I visited Chrysler Jeep Dodge 24 dressed in ragged old garden clothes. As I walked around the parking lot, several sale representatives, including a sale manager, stood outside and totally ignored me. I'm guessing my appearance wasn't appealing enough for assistance. Travis Ziegler walked out the show room, passed the other sales reps, came over and introduced himself. From my research I knew I wanted a 2018 Grand Cherokee Summit. Travis was very honest, respectful and knowledgeable. His approach, mannerisms and his quiet passion for pleasing customers were very satisfying. This dealership has commited Fraud!! They pushed paper work through with out my permission and without pay stubs. They are a disgusting excuse of a business and should have a class action lawsuit filed against them for their high pressure sales tactics and fraudulent business practices.

I was at the dealership yesterday to have service done on my Jeep Wrangler. Although I had a great experience with the purchase 2.5 years ago, service department not so much. Made an appointment online a few days before hand. After and hour and a half of waiting my car still hadn t been taken into a bay to be worked on. I understand sometimes they Fall behind but this was just crazy. I was not the only upset customer as I heard others with the same issue. What is the point of making an appointment if they can t take you in a timely fashion. Just really disappointed and the service advisor didn t have any answers. I left without service . Disappointed.
From the time I got my Jeep 2 years ago, up to the 2+ hours that it took for an oil change last week, I have not had any good experiences here. I received a text last night from the dealership to leave a review and I originally wasn t going to, but I also don t want anyone else to have the same experience as I did.
When I picked up my Jeep 2 years ago (April 2016), it was hell. I kept getting excuse after excuse why it wasn t ready for pickup. I was also told that the crack in my front bumper (from previous owner) would be fixed. It wasn t when I picked it up, and I was told it would be at some point. Fast forward the next year, I ve callee MULTIPLE TIMES. even one time last year, they called me to see how everything was going, I told them, he said he would talk to his manager and get back to me ASAP. Still have not heard anything and left multiple messages then finally gave up.
The service center is slow, I only even still go because it s on my way home from work. Usually 2 hours for an oil change, but this past time was longer. I always make an appt for this reason.
Moral of the story, if there is a car on their lot that you like, just be careful and get EVERYTHING in writing. Best of luck everyone !
This past week I purchased a 2014 jeep wrangler from this dealership(Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24). I began doing light internet research and went to many different dealership websites. I am new to this car buying game so it was overwhelming. I initially thought I wanted a pick up truck. I dont know a lot about trucks but from what i know i wanted to look at dodge, gmc and ford. I looked up local dealerships and began really digging into the websites. A lot of the websites had a feature where I could communicate with a live person on their website. I took advantage of this with a dealership near me that had dodge trucks and I dealt with a female named Melissa Barr, who answered my questions and arranged for me to come in and look at some trucks and even test drive them. I go in a couple of days later where she hands me off to a salesman named Mike Boland, who took me on a test drive of a dodge ram. I went home and thought about it for a week and realized the dodge ram wasnt the right fit for me. I go back and we decided I would test drive a jeep wrangler and I fell in love. I would like to thanks everyone else who works there that helped make this an easy process for me
Let me first say that Solomon Reddix is a true asset to Jeep 24. I was looking for a black Dodge Charger R/T- 5.7 Hemi . Solomon is a professional that listens to what you are saying and his customer service warrants special attention. He is friendly knowledgeable and went out of his to have my Charger ready for delivery before Thanksgiving. He gets things DONE. Thank you, Solomon . If I could give him a 10, I would. After finding a used truck online I called Jeep 24 to see if it was still available and it was. I drove over an hour later and James Hoffman the sales person that I worked with had the truck pulled up to the front of the lot ready and waiting to go for a test drive. In the past at other dealerships the sales people have been pushy and annoying ,borderline harrasment in fact. James was the complete opposite,very down to earth,easy to deal with and just a pleasure to do business with. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with this dealership and or recommend it to a friend especially the sales person James.
I have been looking for a newer truck and i stopped in to see what they had to offer. I was greeted by and spoke with Allan He gave me some suggestions as to what i might like (Ram, Grand Cherokee, Cherokee). He was very patient with me as i am still undecided. But he was very professional, and did not rush me into making a decision on the spot. He gave me some great information to take home to further finalize my choice. Of course, those of us who get our vehicles serviced at the dealership expect to pay more, but we also have the comfort of knowing it's done right and with authorized dealer parts and products. The folks at the Jeep 24 service center are up front and honest about what needs to be done, what can wait, and what's going to need attention soon so that you can plan for it financially. Extremely excited that I am now the proud owner of a 2019 Jeep Cherokee! I had an idea of what I wanted my monthly payment to be around which I thought would be impossible to achieve because of my situation with my old lease but somehow, Corey and Adam made it happen!! After purchasing my Ram, I had to go to the dealerships 4 times in total. Granted, I work till 5:30 and get to the dealership at 6:30ish, it was still a waste of a lot of time. My sales rep, shayne ( great guy) had to fight for my registration one night and they still didn't give it to me even though he made the cut off. I was able to leave with the truck the first night, I didn't have to put any money down till the 3rd visit. The second visit I went and was told they could only help me with switching the tires (which I picked up on the 4th visit) and not the registration (even though my insurance co. Said they faxed over what they needed to by this time.) Also, for a dealership with that much inventory you would think you would get to have floor mats included in the thousands of dollars you just spent; but this is not the case. After a brief moment with the lady at parts, she informed me she bought a NEW truck, and still had to pay for her own floor mats. On the last visit, when I received my sticker and registration, I brought my car in and was told it wouldn't be for another 45 minutes or so till someone can do the inspection I told them that's fine I'm keeping the truck in here and with that someone was able to help me in a lot less time than they said, so thank you to that service member. I forgot to add that shayne did a great job of getting the truck detailed and filled her tank up for me. The process was a little time consuming but the night that I went there I was able to leave with the truck, and that's some good service.

