I had a truly wonderful car-buying experience at CJDR 24. Corey Hines was my sales rep and he was incredibly responsive, honest, worked to get me answers and approvals expeditiously, and hustled every day (dealing with insurance, financing, etc.) until the car was purchased and delivered. I would recommend buying any car - new or used - at this dealer and ask for Corey.

Louis was outstanding! Very professional, polite and extremely helpful! Even after the sale Louis had given me his cell phone number which I called numerous times with him always answering and helping me out with some minor issues with my vehicle.
I cannot say enough about Louis as a person and a salesman! You don t find his caliber of individual very often anymore.
He is an asset to Jeep24 and management should be very thankful that they have him.

I've made 43 vehicle purchases, in 5 different states,over the years, and this buying experience has been the best of them all. Well, I had no idea I would purchase a vehicle so quickly and so easily as I did at CJD24! I was in the area and just pondering the idea of buying a new Cherokee and in 4 days out I drove with a big smile on my face. I was paired up with sales member Brendan Rappaport and he was persuasive yet never never pushy. I felt very comfortable and like I was in good hands as he informed me of all buying options and how I could affordably get in to an even better vehicle than I was looking for. Jessica in finance was also very helpful in getting me in a finance program that allowed an additional $500 rebate! At delivery of my vehicle, Brendan sat for an hour + with me reviewing all of the Cherokee's options, gadgets, buttons, bells and whistles. Overall, my experience was a whirl wind but who wants to take forever buying a car?! And for my experience of the staff and dealership I was completely pleased and will highly recommend CJDR24 to anyone I know in the market for a vehicle!

I leased a new vehicle from CJDR24 recently and I must say, if not for Travis Ziegler I would have gone elsewhere. Everyone knows that considering buying/leasing a vehicle is difficult enough without having to deal with some inept "salesman" who only cares about the sale and not the person or their unique situation. Upon my first visit I specifically asked to be left alone when tire-kicking whereas I didn't want to be SOLD a vehicle, and CJDR24 respected that. When I was ready to ask questions I sought Gerry Azor and he respected me enough to inform me that he had just began working with another customer and didn't want me to have to wait. He assured me that I would be taken care of and immediately introduced me to Travis. Travis spent time getting to know me and asked questions about my needs, wants and unique requirements and even spent the time engaging in diverse intellectual conversations while I toggled between one vehicle and another and then another. At no point was it ever hinted that he was interested in SELLING me a vehicle, but more of helping me obtain what I wanted. He literally built me a virtual vehicle in his mind from listening to me and then somehow created and produced the very same vehicle from within their inventory. If Travis did not know the answer to a question he told me so and then without hesitation found someone who did know. He was tireless and professional from the first handshake all the way to present day as he frequently checks in on me pledging complete satisfaction. If not for Travis and the ones he worked alongside with at CJDR24 I would not have spent a dime or a minute longer. This is not my first purchase from this location but I was skeptical about returning to them after some time away; that was until Gerry introduced me to Travis. I appreciated the way the sales team worked with each other and the way Jake and Adam remained accessible to both Travis and myself during the process. I will continue to recommend Travis to my friends and family and I highly suggest anyone reading this review to seek out Travis and the others he works with for their next new/used purchase or lease.

Every time I go there to get a vehicle I see Solomon. He is very honest, patient and helps me get the best deal for what I'm looking for. Just upgraded from my minivan to a Ram 1500!!! With the help of the staff at Chrysler Jeep 24 were able to help me climb a hill to get into my new beast. They give the best price around for my trade in even with some of the considerable flaws that it had. They were able get me into an affordable Ram with everything I wanted. In August 2018 I leased my first vehicle ever. Sebastien made it super easy and painless. Love my 2018 GJC! He was knowledgeable and if he didn't have the answer, he would get it for me and believe, me, I know I drove him nuts!

Suoer easy experience, the finance person was great as well. I couldnt be happier and I know I am difficult! Love my Jeep - there is an issue, the radio keeps cutting in and out, but I will call service and have it taken care of.. I am sure they are just as great!

Only gave them 3 stars because I finally got in the end the vehicle I wanted but it was like pulling teeth. It rated as one of my worst buying experiences. A lot of tricks tried to be pulled by one of their finance guys. A buying experience shouldn't have to be this way.

First I had found a car on AutoTrader that I had inquired about. Shortly after I received a nice email from one of their business developers who put me in contact with one of their sales rep Brendan Rappoport. When I arrived I was warmly greeted and treated very well. Brendan was super helpful and made the whole experience stress free. I am a first time buyer so I went in with a lot of questions and anxiety and I felt that Brendans approach was understanding, calm and non aggressive. I work in customer service so I am VERY picky when it comes to being the customer and Brendan exceeded expectations and made buying a car a really enjoyable experience. He was respectful and attentive to my needs.
I truly feel like he worked with me while keeping me in my budget and I never once felt pressured to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. He even helped me quote out auto insurance which was extremely helpful for first time buyers! I walked away with the car of my dreams at a price that works for me and empowered with more knowledge and confidence in my experience. I'd recommend CJDR 24 to anyone.

I shopped around several dealerships and Mike Boland from Chrysler Jeep 24 was the most courteous, knowledgeable and professional representative I dealt when compared to other dealerships that I visited. Purchased a car from a fellow by the name of John Lopes. It took a bit of time to get everything done but i didn't mind, John was easy to talk to and made the experience less painful than any other vehicle i've purchased before.

This is my 10th Vehicle from CJD 24.
From the 1st vehicle 7 or 8 years ago when they only had 1 location they treated me like I was one of the family and not just a number.

