Sol was very down to earth and real. Not what I m used to when buying a vehicle but pleasantly surprised.

I purchased a new vehicle at this dealership and I had an excellent experience from my first step in the dealership to when I was handed the keys. Rudy Cantave was the sales associate I worked with and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for top notch customer service and a calming relaxed sales interaction. He listened to my wants and needs and got me in the car I was looking for at the price I could afford. Overall the entire dealership had a friendly and inviting feeling. My husband and I recently purchased an suv from dan at CJDR24. Our experience with him was wonderful. He was very professional especially for someone who is relatively new to car sales. He went above and beyond to make our car buying experience pleasant and enjoyable.

I came in not sure which model of Jeep I wanted. I was a little confused and overwhelmed, however Allan began asking me questions I hadn't thought of yet. This made everything alot easier. I went from nervous to excited real quick. Allan thank you for your patience and knowledge.

After looking at a few other dealerships, I came upon CJ24 because a friend of my father works in the parts department. The sales experience was phenomenal - Janie is a sweetheart and I'll be back to see her when it's time for another car, which hopefully won't be for a while! There were no underhanded sales tactics and the asking price on the vehicle I bought was very fair.

I did have a scare when, upon driving my new (used) car home, I discovered that the rear left window wouldn't roll up. The next morning, the car would not start (battery wasn't holding a charge). Because it was Sunday, I had to wait to bring it in until Monday. My father jumped it and was able to drive it back to CJ24. I was provided a courtesy car at no charge and the problems (bad window regulator and stuck neutral safety switch, not battery) were promptly fixed, at no cost to me. I'm not sure how those issues slipped past the certified preowned vehicle inspection, but I'm extremely pleased with how they were handled.

Some updates to report. My car only came with one key. I was promised it would be looked into. Nearly a month later, having heard nothing back, I emailed my salesperson. The response was essentially, too bad, it only came with one key. This is irksome because a) I had to go seeking this response, even though I was promised a follow up, and b) because now I will have to have another key made and programmed at a significant cost to me, probably in the $150-$200 range, in order to have a spare. Not pleased.

Furthermore, when my father dropped off my vehicle (immediately after purchase, for the repairs that seemed to have slipped under the radar of the "rigorous" CPOV inspection), he was handed a business card that clearly states in handwriting on the back, "When empty gas tank - slip for full tank." I thought this was a nice gesture, as the dealership is 30-35 miles round trip from my house, and I had to make a few extra trips there to deal with the problems that cropped up within 24 hours of purchase. When I inquired about it this week in the aforementioned email re: spare key, I was told that CJ24 does not offer gas cards. That may very well be the case, but if so then my father should have not been promised (in writing that is certainly neither mine nor his) a tank of gas.

I had a great experience with Allen purchasing my new Jeep he made the car buying experience very easy smooth despite the hiccups we did have he did his utmost to make the situation right even delevering the car to me at my work. So thank you Allen for all of your help

My husband and I have now had two great experiences with Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24. In the early spring we leased a Dodge Challenger and had a no nonsense experience with Allan. My husband went in, told Allan what he wanted and his price point, and got just that. We returned to Allan this week to inquire about a new Jeep for me. Allan spent a significant amount of time with us showing us various financing options for both a Jeep Compass and Jeep Cherokee. I left yesterday with a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and could not have been happier with the service that we received.

I bought a vehicle back in October 18 from Jeep 24 in Brockton. I couldn t be happier with their customer service. If you are looking to be treated with respect and professionalism ask for Travis. He was so helpful in the process of buying my vehicle and when unexpected things had come up with the vehicle he continued to be of service and stood behind his word. Sebastian Espourteille was was wonderful and very patient salesman. I drove myself crazzy not sure what model vehicle I wanted and he had me test drive about 4 different versions and realy was patient with my in-discussions. Horrible customer service. Picked up my car they had no idea where it was in thier parking lot spent twenty minutes in the freezing dark looking for it. Found it battery was dead. Went back in to get jump . Car got jumped power steering pump was very load asked service manager what that was he said not to worry it's just cold out. Drove home checked power steering fluid none. Added leaked right out. I paid 2200 bucks for repairs and the messed up my car worse than it was before I brought it in. Bunch of hacks at this dealership . Do yourself a favor and go someplace else

The service was good, however when they changed my oil they used conventional instead of the synthetic, a little disappointed since this is the second time they did this after I specifically asked them to put it into my record to use only synthetic oil.

