My husband and I were extremely happy with the service we received at BMW in Warwick. Everyone we dealt with was professional, attentive, and polite. We worked with Victor and Brian, both of whom made the entire process easy and convenient. Not to mention, we love the car! Highly recommended!

Our air conditioner stopped working and we were to...

Our air conditioner stopped working and we were told we needed a new compressor. Our service advisor, Cory Blue, said that he would check with BMW to see if they would cover any of the cost since our warranty had expired. He was able to get 90% of the cost covered by BMW. We are very grateful for his professional and concerned attention to this matter.

My husband and I had the most amazing experience here, all thanks to Allan Pires. He is absolutely excellent to work with and took the best care of us. We live in Boston and drove 2+ hours to specifically work with him for purchasing our next car. Allan made us feel extremely comfortable, is very knowledgeable about the BMW brand and different vehicle options available and is someone you ll trust within 2 seconds of meeting. He stayed well past closing time to make sure we were OK and was a complete gentleman. We d highly recommend Allan and this dealership (be sure to ask for him!) and will continue to buy from him in the future. Allan is truly the best of the best!

I have leased/owned nine BMWs and dealt with six dealers in three states over the past 21 years. The last four years have been with BMW Warwick.
In sales and service, I have always made a point of dealing with knowledgeable, non-hard sell reps who are highly professional in dealing with their clients.
Bill H in service and Scott K in sales exemplify those standards. Every question is answered thoroughly, every call/email responded to in a timely manner and every transaction is transparent.
With the rising cost, complexity and variety of BMW's offerings, dealer selection and satisfaction are increasingly important.
Put this dealership on your list.

We had an outstanding level of service and attention when it came to purchasing our latest vehicle here. Luke Mayer is an incredible sales person; he answered all of our concerns and presented us with all the information we needed when it came to choosing the correct vehicle for us. He is very knowledgable, courteous, and friendly. I would highly recommend him if you are in the market for a new vehicle!

In addition, I recently had our other vehicle serviced at BMW Warwick and the service was phenomenal! Bob Shaw and Manny in Service were excellent! I was provided with a loaner vehicle during service. There was a question as to whether one of the items should be or shouldn't be covered under warranty but Manny and Bob took care of it and I couldn't be happier with the service there.

With my experience at BMW of Warwick, I would definitely return for service and for a new vehicle when it is time for something shiny!

I received a phone call about the VIP event and decided to attend. I wasn't looking to buy a car, but just wanted to see different options. I explained to my sales person, Allan, what I would look for if I were to buy a car. The first car he brought, was perfect. No games, no hassle. Definitely was the easiest transaction of purchasing a car I've had. Allan even had the gentleman explain everything to me about the car since he knew the car I traded in they didn't go over the functions with. Would definitely recommend, and certainly be back in the future! Thanks everyone!!

We have been working with inskip for years. We have several problems with the service department, the first Incident happened a few years ago upon returning home from vacation we went and picked up our car and somebody had backed into it. We pointed it out to the service department and the response was sorry call your insurance company. We were stuck with the deductible to have the car repaired even though it happened at their dealership. The second incident happened in May I picked up the car the windshield was broken and the parking sensor was knocked out, the service providerMember told us again reach out to your insurance company and I will take care of the parking sensor. Another $500 deductible and we were charged over $200 for the parking sensor and simply got and I m sorry again. Also, we Had issues with the door locks and they told us that there was nothing that they could do about it once the warranty had expired all of a sudden they have a solution.

Just purchased a CPO BMW from Vito at Inskip who was Excellent! Very knowledgeable and great follow up.
However my big disappointment was with the finance department. We were set to pay cash, but they persuaded us to take a 90 day no interest finance deal which saved us $1,000 off the purchase price and we were told just pay it off before 90 days and you save $1,000 . Well that was untrue! Come to find out the woman in finance conveniently neglected to tell us there would still be interest accrued so we were charged $250, so instead of saving $1,000 we only saved $750 and had to go through all the unnecessary financing and payment paperwork hassles.
What would have made for a 5 star rating got you 1 star because of the lack of disclosure by finance.

Luke M. always works hard to find us the exact BMW we want and presents a good deal without any hassles. Our service adviser Bill H. always provides top customer care on needs for any of my BMW's. The guys at parts are always very helpful. Everyone at the dealer is friendly and professional.