I have been to many Jeep dealerships in the Rhode Island area looking for a Cherokee trail hawk and I ended up traveling to Brockton from Providence. This dealership was highly recommended by a friend. When I got there, my boyfriend and I were greeted by Solomon Reddix. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable with my decision to purchase. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted in the Jeep. I didnt have to settle like I was about to at the RI dealership. On the day i picked up my new toy, Solomon took the time, on his day off mind you, to come in and go over everything in the truck including syncing my iPhone.

Service was a nightmare. Had to tow my car here unfortunately due to complete memory loss of my cars computer. Called to check status only to be told my car was not there. They checked all lots and did not find it. Come to find out aaa didn't put my key in the drop box so they didn't know it was there. Would never get aaa again either. But should not have been told my car "wasn't there" and "they've looked everywhere, it's not here". Had to go down there and find it myself the afternoon of the morning it should have been looked at. No call until I called. Then had to argue about my service contract coverage and electronic problem...could never reach anyone in service, hung up on, transferred, put on hold, hung up on again, put on hold. Then before my car even got there, and before it was "lost", they call me to specifically ask if I'm willing to appraise and trade because they're looking "to buy vehicles"...what?! How about you find and fix MY car before trying to make money off me?! Finally picked my car up after all this mess and they left the windows open so my interior and belongings were soaked from the rain. Really disappointed and would never go back or recommend. Note to dealership: please don't respond with your template "customer satisfaction is our top priority" bs. Certainly not expecting nor seek your congratulatory 5 star rating template response. Pathetic and one of the reasons I went all the way to New Hampshire to buy a vehicle.