I had a great experience with Dan! He made the day pleasant and he was very personable. Dan vocalized he is fairly new at the job, but none the less he was super knowledgeable and anything he was unsure of he immediately looked it up and found the right answer for us. It made me happy he really cared and was proactive. He helped us decide which vehicle fit our needs best, and we were 100% satisfied by the end of the day. I highly recommend Dan and we will be back again!!!

This place is great! Bought my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee from here and I am very pleased with the price I paid compared to other dealerships I went to. The sales person named Sebastien worked with me to get me the Jeep I wanted for an excellent price. These guys go above and beyond!

I purchased a used Mercedes from Jeep 24. The car had 22k miles on it and had 4 brand new Yokohoma tires. It had a slight pull to the right which they promised in writing to fix before I took ownership. It took them a week before they said the car was finally ready to be picked up. Needless to say when I took delivery of the car, the problem hadn't been fixed. The following week, following the advice of my sales person, I went directly to Sullivan tire, the tire store where Jeep 24 had had the car aligned at and the tires re-ballanced, they road tested it and confirmed that one of the tires had a belt pull, something that occasionally appears in brand new tires. They recommended going back to Jeep 24. So I went back to Jeep 24. After wasting 5 hours there while they attempted to fix the problem, guess what, it still pulls to the right. Now after more than a dozen calls to the service manager and general manager to attempt to have the problem fixed, my calls have gone unanswered. To make a long story short, nothing about the car buying experience at Jeep 24 was handled professionally. My advise is to stay as far away from them as possible.

First time going here and I will not go anywhere else. Such a great team. Even the parts department is friendly there!

Great service department. Always taken care of at reasonable prices and always feel like you're being taken care of. I've had jeep modifications done here that have come out amazing as well as regular maintenance. Never a disappointment and always taken care of.

My experience was not high pressure. I went for a test drive in the Jeep I was looking at and my Sales Guy was very informative with the questions my husband and I had. My overall experience was a 5 star day. Thank you

Brought my truck in for a vibration and recalls, was told that they couldn't duplicate vibration because of the rain and would have to start by replacing the tires, so I replaced the Tires, Vibration still there, so I returned to dealer and they had truck for a week, they replaced front and rear driveshafts and when that didn't fix it I was told the vibration is normal and they all do it. Has something to do with wheels I was told, However the loaner I was driving was the same exact truck as mine and guess what? No vibration? So I replaced all four wheels with a different style and long behold it still vibrates, when I went back to dealer the service manager Chuck would not go for a road test with me, was told he was to busy, and to return next week, however I spotted him on his cell phone texting and flirting with other employees, but I guess that is consider being busy.

I talk to chuck this morning as I'm concerned about the safety of this truck and that I was upset he wouldn't go on a road test with me, but had time to play games with other employees, I also asked that if he thinks it's safe to please provide that in writing, he refused, I was told that the dealership is done with me and not to come back.

Stay away from this dealer if you have a concern with your vehicle, as they don't have the staff to fix it or even verify there is a issue

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Laura was the most disrespectful person I have ever dealt with in my life. I would be upset if she worked at McDonalds and made my order correctly. She chose a field in customer service and spent 6 minutes cutting me off and telling me I was rude.

Purchased a new Ram 4 years ago and had a great experience. Recently returned and purchased both a new Ram 2500 and gently used Grand Caravan through Sebastien. I got a great deal on a 2019 Grand Cherokee. The deal was straight forward, no games with numbers. Jenn Tracey, my salesperson, was awesome. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. She knew what I was looking for and got it for me at a great price and she took care of all the details. No worrying about plates or inspection sticker - Jenn had that all taken care of prior to me taking delivery. This is our 4th vehicle from CJDR24, and they just keep getting better!