My husband and I ended up at BMW of Warwick because we were interested in test driving an i3 as part of the Mass Energy Drive Green program, and this was the only BMW dealership participating in the program. We met with Jamie M on a Saturday to test drive the i3 and discuss all the options that would be available for us. We were really impressed with Jamie- he spent a lot of time with us to discuss all of the options that were available and he really knew a lot about the features of the electric car and also about the incentives that were available. Jamie was great to work with. There was no pressure to get the most expensive model they had. Instead, he provided a great overview of all of the different options and really listened to what we wanted. Several of the staff at BMW of Warwick also personally drive i3's and Jamie had us meet with each of them at various points throughout the process to get perspective from someone who actually drives this car.

We left that day knowing that we wanted to purchase an i3 but we had to decide which option was best and also wait for our funds to come through. Jamie followed up early the next week and we were able to commit to purchasing one they had in stock. He was very accommodating and easy to reach for questions throughout the process. He came to our house during the week to complete all of the paperwork, which made it very easy for us (we live about an hour from the dealership), and we picked up the car the following Saturday. It was fun that all the staff lined up and clapped for us when we went to our new car. We also spent a great deal of time that day with Ben, one of the "Geniuses" (who also owns an i3), to learn all of the functions to operate and customize the settings of the car. The entire process was very smooth and easy and we are very pleased with the service that Jamie and the entire dealership provided for us during and after the purchase of our i3. We would highly recommend Jamie and BMW of Warwick in general, but especially for those interested in purchasing an i3 since this dealership has an exceptional amount of knowledge and experience with these electric cars.

When the model that I was seeking could not be ordered because of the end of year change over they located several best fits and had the vehicle I chose transported to the dealership. Originally had a good experience but after spotting an issue with the supposed certified vehicle, I feel like unless you are buy a new car there you re really not very important at all. The service people have listened and tried to be helpful but sales doesn t really care. It s like they aren t trying to sell you another car. I went to pick it up today and no one walked me out to inspect the repairs (my keys were left with the sales department), the repairs weren t done correctly (apparently sent off site but no one checked it I guess?) and they left all the broken parts in my trunk.

Again, the service manager was apologetic and super nice and said he would personally make sure it was done. But I would not recommend buying a car unless you can afford a new one.

Just purchased my 1st BMW from Victor Cabral at Inskip BMW Warwick. It actually was a thoroughly delightful experience! My husband owns a BMW X5 and loves it. I wanted an X3. Through a phone conversation with Victor before we came in, he relayed what we were looking for into 2 fabulous choices. We loved one due to the internal color of leather. After the test drive we worked through options and Victor was so knowledgeable and helpful. We bought the car during that visit! Picked it up the next morning. The care he showed us was lasting and we left knowing that we would work with him again. Ask for Victor Cabral and you won t regret it!

Thanks to all who assisted me with the acquisition of my BMW. My fine experience began online with the competent Danielle. She followed through, and did so in an effective manner.

I was then met by James Dyer at the facility, he was gracious, patient, well informed and very kind. James carried the sale with great passion about the brand, and always considered me, his customer as first priority. James arranged for Mike to drive me to drop off my previous vehicle. Mike is a fine employee one can be very proud of.

Next, my interactions with Brian Carreiro were noteworthy as well. Brian was incredibly professional, skilled and had great compassionate for my needs. Of course, I d be remiss if I didn t mention Gina s expediency and her expertise in Finance. Last but certainly not least, Ben, the consummate, compassionate Genius was brillIant.

Happy to feel the sense of old school customer service and responsiveness here at BMW of Warwick. Kudos to management for exceptional training and development of their staff - and for expertly maintaining a state of the art facility. Bravo!

Leasing a new BMW 3 series was a seamless, stress-free experience at BMW of Warwick. I will not hesitate to go back when my 36 month lease ends.

I started the process by submitting an online inquiry before the dealership opened for the day. Immediately upon opening at 8:30 a.m., I was contacted by Lynn Dyer. Lynn answered all of my questions and encouraged me to stop by at my convenience for a test drive. When several other potential purchasers expressed interest in the same vehicle, Lynn encouraged me to come in earlier.

Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by Lynn and Juan Encarnacion. Juan immediately put me at ease. He answered all of my questions about the leasing process and helped me to select the lease option that worked for me and my budget. As a courtesy to me as a first time BMW of Warwick customer, Juan offered me a complete set of rubberized mats for my new vehicle.

