I called the dealership a day before if i can come in to return my leased vehicle. I was told i can come in anytime the next day, no appointment needed.
When i showed up the next day, i was told i need to make an appointment. They also said i need to have my own inspection done.
Ended up going to the Jeep dealership in Raynham the same day. In and out under 15 minutes. No appointment needed! Super friendly staff too! I just received a letter from the leasing company they have received the vehicle and i have satisfied all of my requirements.

So today I visited Chrysler jeep Dodge 24 and Travis Ziegler was very helpful and professional. He was extremely kind and helped me to walk out with a 2019 ram 1500. This experience was easy for me and not stressful. Everyone at that dealership was very nice. Highly recommended if you're looking for a new truck.
My wife and I went to the dealer to seek information as our current Jeep Cherokee was getting high in mileage. Allan Jean-Baptiste assisted us in looking at and comparing several vehicles. With no pressure, he provided us with information that helped us identify which vehicle we wanted. Also without pressure, Corey made us an offer that made it worth getting the vehicle at that time. We are very pleased with the purchase and vehicle.
The sales people are great, though this is my second and last vehicle from this dealer, and probably Chrysler in general. The Jeep I bought was "Chrysler Certified Pre-Owned", they'll show you an impressive sheet with the 120 point inspection points etc. Whoever inspected this one missed the 4 near bald tires, and the spare with the nail hanging out of the sidewall. If you can miss the 4 big round things, im sure pinhole leaks, loose or missing bolts, and out of ordinary sounds are way out of sight. As part of the "sale agreement" (not because of safety, which they'll just throw a sticker on anyway) they were going to put 5 new tires on. They did 4, and put one of the balding original tires on as a spare. Said they had to order a 5th one when I pointed it out. Also needed e brake cables which they ordered. Which they were going to do when they did the 5th tire. Again, certified preowned. Brought it back, they put the e brake cables in and a new muffler heat shield that fell off first day, and a mismatched spare. Service manager said the spare is the brand that comes with the Jeep, not sure what type of selling point that is when the ones they put on the other 4 rims are a cheaper brand, and are a different tread pattern. A week later I notice the clutch is creaking on the push in, and the release,pretty unusual for a 44,000 mile vehicle. Reverse was getting hard to find and popping out of gear more often than not. I stopped by the dealer, the service rep typed up the whole complaint and gave me an appointment. This is week 2 since the sale, and the Jeeps 4th time back to dealer. I drive 60k+ a year so a reliable vehicle is crucial. I get a call from the service manager the next day around noon, says Jeeps all set they put a matching spare on and did it's first service. I ask what they found with the clutch, he never knew there was an issue. So basically the first guy just deleted the complaint and put in the spare and service. I explain what's happening with the clutch, he tells me this isn't covered under warranty. So I bought a $20,000 vehicle, return customer and 2 weeks later they think I'm putting money into it (Chrysler said I was on my own as well, way to back your product, last one I'll own. Do your research, Mcdonalds backs their product better than Chrysler). I explain this to Chuck, and let him know the vehicle is coming back to them, thanks for screwing me etc. He says they'll look into it, they'd need it overnight. I had already mentioned it sounded like a throw out bearing, I am plenty mechanically inclined, I've broken and fixed just about every part of a vehicle you can think of, but again I drive alot so wrenching on my vehicle that I just bought isn't happening and doing work without a lift isn't fun. Finally got a call it's all set. Go to pick it up, service person just hands me the keys and tells me he doesn't know what they did but it was fixed. It told him I need a receipt for my records since I keep all that on hand for my vehicles, he's says he hasn't gotten to it yet and is too busy to make a copy but reads off throw out bearing and pilot bearing real quick. Basically rushing me out the door as its about 5:15. I give him my card, says he will email it to me. Here we are 2 weeks later, I guess I'll have to make one final trip to the dealer to get my copy. The next day the clutch was creaking again, but reverse feels better so I'm not going to bother bringing it back there. UPDATE: shortly after posting this review, my receipt showed up at my office. It was written up by a different person and is a page shorter than the one I saw at dealer when I picked up the Jeep the last time. It says the throw out bearing was replaced, though my mechanic quoted $1,026 for the same job, since the Jeep STILL needs a throw out bearing that the dealer supposedly replaced. I asked the shop to do a whole clutch kit since it will be apart anyway, you'd think a dealer would mention the same, but obviously had no intention of fixing any part of the transmission at any time. Buyer beware!

Always a good experience. The only reason for four stars is because twice I have scheduled service appointments in advance and when I call to confirm them they don't have me in. So I always make sure I call a couple days before. They were very apologetic and squeezed me in this time which I was thankful for.