A young man named Travis Ziegler spent several hours with us, showing us the ins and outs of different models, letting us test drive them, explaining the differences, not rushing us. When we came to our decision, he was easy to make a fair deal with and then went several extra miles, putting our important addresses and phone numbers in the car s memory and agreeing to deliver the car in person a fair distance away. I never had a better or easier time buying a car.

After having a terrible experience trying to trade in my leased Honda CRV at Honda Village (where we originally leased the car), for a new Honda Pilot, we decided to shop around for other brands. We ended up narrowing it down to a Dodge Durango and a Mazda CX-9 based on our research. We decided to give American cars a shot and went to test drive a used 2012 Dodge Durango R/T at Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 in Brockton.

Solomon Reddix met us and quickly got us to test drive the car. Sol had great product knowledge and walked us through all of the features. We were blown away by the quality and performance of the Durango. We knew that we no longer needed to test drive any other SUVs...this was it. Sol worked with us to get us a great deal on a new 2014 Durango R/T and was able to take our CRV off lease early. Solomon was very professional, diligent, and kept in constant contact with us throughout the week to ensure that we would get timely delivery of our new car. We have nothing but praises for Solomon and the great new car that he introduced to. I had Sebastian for a salesman. He was great. Laid back, I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I can be difficult to deal with, I'm quite stubborn and was ready to be given the usual car salesman run around, the lies pressure etc. Sebastian took that like a champ and proved he wasn't out to screw me. First good car buying experience I've had.No lies, deception or shadyness. He took the time to explain everything and show the different options for vehicles and financing without the confusion. He was very frank about the situation and worked to make the deal happen.
I walked on to that lot to only look at used trucks not even buy one yet. I walked out in a brand new one at a price that I'm happy with. They got me out of a vehicle that was totaled and still had money owed. I highly suggest this place. They want your business and will do what is needed to make a deal that you like. Sebastian and CJDR 24 have my business from here on out.

I googled for a local Jeep dealership to bring my car in for service, CJDR24 popped up as super close - with amazing reviews; hard to come by when working with dealers! I immediately called to book an appointment. To my surprise they had availability a few hours later, which I took. My GPS took me to the Nissan service center, where they happily directed me to the correct location down the road. As soon as I drove my car into a bay I was met with friendly greetings and instructions on where to go. I worked with Laura Spinola who was not only extremely personable but also very knowledgeable about the department, making my whole time there a pleasant breeze. My car was test driven, confirmed the issue I brought it in for, and is there overnight to be worked on and picked up tomorrow afternoon - I received a courtesy car to use! I was in and out in less than two hours. I feel extremely comfortable leaving my car in their hands and look forward to servicing it there in the future. I have never had this great of an experience with other dealership service centers. They've really got in going on here!!

I've recently purchased a 2011 town and country. Brendan was great, very polite and helpful. He went through the van front to back, making sure we knew how to use every button and feature on the vehicle. Jessica in finance was wonderful as well. No games, easiest car purchase I've ever made. I recently bought a Jeep at Chrysler Dodge Jeep 24 and Travis Ziegler was my salesman. It was the best car buying experience that I ve had so far. I live in CT, so it was a very non traditional process. Travis was so helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. I never felt pushed or pressured. Jerome and the sales staff were great, answered all questions I had and let me test drive several trucks until I was satisfied. Jeffrey from finance was very easy to talk too.