When the entire process was complete, I left the dealership with a newly detailed vehicle, a full tank of gas, a complete set of rubberized floor mats, and a silver keyring with my name on it. That's what I call great customer service!

All I can say is that if you are somewhere between BMW of Newport and BMW of Warwick, I d strongly suggest take the ride to Warwick. I received a comprehensive detailed quote with items listed in order or necessity and safety. This dealership lives up to the BMW name. I won t go anywhere else for my Bimmer. Steve Bettey was a pleasure to deal with and my repairs are as promised at the price projected. For once I didn t feel like I was paying twice what I was quoted. 6 stars in my opinion.

He was always able to answer all of my questions and kept me notified every step of the way. Also, Gina in Finance was great and made all of the paperwork very easy and knew her job well. My recent purchase a few weeks ago with Jamie Marcil and Victor Cabral was everything you want when buying a car. Both were not pushy at all, which is the very first thing that turns me off immediately when walking into a dealership.
The process was seamless, they followed through on everything promised and most of all put up with my indecisiveness between two cars.

My wife and I bought an X3 and a 330 last week and it was an absolute pleasure working with Thomas Lombardi. He took the time to explain the vehicles and what impressed us, he talked to both of us, not just me. We were trading in an X3 and a 335 and he explained the updates. When we were looking at the X3, for my wife, he concentrated on her needs. When we were checking out the 330, for me, he talked to me more. We liked that because usually salespeople barely talk to the woman if you are there as a couple, at least that has been our previous experience.

Additionally, he really tried to see what we were looking for to match a car to our needs. Although we were focused on staying in the same type of vehicle, we were open to others both up and down the hierarchy and he did not try to pressure us to buy a more expensive vehicle. He actually confirmed that we should stay with the X3 and 3-series.

When it came time to start talking numbers, he worked with his manager to get us a good price on the new cars and a fair price for our trade-ins. It was a relatively painless process thanks to Thomas doing a lot of the legwork!

The rest of the dealership was great as well. His manager was great to work with and as I alluded to above, I feel like we got a good price. The delivery was great and we really appreciated the presentation and working with the genius who explained all of the new technology. The financial process/signing all of the paperwork was really easy and Gina was fun to work with. I ordered rubber mats and needed them quickly and Thomas, working with the Parts Department (Mr. Giguere in particular) bent over backwards to have them ready for me to pick up before a trip I was taking the next day.

In short, buying a car from BMW of Warwick, and working with Thomas in particular, was a pleasure and I will definitely go back when it is time to trade these vehicles in.

I was apprehensive to take my car to a BMW dealer... I own a late model 328xi. Owner make claims that the dealership will kill you regarding repair cost! I have found this to be true in some instances. But I couldn t have been happier with BMW of Warwick. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Manny Perez. It was a friendly interaction and you could tell he was sensitive about my and the cars needs. I was dealing with a issues since January with my car. Knock on wood the issue seems taken care of at a fraction of the cost I expected! I will be utilizing BMW of Warwick service department for the life of my 328xi and will most likely purchase from sales to continue this relationship in the future! Thank you Manny!

I first met Luke Mayer approximately two months before leasing a new 2019 540. I was coming to the end of my current lease, and one of the service managers recommended to me on a routine visit that I speak with Luke, as my initial client advisor had taken a different role at the dealership.

What followed from here was a very professional and easy car buying experience. All along the process, Luke went above and beyond and secured a new vehicle for me at a reasonable price and with minimal hassle. He was diligent in his communication, often emailing or texting answers to specific questions that I had within an hour or definitely by the end of the business day.

All together, it was great working with Luke and I look forward to working with him again on my next lease.

Two years ago I bought my first BMW. I was deciding between two cars, a BMW and a Lexus. It was a hard decision but the deciding factor was our salesperson, Luke Mayer. Luke has blown every salesperson we ve dealt with in the past out of the water. My husband and I were blown away by how helpful Luke was from start to finish. Two years later I m still impressed with the follow up customer service. Awhile ago, I was getting my car s first oil change and Luke happened to walk by the waiting area. He stopped, greeted me by name and asked about my husband by name. When I ve reached out via email his responses have been quick and helpful. Soon, we ll be getting a bigger car and it will be another BMW with Luke.

