Took them 6 day to get me my registration and anot...

Took them 6 day to get me my registration and another 2 weeks to process a refund on an overpayment. Waited an hour and a half in their waiting room past the time of my delivery appointment to pick up my new vehicle. I am convinced the GM does not exist. No response to multiple contacts and apparently no one has voicemail. By far the worst new car buying experience I've ever had. No one does their job unless you constantly call and ask. I'm guessing they are understaffed, at least that's what I hope it is!