I recently had service done on my 2014 vehicle. I did not purchase my vehicle here, but decided to have it serviced her since it was closer to where I live and because I have had some negative experiences at the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. I can't say enought great things about Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 and their service department. I had 4 things done during my appointment and all, but one was addressed and fixed. I was even more impressed that although I had them check my brakes for a sound I was hearing, they did not advice that I needed anything done with my brakes at this time. I was so impressed that they did not try to "fix" something that wasn't necessary, as I feel the other dealership tried to do. They were honest and friendly. I am waiting to hear back about my final issue that was not taken care of due to waiting on a part. I would absolutely reccommend them to anyone looking for a great dealership and service department.
Chuck the service manager was the most pleasing part of my experience. From start to finish he set the right expectation and he definitely under promised and over delivered. The process of getting a new car is both stressful and exciting. To echo a lot of the other reviews, my experience during sales was not stressful. They were helpful and pleasant; pretty quickly I found the car I wanted and felt I got a good price for it. Unfortunately, though I was prepared they didn't have all the paperwork they needed for me to move forward. That was fine. Was told about 1-2 wks. I planned accordingly. Today is week 3 since I was there and still no car. In those 3 wks I've been the one to initiate a call and get an update on how much longer; both times the "should be within the next couple days" has been wrong. I understand they are waiting as well, but at least have the thought to send an email or quick message to say, 'I know we said this but unfortunately it's not that and we'll keep you updated." Because at this point, while it wasn't stressful, I am no longer excited for my purchase. If it isn't for the Sirus XM telemarketers calling about my new car and free 3 month XM radio subscription included, I forget I even said yes to a car. I will no longer be calling for an update, and I'm sure when they do finally call to say all set, it will be at a time that the next steps on my end will be closed or unavailable so it'll be an additional 1-2 wks. Again, great at getting me to say yes, but seems after that it didn't matter. Yes, I had no stress, and unfortunately no longer any excitement either.

Wish I could give them a zero. It was the worst experience in purchasing a vehicle. They charge a doc fee which is supposed to include prepping the car. The car was never prepped. It was filthy. Outside was dirty and had dried mud. The inside had scuff marks and greasy finger prints all over it. Not what you expect when purchasing a brand new vehicle. It was never registered when they promised to do it. Didn t even receive the registration until over a week later even though they promised to register the vehicle and overnight the registration. That never happened and everyone I spoke to lied about it. When I filled out a survey I filled it out honestly and the salesman called and tried to bribe me to rate the dealership all 10 s. The only thing the owner cared about was that I didn t rate the dealership all 10 s. He could have cared less about everything else that happened making this the worst experience I have ever had. I will never utilize this dealership again. I should have kept walking when they tried to screw me with an extra high financing rate. Don t purchase from this dealership.

Jen Tracey is your go-to girl! This is my second time with Jen as my sales person and I wouldn t go to anyone else. She really takes her time to check off all your boxes and place you into the right vehicle. Her goal is to make sure you re walking away as a happy customer which is very rare in car sales. She responds quickly, works around your schedule (despite inconveniencing herself) and overall just wants to leave a good impression. If I could leave zero stars I would. The service department is subpar at best. I ve been there four times, one of those times because they put fixed an issue with the center console and put it back without two bolts and I had to come back to have them put in the bolts they forgot the first time. The third time I went in for a battery issue and had reserved an appointment online describing my problem and requesting a loaner so I could get back to work. The service liaison I was working with thought I was there for a ln oil change and didn t have a loaner reserved for me because of a computer issue . To only diagnose my issue at that point, I was told, would take between 5 and 6 hours. I asked what could be done since I cannot wait that long to diagnose (not diagnose and fix, just disagnose) I would need the loaner. We have nothing for you to take since you didn t ask for one . I did. It was their so called computer issue that didn t relay this message and when I asked what could be done he simply shrugged and told me I had to wait. After that I decided I didn t like the way they dealt with customers and would never return, but I got a call for a free oil change, tire rotation, vacuum, and wash so I booked it through the consultant who called me to offer me this. Upon arriving for that appointment, she again had no record of the details of my appointment, and I was told it would only be an oil change since the pipes froze and the cleaning guy isn t there. I said this was what I was promised by the person who called. She says yeah well they don t really know what s going on here in Brockton and makes promises without consulting us to see if its possible and it s not. She was rude and dismissive exactly like the other different worker was to me the last time. Zero stars. They are rude and only trying to get you in and out as fast as possible without actually caring for it to be done right or you to leave a satisfied customer. Do yourself a favor and stay far away for service.

