I bought my second Jeep Grand Cherokee at CJDR24. I love it. The salesman, Dan, was very helpful throughout the entire process. Even on the day I picked up my car, Dan, was patient and explained all the new features to me. It was a pleasure working with Dan.

Customer service is great here I got very genuine help from Sales rep Allan and Jeff in finance I recommend this dealership to anybody who is interested in getting into a better car situation . 5 stars

Brendan was excellent and broke all stereotypes about car salesmen. He answered my questions honestly and most importantly he listened to me when I explained what I was looking for in a vehicle! He was the first salesmen I worked with(there were a lot!) that didn't try to sell me features I didn't want or push me out of the budget I was comfortable with. After walking away from several dealerships prior to visiting yours I was very happy to find a person I was comfortable dealing with and purchasing a car from! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!! Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. From the moment we walked into this dealership, everything went sideways. Our car salesman ( I will not say names out of respect to him) was extremely pushy and dishonest throughout the entire process. In fact everyone working in this dealership is dis honest. The person who financed my car had to reprint the note 3 different times due to mistakes on his end and adding in costs that were not disclosed for the beginning. At one point I was financing a $21,000 for $27,000 after putting $5,000 down. Let me know how that monkey math was done.. I was told that the Lojak comes with the car and I was not paying for it, when meanwhile they were charging me an extra $800 for the Lojack. Every transaction that was done was extremely shady. There were only 2 employees in the entire dealership who were respectful. In the end, I was sold a lemon and got a full refund. The car was making a horrible sound and we had taken it in to be serviced 3 times and they were unable to solve the issue. But this was after months of back and forth and having to get a hold of the owner because no other manager was willing to work with us and compromise. The actually didn t even gave us the lemon law document to sign which I found extremely interesting considering this is a Massachusetts law. The employees at this dealership need some serious coaching in customer service. Don t waste your time with this place. Do yourself a favor and get a car from somewhere with honest employees, clear pricing and good customer service.

Here we are 2 weeks later, I'd like to change my review. Travis was still a great kid, but as I was leaving with signed purchased vehicle I was stopped and informed they didn't have title for vehicle(I know they can't legally have me sign if they don't have title) but still I loved the car, so I waited it out, bank withdrew payment for the car I didn't have. And very little was done to compensate me for this.

Jeep24 had great service overall and very friendly staff. Brendan was very knowledgeable and helped make the car purchasing process easy and smooth.

Sebastian (one of the salesmen there) was so awesome! He helped us get into our 2013 dodge durango citadel suv with such ease from the beginning all the way to the end when we drove our new baby home!! He worked as hard and fast as he could to make sure my boyfriend and I had a safe, family vehicle after recently crashing our chrysler aspen not long before.. within a couple hours we were approved for our new/used suv.. walked out pretty much with the keys in our hand! Literally that day we were the proud owners of our beautiful durango!

For our test drive, Sebastian talked to us the whole time as he explained everything we should know about the vehicle we were wanting to purchase. He had so much patience even when our middle child was crying almost the entire test drive haha.. he didn't mind one bit and was just so nice and pleasant! Fantastic service, friendly staff and such an easy smooth sailing process considering all we had to go threw with the stress and bad news with the loss of our other vehicle.. kid friendly too! As I had all 3 of mine and even though they were running around and being kids, (as we kindly made sure they stayed away from the cars inside ) they enjoyed us and made us feel welcomed and comfortable! We searched for a used and Honda CRV for weeks until we finally found one at Chrysler Jeep 24. We purchased a 2010 CRV from them about a month ago and are very happy with the vehicle. We got a very fair price and the car is in great shape! The whole transaction was favorable from beginning to end. It was a pleasure to work with these folks from the sales staff to the finance department. In fact we were able to get great financing in a matter of minutes which was totally unexpected. Mr. Diaz the Sales manager is also great to work with. The car only came with one key and after he couldn't track one down he is having one made! While I can't speak for the sales department here, I can certainly speak highly of the service department! So much so that I'll probably check in with sales when the time comes for a newer vehicle.
I started having problems with my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee due to issues involving FCA recall #V62 Fuel Pump Relay. This issue left me with a Jeep that would intermittently not start. As you can imagine this left me stranded numerous times.
I initially contacted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 service department and spoke with Laura Spinola. She was very knowledgeable about the recall. She gave me some pointers and I was able to get it started later that day.
I proceeded to call around to see about this so called "interim fix. Other dealerships and FCA were of no help and actually told me there was nothing they could do.
I was left stranded again the next day. I connected with Laura again and she was informed that the parts were available after all. Knowing how frustrated I had become being stranded again, she went the extra mile and said they would take care of the issue that night. And they did!!! Within an hour or so i was back on the road.
I have never experienced customer service of this level. I will only have good things to say about Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 Service department. Laura, Rob and crew deserve all the praise. Thank you.