So I grew up in the city and wanted to do business with a local dealer. I worked online letting 7-8 vendors know I was buying a jeep in the next couple days and wanted a sahara wrangler quote. 1) Brockton started by giving me the sport trim probably because they didnt have the sahara I wanted - I caught this and pointed out the 'mistake". 2) they come back with the exact sahara I wanted and an aggressive price. - I couldnt find picture and googled the vin number 3) the car was an hour plus away in Danvers but never disclosed to me they didnt have it in Brockton.
I'm trying to get this all done to have the jeep July 5th knowing I have to get it all done on the 2nd or 3rd (calling insurance for plates et al) 4) The dealer ship calls us after two hours of them "reviewing" the price at 4:55 pm on July 3rd advising us the car was sold unbeknownst to them. So, they basically lied with bait and switch from the moment I got in touch with them, were not transparent on not having the vehicle I wanted on their lot, played it off all day as if they did have it on their lot and then had no choice but to come clean after god knows what they were doing to sell me a car regardless of the tactics needed on their end to get that done.
Though I dont live in Brockton anymore I live close and will enjoy letting anyone I know that is thinking of going here to not go to this dealership. Disgusting, grimy and unfortunately living up to the hype as "used car salesman" mentality.
On a side note, I bought a cadillac from Norwood a couple years ago and the experience was and still is unprecedented. A fabulous classy outfit. Stay away from these bad characters in Brockton.

I buy a lot of vehicles so I do not like any games. My rep Sebastian did a good job at taking care of business. This is a smaller dealership with a very friendly atmosphere. They have all the updated technology without the big box attitude.

I have now purchased 6 vehicles from Sebastion. My daughter just bought a Jeep Cherokee yesterday and she loves it. I think they do a really good job here at this dealership. This place is nice and not too fancy I feel comfortable getting a good deal here.

Went in to get an inspection and they were quick and accepted my coupon off of my phone because i had no way to print it. The gentleman, and i use this word loosely, could have been a little more polite but he is one out of several.

Travis was fantastic. Super friendly and very trustworthy. Gave us a great price and showed us exactly what we asked for. Highly recommend seeing him for a new or used car!

After a lot of research and a lot of wasted time at several other Jeep dealerships, I somehow ended up at CJDR 24 on a rainy Saturday afternoon with no real intention of purchasing. I was there strictly for information and fully expected to leave disappointed. However, I met Travis, who so effortlessly facilitated the process, that I soon found myself ringing the bell in celebration of my new Jeep Wrangler lease! Travis has been more than attentive and has delivered on every promise made. He was honest about what I could and couldn't get, never promised something only to disappoint, and truly went above and beyond in communicating with me. A rare find in the world of car sales.

Updating my review, ran into a problem with the financing company they set me up with. I was not sure if they could help me but I emailed the GM to see if they could assist me in resolving the issue. They did not even bother to respond to my inquiry. In my opinion very poor customer service.

Great experience! I can't say enough good things about my recent experience with Jonathan! He was friendly,professional, and easy to work with! First time leasing and he was able to get me exactly what I was looking for! I will definitely recommend Jonathan and this dealership to anyone looking!

The folks at 24 were all very nice. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately they only have 3 techs qualified to work on the Pacifica Hybrid so my car spent 5 nights waiting to be fixed: 1 to get a part and 4 for the mechanic to be available.

They offered a loaner, but had no minivans available the first day so I had to borrow a Jeep suv and then return it to get a minivan the next day so that I could drive six kids to school on Monday.

One small negative: my tires were overinflated when I picked it up from the recent servicing. It is a Platinum with the downgraded wheels--sticker on the door shows the correct inflation 36 psi, not 46.

After months of shopping for a used Jeep I can truthfully say Brocton Jeep 24 are superior to many in customer relations. The sales manager was willing to negotiate and open to understand my expectations. I felt I was being treated with honesty and fairness. The sales person bestowed complete confidence the vehicle was being prepared and delivered as agreed. The P&S was informative and concise. Upon the initial call I received friendly knowledgeable assistance. From the very start to the very end it was a great shopping and buying experience. I almost never write reviews but Brocton deserved the accolades!

