jake were phenomenal! I was a tricky case financially and having been told by several other dealers that they couldn't help me, Jake promised me he'd make it work and stayed true to his word, going above and beyond to help secure me a brand new Dart for the price I needed. The finance guy was a little pushy which only slightly hindered my experience, but I would hands down recommend these guys!

I went to the dealer to buy a car the salesman was really good providing me with the best service but when it comes to the finance guy he was a con man by adding $4000 more to a deal that was already close with the salesman. The outrageous part was when I came to his office to discuss the issue he walked out from the room and left me by myself. I talked to a manager about my experience and despite everything the salesman ( Damon M.) is a gentleman with integrity. He didn t change his words a bit. I was really upset by the finance guy action and the manager told me they will take the money off. The management team told me they will take control of everything in two weeks and FINALLY after 2 months they took the money of The loan. Before signing for a car make sure you understand everything and take pictures of everything that was discussed that what save me in this situation. The finance guy try to manipulate me by adding unnecessary features to the car and he would have a better commission. Everyone look for their own advantage in a deal and I think I wasn t satisfied enough

I dropped my 2011 200s on 7/26, my converible wouldnt go up, Chuck reaaly helped, they nneeded to order parts, i spoke to them on 7/28 and needed something else, they told me they ordered it critical and would try to get it next day but werent, i then asked about a rental for the weekend an Laura said come on 7/29 at noon and she would give me a loaner free of charge, when i went to get the rental to my surprise as well as Laura's the technician was standing there with the keys and the car was finished approximately 3 days to a week ahead of what they told me.
They are the greatest and would recommend any one to 24 CJDR.

Travis helped arrange delivery of the car to my home state (buying a car out of state can be a bit of a hassle but Travis made the process seamless !!). Customer service is terrible. Majority of the team is most certainly condescending. For what reason, I have no idea. Think twice before you come here, I was ripped off. Chances are you will be to. They also gave me a restraining order and the girl who did it had no ties with any of the vehicle disputes. I showed up to court and she didn't. I could've countersued her but that isn't my character. I was also attacked on Facebook and till this day I have receipts of the young lady calling me uneducated,

As a first time car buyer, Jerome made it super easy & stress free. I told him the type of truck I had been looking at & he presented me my options. I chose the truck, Blake helped with the financing part, which was also stress free, & in no time the paperwork was complete. There were a few things that needed to be tidied up on the truck before I could take it home but they provided me with a rental until that was done. They were so accommodating & thoughtful! Jerome kept in touch from the time the paperwork was complete until I was able to take the truck home which was about 1 week. His communication & customer service was like no other.

I wouldn't do business there at all if I were you. All the managers will do is back you into a corner and will hound you. I noticed when i got my new chrysler that the sticker price went up significantly from 27k to around 32k. Five grand is a lot of money and not something you can just throw away. I traded in my Eclipse towards this and its been over a month and im still getting notices from the bank saying i havent paid for the eclipse. They will make you continue paying for your old vehicle and your new one. You will not get to the payment you want and you will be treated like dirt while you are there. Stay clear of this place at all costs!

I was shopping for a Jeep Wrangler.The dealership was not really ready to negotiate so I purchased the car at another dealer for far less then the bottom price offered at this dealership. The criticism I would offer is that the sales manager take the tact that the Wrangler is the greatest car ever made and they really don't need to negotiate the price. By taking this approach they lost a sale.

I went to this dealership because of a enternet promotion and was referred to Chrysler Jeep dodge 24. I had the advertised special, plus a trade and a small down payment, I was very happy they had the vehicle I was looking for while I m single, retirement age and on a fixed income and had been looking for 2 years. I thought everything was going well until I got home and when I put the computer stick in to look at all my paperwork the figures had all changed and charged another 2000$ plus charged 500$ For theif activation which is free and I refused to add more warranty coverage and he became a little agitated I won t take, I also noted all the deliver fees were added in. I also was told I could take the vehicle that night, it was ready we re it was an internet promotion and they were aware I was coming in and got the vehicle ready. I also was hit with 4 hard copy credit checks which made no sense, I have excellent credit, and I wanted a 60 month payment and only to find out I have a 75 month payment. I returned on Monday 10/29/2018 to speak with the saleswoman and told her about the added moneys where I had to pick up the registration for the new vehicle. She approached the sales counter and I her heard her say she feels he was cheated. She returned and said the sales manager Freddie would talk to me. So he brought me into a room and showed me his documents say the dealership was only making 500$ on the vehicle, wasn t willing to discuss my paperwork. I see that another customer on the same weekend also had a similar problem. Of course they told me I would be getting a survey, which I still have not received. So a 1 star is it!! Also they want me to rate them a 10, absolutely not, if this was them or their mother, would they be upset? YES! If you do business here or have done business here please check your paperwork carefully.
