I went to this dealership because of a enternet promotion and was referred to Chrysler Jeep dodge 24. I had the advertised special, plus a trade and a small down payment, I was very happy they had the vehicle I was looking for while I m single, retirement age and on a fixed income and had been looking for 2 years. I thought everything was going well until I got home and when I put the computer stick in to look at all my paperwork the figures had all changed and charged another 2000$ plus charged 500$ For theif activation which is free and I refused to add more warranty coverage and he became a little agitated I won t take, I also noted all the deliver fees were added in. I also was told I could take the vehicle that night, it was ready we re it was an internet promotion and they were aware I was coming in and got the vehicle ready. I also was hit with 4 hard copy credit checks which made no sense, I have excellent credit, and I wanted a 60 month payment and only to find out I have a 75 month payment. I returned on Monday 10/29/2018 to speak with the saleswoman and told her about the added moneys where I had to pick up the registration for the new vehicle. She approached the sales counter and I her heard her say she feels he was cheated. She returned and said the sales manager Freddie would talk to me. So he brought me into a room and showed me his documents say the dealership was only making 500$ on the vehicle, wasn t willing to discuss my paperwork. I see that another customer on the same weekend also had a similar problem. Of course they told me I would be getting a survey, which I still have not received. So a 1 star is it!! Also they want me to rate them a 10, absolutely not, if this was them or their mother, would they be upset? YES! If you do business here or have done business here please check your paperwork carefully.