I purchased a certified pre-owned 2015 ram from ram 24 three months ago. My experience has been nothing but hell. First the salesman Gerry agreed to buff out scratches and fix the bumper if I purchesed the vehicle so I did. He quickly denied that he said this and when I dropped the truck off after tooth and nail arguing I pick it up and nothing at all got fixed! They gave me touch up paint and told me to wet sand the spots and fill it in myself after I buy a $25,000 dollar truck unreal! Quickly after I buy the vehicle I notice the ebrake cable hanging about 5 inches from the ground which is weird where they supposedly inspect these vehicles for safety before you drive them. The more I look at the truck it seems to be they just slapped a sticker on it and pushed it out the door. I call the manager at the service department asking to talk about the repair and i got nothing but sass and ignorance and unbelievable disrespect saying its not theyre problem. I love ram but DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE A VEHICLE HERE!!

We had a great experience buying my new car last summer with Rudy. I stopped in once because my tire pressure was very low and they were more than happy to help me out (for free) Also stopped in for routine oil change and was great. Looking forward to when the waiting room will be remodeled.

Last week my jeep (it only has 6k miles) was making this horrific noise. I had to pull over and I called. They said not to drive it, and have it towed right in. Unfortunately, the free towing from Chrysler takes you to the nearest jeep dealership, so we used AAA instead to get to Brockton. They gave me a loaner car and said they'd follow up the next day.

I recieved a call the next day saying they took the entire wheel/breaks apart trying to find something. It was a rock stick in between the breaks. Victoria, who we worked with, said that they want to keep it one more day and just keep doing test drives on it just to be sure that's all it was. She said she had a few different employees drive it and it seemed ok.

The next day they had someone else drive it again and it was fine. I was really impressed that they didn't just remove the rock and say come in and get it. The fact that they kept it longer to test drive it multiple times shows that my safety is a priority to them. I picked up my jeep 2 days later and it's as good as new! My only complaint is that I wish they locked in when they parked it in the lot when done. But not a huge deal, as I took anything valuable out before it was towed. So impressed and glad we found a good dealership! Cant wait to see the 2020 grand cherokees!

Purchased a Ram 1500 approximately a month ago. Great experience at the dealership. We worked with Corey and he was a big help. Very knowledgeable on the Ram products and customer service oriented. Pricing was fair and there was not too much hassle. Would've rated it 5 stars, however the vehicle in the color I wanted turned out to be unsellable due to damage it sustained in the lot. This damage was not noticed until we had finalized a price. There was no way for Corey to have known that beforehand so I wouldn't hold that against him and would recommend him as a salesman and this dealership for all your Ram needs.

Total rip off and some financial fraud! They told me that the bank required me to get an extra 3,800 worth of insurance. It was not true just a scam to bump up the comission. I've contacted the attorney general's office and they're looking into it.

At the start , I will tell you I am a demanding customer having been in sales for many years as well as being a car and truck enthusiast. I went to CJDR 24 only after my usual dealer couldn t produce the goods. I say usual dealer as I have purchased 3 trucks ( 2 RAMs and 1 Renegade) at that dealer in 20 months. (As well as sent 2 friends there for purchase)

So why did I go to RAM 24?

Like I said, my usual dealer dropped the ball and 24 was ready and waiting.

The first time I visited the lot, Sebastien Espourteille, walked up to me and introduced himself. He asked me what I was looking for in a truck and I told him the 10 things that were must haves. Yes I said 10 things. Without flinching he asked me if I would give him a half hour to locate the exact truck.....even offered me a coffee while I waited.

Intrigued, I took him up on his offer and I gave him 30 minutes. Well folks, I am happy to tell you he found the truck in 25 minutes with all 10 items and them some!

The negotiations for the price were professional and uncluttered and we arrived at an agreement for this truck quickly.

Sebastien displayed an amazing capacity to listen to his customer, a rare commodity these days. Instead of pushing a truck on me, he matched me to the perfect one!

I am so very impressed with him, I would love to see him on my sales team!

I bought a ram 1500 almost 3 weeks ago. it is a pretty good truck 2015 year, 10k mile, gps etc. I mean kind of brand new truck. We did all paper work Friday around 12:30 pm. I wasnt able to stay during all other process. I said that please give me call when ready to pick it up. The sales person gave me a call Friday around 5:30 pm. He said that truck ready to pick up. I was at work at that time so i was not able to pick it up. I told i will make it tomorrow. I pick it up saturday morning. I havent chance to check it out every single detail. I had to do something i just pick truck up and left. I realize that truck does not has any floor mats and gas tank is less than half. I thought that just a floor mats and 20 dollars gas not a big deal. But send him a e-mail. I told him very kindly my situation. But He didnt respond my e mail. I said it is okay not a big deal. But 4 days ago I parked on the street and got a ticket because of my windows sticker expired. Truck is a my second vehicle. so I am not driving my daily life. I did not see that sticker was expired. By the way how could i think that buying a 2015 vehicle from dealer and it has a expired sticker. After all this problems i went to dealer to speak with manager. I thought that dealer has a manager. But believe me there is a no manager. I spoke with the guy i explain my all problems. I expected just a little apology because of all these things, nothing more. He just got my ticket copies and he told me that i give a call about situation. It happened 3 days ago and he still give me a call. I will write my experience all online platform because that guy(manager) his name is jake! He wasted my time and did not keep his promise. If manager could do this i think i am right to do this.

