Shady shady shady.was told a car was there to test drive then when I got there an hour later it was magically sold ten minutes before I got there, but they could put me in a new one for the same monthly payment,also the price on True Car went up a thousand dollars in thirty seconds dealer fees,then that price was only if I used their financing otherwise I would have to pay more ,so much for dealer transparency on true car.and the vehicle is still listed as being for sale ,ya rite ,buyer beware here is all I can say

I went to the dealership on 10/31/18 to check out a used Cadillac XTS. I really liked the car and wanted to trade in my 2013 Kia Optima EX. On 11/3/18 I returned to the dealership hoping to negotiate a deal good for both parties.
I was negotiating with Jen and Beethoven. The amount offered for my trade-in was multiple thousands below NADA and KBB. I had to point out to Jen the MSRP for my car new that they were going off of was incorrect. It was $5,700 lower than the MSRP listed on the manufacturers new car sticker. Luckily I brought the sticker in with me.

I was told a different person came up with the extremely low trade-in value. My thought was....did that person also go off of incorrect information when he/she came up with the low trade-in value?

With that being said I was still told by Beethoven they couldn't budge from that low trade-in number.

I was also taken aback when Beethoven told me the listed price of the car was basically non-negotiable.

To the owner of Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24, you still show the Cadillac as being available. You have a customer willing and able to make a deal with your establishment.

We have dealt with Solomon Reddix when we leased our last three vehicles. When I went in most recently, Solomon was unfortunately not available, but Brendan Rappoport stepped right up and was wonderful to work with. I spent the majority of the day there, but working with Brendan and the rest of the sales team made the whole experience another great one. Brendan Rappaport , came out of the gate as a quick to inform sales person, and get us in a test ride in our new eco green High altitude compass in about 10 minutes. We roughed out a deal by him asking us where we would like to be in this deal and we gave him $100 to hold our vehicle while they had some major selling time going on.( end of the month pushes were on) Ali the online Marketer answered all our inquiry's about finances before we even hit the door and was right on top every e-mail within 30 min or quicker. Brendan gave us his e-mail and text and was also right on top of it.,, we did 75% of the deal online just to know if this was the dealership we would go with and they worked hard to prove to us that they were the dealership we wanted. We have a jeep dealer 2 miles from our home,, but drove 50 miles to get the right deal, by the right sales person, at the right dealership because it was worth it. The entire staff was happy , pleasant and willing to please. They made our experience timely, efficient, and attentive to anything I wanted to know. It felt like I was dealing on demand. .like boom, click, bang done. We were smiling the whole time !!! Wife are still asking ourselves how the whole dealership team treated us to make sure we were being assisted properly, and wonder why don't more dealers operate that way. doesn't cost them anything to be more pleasant and professional ??

CJDR24 treated me well. I stopped in on a weeknight during the beginning of my trade/buying process to see what would be available. Corey Hines helped me that day. He went through all the steps to get me a trade-in value for my car. I told him why I was there and what I was looking for. Corey laid out all the options that I had and different price points. I sat on the idea for a few weeks and contemplated between buying a used car and leasing a new car. Ultimately I decided to lease a new Jeep. I am very happy with that decision. Corey and the crew at CJDR24 held true to their word and hit the budget price that we were both happy with. Corey was very professional and easy to approach throughout the process and beyond. After getting the new Jeep, I was having a few minor issues and Corey really seemed to actually continue to care. I feel like that is a rare thing in the car sales world. I literally never write reviews but, I had to share this experience..

So I spent my whole day off at this dealership and the first thing I said to myself that morning is that I'm going home with a new car today... I didn't need to be persuaded or coerced I literally already talked myself into buying a new car, but unfortunately, I walked away empty handed ..

First of all, I had a screen shot of a quote that I got online from this jeep dealership and brought it in. The first thing I said was that I wanted to make sure this quote I got online from them was accurate..The girl that was working with me said everything checked out and had me send the screenshot to her, so I went for a test drive and loved the car!! Like I said, I told myself I was getting this car.

When we got back she had me waiting there for about 30- 45 minutes without telling me what was going on and came back and said I had to fill out a form for a credit score history report and I was told it was a SOFT credit credit check and I asked her to make sure multiple times before i filled out the form. She specifically told me that a hard credit check wouldn't occur until I applied for the loan for the car and this form was for a soft credit check only!!!.. (which was a complete lie!!!!)

AND THEN, after spending almost 2 hours there the sales manager comes over and said there was a mistake that the website messed up and combine promotion (which apparently can't happen??) SO instead of the quote I was given (that I was told at the beginning of the day was accurate) they told me it would be $200 more a month than initially promised!!!... I was devastated and angry, because I thought I was getting the car I walked in there for..

To top it all off the next morning I got an alert that my credit score had changed because they did run a HARD credit check like they promised they couldn't because I did not buy a car that day!!! I called the girl I was working with and asked her why and how that happened.. she was quick to tell me that I was wrong, that she would call me back after she "spoke with her manager" they NEVER called me back and NEVER replied to my voice mails. I was going to go back there for a used jeep but, I will honestly never go back again after she blatantly ignored my calls and voice mails to see what happened. I would have been happy with a response like "I'm so sorry I was wrong about your credit check" and I wouldn't be writing this review right now and I'd probably going back there for a car but, I have never had an experience like this that has gone so terribly wrong.. and then to be lied to AND ignored really got my blood boiling... enough to waste my time writing this review.