This is my second time dealing with this dealership, and i will never ever deal with them again, this dealership has me so screwed up in a contract its unbelievable. Then i thought I was buying a brand new ram 2016. In june of 2016. When i went to trade it in for a 2019. I just found out i was the second owner of a brand new truck through carfax. This is my fourth Ram and it is now my last Ram. So sad. I love the Ram truck but keep getting screwed by dealers I am done. The reason i was trading it in i was having a lot of problems with the truck. Just wanted a new one. But iam now getting a different vehicle. Because of the this dealership. That lies to there customers thinking they are getting a deal. Iam now with bonneville and sons in manchester NH. These people are wonderful and very helpful. And that day i bought 2 brand new vehicles totaling 100,000 dollars and we get treated that way. So wrong. Thank you bonneville and sons for helping us and caring. Walked in today just get an idea of what I can afford, and walked away with my first new car. Gerry Azor walked me through a bevy of different options and what would suit me best which gave me the assurance that what I chose was the best for me. Buying a new truck is an extremely stressful time for me personally. Both Jerome (salesman) and Chris (sales mgr) totally exceeded expectations as I was convinced I wouldn t be able to find what I wanted. They were able to lock that down at a great price and were never pushy in the process....super important in my opinion. I have been dealing with CJDR24 for 3 years now. Rob from service has been my go to. He has always been extremely accommodating, helpful and respectable. I have had everything from oil changes - detail and have been happy with them.

My husband and I bought our 2012 Chrysler 300 in Braintree but had a tricky time coordinating our schedules to get the car back to Quirk for recall work. I can actually walk to the Chrysler 24 location from my house but was not aware that I could take the car to ANY Chrysler dealership for factory recalls. Once they told me that, I made an appointment for the very next day! When I dropped the car off, the service dept. gave me a ride back home. They called when the car was ready and graciously offered to come pick me up, but I chose to walk since it was a nice day. I have been back ever since with oil changes, inspection sticker, parts, rental cars, everything! The entire staff is awesome, but a "shout out" goes to Bill, Rose, and Mike Mike Mike Mike Mike (on Hump Day)! I can't say enough good things about this great group! Thanks for your stellar customer service.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The dealership kept information from me when purchasing my Jeep and failed to give me a copy of the contract. Then failed to work with me when I approached them about my concerns. When I went to pick up the car, they had prepared the wrong one for me. They forgot to cancel my old registration from the lease I turned in, then registered the wrong car to me. I was made aware of this by my insurance agent. I tried to contact the owner, Ed Kardon, but he would not speak with me.

The service department was no better. When my car was getting water into it I dropped it off to get checked out and fixed. Days later after no updates from Jeep, I called to check in. The man that had dealt with my car at drop -off had gone on vacation, and my car had been left outside in the rain for days. I cannot believe that a car I dropped off because of water getting into it was left outside.
I am appalled by this Jeep branch and I would highly recommend you take a trip to Quirk Chrysler Jeep in Braintree instead.

I purchased an '18 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. The vehicle itself is one of the finest examples of engineering I've ever owned. The dealership staff went above and beyond while facilitating my very specific and out-of-state requirements. It was a true team effort all way from Chris (the GM), to Blake, to Beethoven and Chris (the driver that made the day trip to Philadelphia to deliver the vehicle. I couldn't be happier with the experience!

I had been shopping around for a new car and had a difficult time with a few other dealerships finding something that would work for me and also give me what I was looking for with my trade in. I worked with Sebastien and he was great. He made the whole transaction seamless and was super patient with the many questions I had. Purchasing a new car is always stressful but Sebastien made it very easy and I really appreciated the high level of customer service I received here.

Laura Spinola the assistant service manager ROCKS! I have delt with her on 2 occasions and she has a way of keeping the customer calm and satisfied. I had to have my car serviced twice in one month and though the work was covered under factory warranty i had to take time off to put it in the shop and my rental reservation was not available. Lisa found me a suitable vehicle and made sure that my vehicle was surfaced as soon as possible. Laura's professionalism, get it done attitude and her understanding of customer relations is the main reason why I will continue to bring my car to Chrysler-Jeep Dodge Ram 24. Thank you Laura!
