I dropped my 2011 200s on 7/26, my converible wouldnt go up, Chuck reaaly helped, they nneeded to order parts, i spoke to them on 7/28 and needed something else, they told me they ordered it critical and would try to get it next day but werent, i then asked about a rental for the weekend an Laura said come on 7/29 at noon and she would give me a loaner free of charge, when i went to get the rental to my surprise as well as Laura's the technician was standing there with the keys and the car was finished approximately 3 days to a week ahead of what they told me.
They are the greatest and would recommend any one to 24 CJDR.