The only good thing they could have done there was offer me a decent price for my trade in... My personal experience there could be one of few but it could be the beginning of one of many...

It's a longer drive from home to get here but it's worth the trip. The staff is straight up with you, they are willing to work things out, and they are respectful. Not in the least they can make you a killer deal.

I came in to test drive a used 2019 Jeep Cherokee and after sitting down and talking to Travis, decided a lease may be a better option. Dealing with Travis was great! He wasn t pushy and was helpful in making me understand the process as I had never leased before. He is working to try and get me in the Jeep today and I really appreciate everything they are doing for me. I would recommend dealing with this dealership as it s a very different and better car buying experience than most of the others out there!

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Made an appointment to look at a truck. Drove an hour to get there and got a run around for 45 minutes before being told that someone else is looking at the same truck. We were in market for a new Grand Cherokee and went to Jeep Ram 24. We dealt with Nate and he was great and was willing to negotiate. We aren t getting vehicle from them because my current lease is with other dealership and they are making it very hard (very aggressive pricing). But if you are in market then I recommend seeing Nate. And, I ll get my next vehicle from them!!

I visited three locations in one day I must say, depending where you go, the staff may of may not be sharks or friendly. In addition, please make sure you inquire about their fees because it is not consistent and in some location it just doesn't make sense...Oh but wait, there is more!. I was told n one location that they do not conduct business in cash, meaning that not only you have to finance whatever vehicle you are buying, but you also HAVE TO finance through them or at least that is what i was told by a sales manager at one of their location, but of course, when i called on the phone I was told the opposite until i told my story, after that the person on the phone try to come up with reasons as to why i was told that which it just didn't make sense. Long story short, they do have competitive prices and a big selection of vehicles, but make sure you call the location and inquire about their sales process before you even go.

I work nearby and it was super convenient for me to bring my car in for an oil change in the morning and walk over to pick it up later in the day. Don and his staff were super courteous and efficient and called when my car was ready. The price was reasonable. There is also an attractive waiting area with a selection of free coffee and tea. I would definitely recommend this place, especially to those who live or work nearby.

So, I decided to get back into the Jeep game. I went to the dealer around the corner from my house to place an order for a manual Rubicon. They couldn't figure out how to do it and basically told me to kick rocks. I happened to pop into this dealership the next day and was greeted by Allan.
I decided to compromise on the Rubicon for a sport s that had most of the options I wanted. We worked out numbers and swapping out the soft top for a different color. Everything was great!
My wife got in a minor accident with our trade in that night. Now my plans were put on hold. I felt bad for Allan but promised to order the one I really wanted from him.
I now have my dream jeep and everything went smoothly. If he's still there when and I need another Jeep or Hellcat ;-), I'm going straight back.

Sales Dept. has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. I have a couple minor issues and have been completely ignored. Very dissatisfied with how I ve been treated after my sale. Simple issues like a missing floor mat to minor inconvienences like a door ding, and major issues like my ADDRESS being wrong. After speaking with a sales manager, who blew me off back to the salesman who is not returning my messages I d have to say go somewhere else.

When I arrived it was not ready and fater waiting 3 hours was told it still had not been washed and detailed because the owner put his car in ahead of mine. Bad customer service. I ended up taking the truck not washed or detailed and left. Will never buy from them again.

I can't say enough wonderful things about the Service Department at Chrysler Jeep 24. Every time I bring my car in for its regular maintenance, I feel the service people go out of their way to make me feel extra special. They take the time to explain the maintenance that is required on your car at the time you bring it in and I always get a free car wash when my service is done. Recently I had a non maintenance issue on my car which was going to take a whole day to fix. They provided me with a loaner car at no charge. I used to take my car to a different dealer and I would leave there feeling totally frustrated as they would refuse to address some issues my car had. That would never happen at Chrysler Jeep 24. They take the time to listen to your concerns and they go out of their way for you to address your car problems. I will never take my car any place else. They are the best!!

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone, there are plenty of other dealerships in the Boston area, that actually care about their customers and want to sell a vehicle. Upon walking into this dealership the sales manager greeted me and seemed to be interested in potentially selling a vehicle that changed after I was introduced to the lady who would be working with me to sell me a vehicle. Jennifer was her name, it was obvious that she wasn't interested. She would have preferred checking her personal email which was on display on her computer. I told Jennifer what I wanted, and what price point I wanted to be at, the lease term and the amount of miles. Her answer was we cannot do that, she gave me an estimated price of 300$ more and 2 years longer than the vehicle I just leased at another dealership for the price I wanted. She would not even talk estimated payments without running a credit check, I specifically asked if this was a hard inquiry or a soft inquiry and if it would go on my credit report she said no it would not, meanwhile I got a notification on my phone saying a change had occurred on my credit report. I ended up walking out of the dealership because the entire experience was the biggest waste of my time. I strongly suggest a lesson in customer service.

Waiting area very welcoming and comfortable with HD TV and remote. Speaking of waiting... For the service I had done today the wasn't long at all.