If you're dealing with their internet sales department I would avoid like the plague.
The contamination in their department was Vander Kelly. He represents himself as an on the floor salesman at the dealership. I contacted them through Car Guru when I saw they had a specific car I was looking for. I had trouble scheduling an appointment with him because it's a 4 hour trip. But I finally contacted him on June 21st and explained to him I could come see the vehicle Saturday. He confirmed that it was still available and he just saw it on the lot and that he'd be working on Saturday to meet me.
I also sent a follow up email asking him to please let me know if there are any changes regarding the status of the vehicle. They even confirmed my appointment Saturday morning. Of course when I got there I was advised that Vander only works at their internet sales department in another town and of course the vehicle I came to see was no longer available. Apparently this isn't the first time this fast talking bacteria represented himself as a typical salesman either as I was advised by an actual hardworking salesman at the dealership..
Normally I dread shopping for a new vehicle. I went to several dealerships before accidentally finding Jeep 24 in Brockton- and I only wish I found this dealership sooner. Corey Hines was awesome to work with. I didn't feel pressured at all. He was patient in answering all of my questions and actually made the process enjoyable. I have been around the car business for a long time and know plenty of car sales managers, finance managers, GM's, etc. I have grown to identify and recognize the "tactics" of the car sales game. Almost two weeks ago, I walked in to CJDR24 expecting to deflect all of the tactics that would be thrown my way. To my surprise, I didn't see a single tactic. Instead, I had the best car buying experience ever. LJ Calero was our salesman and was awesome! I never felt pressured, lied to, or anything of the kind. Instead, LJ was patient, honest, educating, and most important, sincere. His sales manager, Chris Diaz, was also awesome. Every step of the way, I felt truly comfortable with this dealership and their team. While they don't have coffee in the showroom, they make up for it with their attention to you as a customer. The most impressive part of my experience was when I took delivery of the vehicle. I had ordered running boards for my Durango. When I went to pick it up, the wrong running boards were on the vehicle. I was expecting a lot of push back and negotiation. Instead, I got an apology and commitment to get it taken care of. Right away, they were in motion getting the correct running boards ordered. This has been the BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I will be recommending ALL of my friends and family to buy from this dealership. As a side note, this has been a stark comparison to my experience with Boch where I was lied to, deceived, and made to feel like I was insignificant. Hands down, they got the right people with the right attitude and care for the customers.

I was greated by a gentleman named Armando, who was very proffesional in showing me a 2008 Jeep Wrangler. I loved the Jeep in which i was not going to purchase at the time but i ended up purchasing the Jeep. The experiance at the dealership was very pleasant and i have all but good things to say about Armando to all of my friends and family.
Today, I leased my second Jeep Grand Cherokee from Rudy Cantave.
I asked him, on the phone, to Cut to the case , no haggling back and forth. I am a very busy person and I didn t want to waste his time or mine.
Well, I arrived at the dealership and got the deal I wanted and in no time. I am very pleased with the service Rudy Cantave provided. Also, the finance person, Jeffery, was also highly professional and very personable.

I had been looking online for several months before actually purchasing a car. We went down to CJ24 and we were greeted by Michael, who seemed really nice and genuine. I was looking for a Jeep Compass gave him the colors I was interested in and he took us down to the car lot where they had all 3 colors but were different styles. I ended up picking the one that had the features I was interested in and we took it for a test drive, and of course I fell in love...with the car :) So when it came time to talk $ which is always the most agonizing part of buying a car, they gave me what I was looking for with my trade and the price was where we wanted it to be. We left the dealership that day with my car, I received a phone call a couple of days later that my registration was ready and for my inspection. Everything went smoothly. From the time we pulled up, to sale, to finance, to inspection everyone was very nice and professional.
Recently, my Dad and I visited the Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Right when we walked in, we were greeted by Travis. Travis instantly sat down with us and made us feel comfortable. He was very diligent in listening to what we wanted, and our price range, and found cars accordingly. We never once felt like we were being misguided or persuaded into buying something that we didn't want. Travis took a lot of time making sure we found, "the one" and that it fit all of our needs. Once we did find the car we wanted, Travis, Corey, and Jeff were very transparent about the entire process. My Dad and I both agreed that this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. I had been looking for awhile for a Jeep. My son owned one and I knew I liked it,just not which model. I.