The buying experience was great. However, when my Wrangler was delivered to me, it was missing a "Jeep" center wheel logo, and was lacking the interior mats and spare tire cover that was promised to me IN WRITING!! That was 2/17/20. I have been in touch with employees from Chrysler 24, and they kept promising me it will be sent and haven't seen it yet.
Service quickly diagnosed my cars problem, confirmed warranty coverage, repaired my vehicle and I had my car back in a day. Don handled everything smoothly. Very satisfied.
I tried to buy a car here, and after agreeing to a price they sold the car to someone else at a higher price, or so they said... A day later they offered that the car may be available at a higher price or if I financed part of it. All you can do is take your business elsewhere.

First of all I live in Rhode Island. I called 24 jeep since my lease was up on my existing Grand Cherokee. I called to discuss pricing on leasing a new Grand Cherokee. The representatives I spoke with were courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was able to work out pricing over the phone before driving up there. I was able to get an outstanding deal better than any dealership I went to in Rhode Island ( I did visit a few ). When I showed up to sign the deal the General Manager of the dealership greeted me....WOW. I had never spoken to more than the sales manager in other dealerships even after buying a vehicle. Not only that I needed an oil change on my present vehicle and the GM drove it over to service for me. I would highly recommend 24 Jeep to anyone looking to get into a new or used jeep. I would tell other Rhode Islanders to make the drive up it is worth it!
Trying to do business with this place is OUTRAGEOUS! They rob you of your money without working with you on ALL possibilities. Pleas take caution when buying a car in general but for good customer service and financial service DO NOT expect anything but a hard time.

3/31/17 Setup an appointment last week to bring in my truck (2015 RAM 1500) for its 25K service. Laura Spinola took me in on time and gave me a time estimate for completion. Truck was finished on time and Laura saved me money only doing the work needed, nothing extra. I was very impressed with her and the rest of the staff. I will be back!

Recently went through the leasing process with Shayne and LJ at Chrysler Jeep 24 who helped me get through the process seamlessly and worked with the information I had and described the leasing process clearly.
Shady tactics when I initially bought the wrangler brand new from them. The finance department tried to add in random charges and, "protections" even after I made it abundantly clear that I didn't want them. Luckily I caught it when I noticed that the price had gone up from the agreed upon number.
The Jeep has been a nightmare ever since. It has always leaked despite it being brought back twice and being told the issue was fixed. The hood latch broke after the warranty ended and the service department quoted me nearly $300 to fix A HOOD LATCH, even though they are the only ones that have ever worked on the Jeep and opened the hood. The electronics in the hands free steering controls broke but luckily they were replaced before the warranty ended. A sensor underneath the Jeep broke and they would not cover it under warranty and said that I must have driven over a rock etc... Even though the Jeep has never been off pavement a single time.
I've owned several Jeeps and am extremely disappointing in the quality of this one and the price gouging by the service department. I will be sure to look elsewhere for my next Jeep when I trade this one in.

I brought my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Tradesman 4x4 in for an oil change last weekend and the service, customer relations, and overall atmosphere of the waiting room were fantastic! I made an appointment to bring my truck in and when I arrived at the Service garage door they immediately took my truck in and began going over my paper work with me as they worked on my truck. The service was very quick and my wife and I were able to watch some March Madness games on their flat screen TVs as we had some of their free coffee.
Overall, my experience at Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 in Brockton was "5 Stars" and I will certainly be bringing my truck their for all future services. I would also suggest this location to anyone in the area looking for honest, reliable, and speedy service!
I had a great experience at this dealership this past week. It was my third dealership I visited that day and they were able to come up with a plan to get me into the Jeep that I wanted at a fair price. David Apotheker went above and beyond to assure that I was happy with what I was getting for a vehicle. He was also patient as I had my toddler with me who had enough of car shopping. I was in and out of the dealership in less time than any of the others and they were honest and straight to the point. They made this experience much better than I had expected with car shopping, and I would totally recommend David Apotheker for all your car buying needs.

I had made a down payment on a jeep Cherokee but once I went back to finally sign the papers I was told the car was "recalled for good" and I was given a car that had more miles on it and was not of same color preferance. They never mentioned this recall over the phone when I was constantly in touch with them.I was willing to wait for the recalled vehicle to come back but they would not give me any papers for proof so I was left with no choice but to think that they sold the vehicle I had booked to someone else. I also found it really difficult to get in touch with the finance department and Ryan would not reply to my emails. Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 feel below my expectations in every possible way. I did end up buying the jeep from them, they din even get the inspection sticker done.

Went into this dealership on a recommendation from a previous customer. After looking around for a bit, I was set up with salesman Travis Z. After about two hours, I was in a brand new Jeep. Travis was the best auto salesman I have ever dealt with. I ve been to other Jeep dealers in the area and rte 24 blows them away.