My husband and I were driving home after an anniversary trip when the check engine light started flashing. BMW if Warwick was the closest dealer. The staff was unbelievably helpful and kind. They ran a diagnostic check and were able to replace the two ignition coils having us back on the road within a couple of hours. In every way we would recommend this service team.

I m typically very hard to please, ESPECIALLY when buying a car. After trying to coordinate with other BMW dealers, I reached out to BMW Warwick. I texted with David and nailed down a deal that I felt was fair. I did not go to the dealership until I was ready to sign. When I did, I was fully expecting to be told something different than I was told over the phone-but surprisingly, that did not happen. They were honest and accommodating. As a mom with a demanding career, I did not have time to be wasting in a dealership and BWM Warwick respected that. When I got there, everything was ready to go, even my new beautiful car with a sign and a bow congratulating me! I cannot say enough good about them, I would definitely recommend them and I ll be back when my lease is up. Thank you BMW Warwick for a great experience!

Coming from Los Angeles and working in Hollywood, I have had my fair share of VIP experiences. The service I received from Vic Cabral and Jason Choquette was second to none. I picked up my new car today which was waiting for me with a teddy bear strapped in to the back seat! This deal was pretty much done via phone and email. Vic s communication was extraordinary. He has the mentality of whatever it takes and was quick to offer solutions and help. The out of state process was tricky, but by being several steps ahead, there were no last minute surprises. I couldn t recommend Vic and Jason enough. Straightforward and really care about creating a one of a kind and memorable transaction. Thanks guys!

I stopped by last week on my way just to check out what they had and victor made sure i walked out with satisfiedwith a car. He took care of everything, answered all the questions and was very helpful every step of the way.

I recently leased my 8th BMW from BMW of Warwick (7/8 were from this dealership). Victor is an awesome salesperson! Be sure to ask for him when you go in. Victor and I began emailing back and forth in March since my lease was coming due in October. He was pleasant and tried his best to accommodate my needs. I went to meet him in June and haggled over a 2019 X3. We were finally able to come to an agreement on the vehicle and the process was easy. I also took all of Victor's BMW swag (hat, bag, teddy bear, etc.) Make sure you ask for some swag, I'm sure he has restocked by now! I hope that Victor is still working there in a few years when I will be looking for number 9, I think by then I will need some new swag!!!! Maybe a winter jacket????? Hmm..... :-)

We purchased a X5 about two months ago and a small plastic piece fell off the front right quarter panel. Brian, one of the managers was not helpful at all. Pretty much telling me it s not their problem and it s something that we re going to have to pay for. Now I kept it civil the whole conversation when he said we purchased an X5 and it s not that expensive to fix that piece. Now that s when I said a swear about how ridiculous that was he then he said I was getting hostile with him and he just kept tapping away. It s about principle and doing the right thing for the customer. This place was highly recommended until the way Brian spoke to me about fixing a small piece of plastic.

During crazy Covid times BMW of Warwick has come through in a huge way. I was very nervous about having to bring my car in, but once I got there I realized they are completely safe. I was able to get in and out with zero contact. Everyone had masks on and social distanced, even outside. I was only inside for less than a minute to drop my car off in the garage. I have always had the pleasure of working with Manni and I appreciate that he and the BMW staff are there working through these difficult times to keep our cars on the road. If anyone is looking to buy a car and wants to feel safe during Covid then BMW of Warwick is where you want to go.

If I could give BMW of Warwick 0 stars I would. This is the worst dealership I ve ever dealt with. I m sure there are shady dealerships that have better service than this location. Purchased a vehicle in June, and the car is just NOW being registered. Had to call them on numerous occasions just to receive any information as if I m the one who provides them service. This horrible staff also let my plates sit there for DAYS without any attempt to even alert me or send them to me (out of state). If you want to avoid unprofessionalism and TERRIBLE service, you should definitely skip BMW of Warwick all together

For a first time buyer, I had so many questions and was very apprehensive about the car buying process. Juan took excellent care of me- always making sure my choices were educated and filled in so much of the information I needed. I have nothing negative to say!! My experience was as close to stress free as possible and Juan was able to steer me in the right direction but using his excellent assessment skills to decide what he thinks would be the best fit for me as far as models and even the question of leasing vs buying. My decisions about leasing a brand new bmw x4 was educated and as indecisive as I am, I didn t leave the dealership with any regrets. Ron the general manager was also a great help.

I had a razor-thin timeline and he was able to get me in and out of the dealership in under 3 hours--on a Saturday!
