By far the best overall experience I've had in a while.I have purchased many cars in my lifetime. I have never received the extraordinary experience that I did in working with Jeep 24. In the process, I had the pleasure of working with Cory Hines he was extremely knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. Jake Luchkovitz the sales manager was very friendly, and we got everything he promised. These people are the most honorable, easiest men I have ever transacted with, and as mentioned early on, I have purchased a fair number of cars over my years driving.

Bought a pre-owned 2015 Jeep Wrangler around July 4, 2019. The sales process with Solomon and Jeff was very efficient. All of my questions were answered courteously. One of the staff there had a bbq going -- this was around July 4 -- and offered me food and drinks as there was a wait during the credit check/loan approval process. I picked up the Jeep a month later after it was cleaned up and my insurance updated. There was some delay in getting me a new registration but that sounds like nitpicking on my part. I have not had any issues with the Jeep so far. It rides well and I have already logged 2k+ miles since I got it.

Don't buy any car or truck from this dealership when there to buy a 68k ram truck told the seles person thay i wanted the truck next day i when back he told me someone have buy the truck but he have one more just like it i say cool give them a deposit to buy
the second truck after like a week waiting to do the paper work .. I got in and they tell me that that truck was sold too and they got me a 3 truck but it did not have all the options as the one I wanted ...poor customer service and full of lies .. PS and I'm still waiting for them to refund my deposit .

Traded in my 2013 Chrysler 200 yesterday for a 2017 Jeep Compass X. Working with Travis Ziegler was a breeze. He listened and knew what I wanted and took me through the process with humor and engaging conversation. (a necessary trait I believe is the art of conversation, especially when you spend upwards of 3 hours total to drive away in your new car). All stars here. Bonus- no trip to the RMV for me they do it for ya when you transfer plates...

I have nothing but a great experience with the service department. They are all courteous and respectful and are genuine with any concerns that you might have with your vehicle. Laura S. was great, very helpful and knowledgeable, had a smile on her face and confident. She was very concerned about my 2014 jeep and suggested we go see Big Red (Corey) about getting an appraisal, because of the great experience that my wife and I had we decided to go see Corey. On the other hand when we entered the showroom our experience changed to something that you see the news.
Corey was in a training session was unavailable, so Damon Massey approached us and asked what we were there for? We told him that we were here to get an appraisal for my 2014 jeep. The stance, manner and attitude that Damon had was so awful that my wife wanted to leave because she felt so uncomfortable with him, he was very condescending with his tone talked to us like we are second rate citizens. I went in with an open mind about a possible purchase and or lease, but not anymore. To make a long story short I asked for a written appraisal and all I got was a blank piece of paper with a number at the bottom. It was handed to me with not another word said either my wife or myself.
Bad way to sell vehicles so disappointed with this that I am considering going out of my way for future services to my Jeep!! If you are in the market for a Jeep, I highly recommend them great vehicles, but if you are approached by the the above named person in sales ask for another associate. If it wasn't for Damon this would have been a five star review.

Laura was prompt in explaining items that required prompt repair and others that could wait with out impacting the vehicles performance or safe operation.

We visited several dealerships for test drives and nailed down the particular model we wanted. We weren't in a big rush and didn't have a trade in. We did our homework online to locate several local dealerships and were prepared to visit all of them. Chrysler Jeep 24 listed one of the best prices online, so we started there. We met with sales consultant Bob Mahoney - he was very easy-going and was not pushy at all. He was able to meet our price. Finance director Jeff Craig was also easy-going and matched the interest rate we'd gotten at our bank. All in all it was probably the best auto-buying experience we've ever had.