This has been by far the worst car experience I ve ever had. Taken them over a month to send out information needed for my vehicle, when called I ve been hung up on, and spoken to rudely do NOT recommend!!!

THE BEST IN THE GAME!!! Gerry Azor treated us like family and I am walking away with a brand new 75th anniversary edition Jeep Wrangler! Don't go anywhere else!!!!!

We first showed up at ChryslerJeep24 in Brockton on Friday, 8 Nov because we saw a new 2013 Jeep Compass on their website. My son only wants to drive a 5-speed manual transmission and the one on their website was one of the only ones around. We were promptly greeted by Victor Morel. Victor was very friendly. Victor helped us find the Compass we wanted and gave us a test ride. He then went over the dealership offer clearly and without pressure. Despite Victor trying to close the deal on the spot, we insisted on going to other dealers. But later in the day we came back to buy the Compass. Again, Victor was very helpful. We were pressed for time so he hurried along the initial paperwork. We agreed on the final deal and decided to do the final paperwork with the finance manager the next day. Victor's sense of humor and friendly manner made the entire experience a positive one.

This morning (Saturday) we met with their finance manager, Jessica Reed. Jessica is, in a word, awesome! In addition to knowing her stuff cold, she has a great personality, a great sense of humor and an infectious laugh. She patiently explained everything about financing, insurance and extended warranties we could make the best, most informed decisions possible. Like Victor, Jessica never made us feel like we were being pressured into anything. Over the years I've bought about 10 new cars and two Harleys. And I've financed all of them. Jessica is without a doubt the friendliest finance manager with whom I've dealt and her finance accumen is second to none.

We're very excited, as we're picking up the Compass Monday evening. I'm sure we'll be just as happy with the car delivery as we have been with the rest of the car buying process.

Recently purchased a 17 ram 1500....traveled from rhode island to get this truck because they were the only dealer that had exactly what I was looking for. My salesman Allan was great, very knowledgeable, honest, and took great care of me. The sales manager on the other hand was a complete douche bag, manager should never be in that guys title, he needs to be somewhere in the back where he doesn't have to deal with customers. Not going to get into what he did to make me feel this way but make a long story short he doesn't not know how to manage a sale department nor deal with a human being. I think Allan needs to take his spot as a manager and show him how it's really done.

Best car buying experience ever. Beethoven and the group at Chrysler Jeep 24 do a great job taking care of the customers. This was my fifth Jeep in 3 years for our family.

Excellent shopping experience, Hopefully the car will perform just half as well as your salesman did. He was a joy to work with and I cannot say enough good things about him. The main reason I purchased the car was due to Soloman's expertise re: the car and his patience and understanding in completing the sale.

Horrible customer service. They don t communicate between the different departments. They should fire the service manager for the service department. He was very arrogant, not pulled , never say I m sorry for making-me go back so many times and it was the department fault. The owner should think if he likes to have keep people like him. Very very disappointed. Don t buy car from them.

I bought my Jeep from 24, this is why I went here. But Laura is the reason I keep coming back. She gave me a better price on tires than both Sullivan, Hogan and other carriers. Got my battery replaced here and she gave me the whole breakdown of cost and even made sure the rest of my car was in good order. When I had to get my starter replaced at another mechanic, she made sure I got the right price. This staff is thorough and has all the answers. Service is quick and stressless and If I could, I'd never go to another service center.

Travis Ziegler was my sales person. Laid back, not in "attack mode". Made the sales process much easier and a better experience all around.

I had built and ordered R/T from CJDR24 4 months ago and Rudy(sales) did excellent job taking the order from me. Great business experience with Rudy and Chris the GM. Chris took extra steps to make it happen and made sure that I was happy. I will go back to do a business again with this guys. Keep it up Chris and Rudy. Get ready when they change the body style in a couple of years. I am expecting to have a great experience again in the future.

Gerry is one of the best car salesman that I have ever encountered. He was with me every step of the way. He even delivered my car to my workplace and made sure he went through every small detail of the car until I was sure every question was answered! I will be calling Jeep Corporate to congratulate this awesome dealership and salesperson!

Purchased a new Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited... Travis was great to deal with. He was to the point and made the process less stressful. I had also had my previous jeep serviced not too long ago and that process was also quick and hassle free.

Not only do I love my Jeep Grand Cherokee, but the service that I received when visiting this dealership goes above and beyond what I expected. They took care of me. My check engine light had come on in my vehicle and I was short on time. Laura Spinola pulled out all the stops to make sure my vehicle was safe and that I would be safe while driving it. Thought they were good dealer to deal with, they are ignorant and no respect for customer concerns. They need proper training on customer service.... definitely not for customer, just trying to get numbers on self...will never buy again here.