As they grew I would of thought that would of changed not so much it even got better. I special ordered this 2019 Ram about 2 months ago they followed thru with me every step of the way, always keeping me updated. I felt like I was there only customer. Chris Diaz The GM is doing an amazing job running operations there. And as soon as the vehicle arrived like all my other vehicles in the past, Sales Rep Sebastian walked me thru the final steps to make me the happiest guy in the world. If you haven't driven the new 2019 Ram 1500 you need to. And with there new automated system the closing was smooth. The other reason this is the only auto group I would buy a car from is after the sale my experiance with the service dept was also A++.
I will never by another car anywhere else So if you ever want a Chrysler, Jeep, Nissan or now apparently Subaru this is your place.

After buying cars for 24 years straight from another dealer (Shaw Saab in Norwell) I had more than a bit of trepidation as I recently entered into the process of buying a new vehicle. I ended up at Chrysler Jeep 24 and I'm glad I did.

My salesperson, Connor Young, was awesome. He had just the right balance of interest without being overbearing. He followed up when he said he would, knew his product, and immediately answered any and all questions (and I had a lot). My experience couldn't have been better.

Chris, his sales manager, was great to deal with, and gave me by far the most competitive price on my new Grand Cherokee Overland Diesel.

Lastly, Jessica, the person that handled the finance end of the purchase was great. I didn't have to wait even a minute, she had all the documents in order, and she made what is usually a bit of a stressful situation (spending lots of $$$$) a lot of fun.

All in all I would highly recommend Chrysler Jeep 24 for your next purchase. They did an all around great job and I look forward to a long automotive relationship with them.

I got my Ram 1500 from here. I had a few things not go as planned but overall it was great service. Travis took care of me from the start. When every one else passed me up because I drove in wearing sweat pants and driving a raggy corolla Travis didn't judge a book by its cover. Might be because he's from Kentucky or maybe it's just because he's a great guys but he help me right along threw tthis whole process. No high pressure buy today BS he cut right threw the sales gimmicks and gave me honest feed back for my specific needs. I highly recommend using this place just to see Travis. He's new to the industry and itys a good thing because he helps you with your needs. He truly wants to help you. I will be going back to get a second car for my better half from Travis and when the time comes to get a new truck that will be with him to. Cheers to you Travis for just being you.

I recently purchased a 2014 Diesel Overland from Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 in Brockton. I worked with Brendan who was friendly, honest, and down to earth. I got prices from several dealerships but none were as good as Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24's price. Brendan was extremely patient with me as I could not decide between two colors. Once we were signing the papers we met with Jeff, the finance manager, he was also very helpful and a pleasure to work with. When I went to pick up my car, I decided last minute I wanted to clear coat it, I then asked Jeff if they could do it now (I thought there would be no way they had time) and he said of course. Needless to say we know that we made the right choice by choosing CJDR 24.

This is by far the BEST Jeep dealership I have ever been to. I was in the market for a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and I was working with Solomon Reddix. Solomon was very informative and told me everything about the vehicle from the day I came in, to the day I was picking it up the vehicle. Not only this, he was very funny and had an awesome sense of humor! My sales manager was Jake, he was also really easy to work with as well and offered very competitive pricing compared to other dealerships. Solomon and Jake completely defy all stereotypes about purchasing a vehicle and made the whole experience seamless. My first one star review. The jeep dealership is awful. The salesman I had either DIDN'T KNOW, DIDN'T CARE or JUST LIED. The manager was no better. My daughter was buying her first car and we couldn't have had a worse experience. If you are buying a jeep do yourself a favor and drive down the road to one of their other dealerships.

my review is 4 years in the making, my wife and i went to Jeep 24 to go look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee as we were starting a family. We go jump through all the hoops they asked of us and we tell our sales man that we just want numbers as we were just in the beginning stages of our new family car search. Sales man made it his job (which it is) to get us into a new car. This ends up being my fault for letting them talk my wife into buying from this terrible dealership. after all said and done they had convinced my wife of a fully loaded Grand for way over what we wanted to spend and refused to let us pick a color, they would not allow it. Again my fault for not being more involved. Almost 3 years into the lease they called us to buy back and get us into another Vehicle. we go in to talk and explained to them we wanted to check out the Wrangler Unlimited, as the baby is bigger and we wanted to make the switch. the exact words we got were " Oh no you could never afford it" Mind you we had leased a 50K Grand back in '15. how could we not afford a 15K less vehicle. we opted for another grand Cherokee since we thought we couldn't go see another dealer and again they told us they only had one color, while there are 30 plus cars on the lot. Well in the first 4 months into this lease we got into 3 accidents all of them caused by other drivers, 1 of which blew a red light and put the jeep into the shop for a month. That's when i decided to call Central Jeep in Raynham, simply the best move we made, we explained the situation and that we wanted to get into a Jeep Wrangler. not only did they go out of there way to help us they put us in a 2018 JLU. So my finally comment is avoid this Jeep 24 like the plague as they are only there for themselves and not the customer. Go anywhere else but strongly recommend Central 44 Raynham.

It was a great experience at this new location. The Parts dept. service person was able to come out to my Jeep to look at my Jeep to order the appropriate part for my Jeep. It was fast and easy. Next he was able to direct me to the Service desk so I could schedule an oil change.
With this visit I was treated very well.

We had a great experience. Rudy Cantave made our journey easy in purchasing my new car. That employee showed patience even with me being so indecisive. Great experience.

I had my eyes on ONE car, ONE color, all the toys. I found the car online and called to make sure it was still in stock before I drove down there. It was still available so we drove to check it out. We were greeted by Ally who was a very friendly internet sales coordinator. She introduced us to Armando. Once again very friendly, and extremely helpful. He had to deliver some not so good news. My car was SOLD, and not only sold but it just left the lot one hour before we arrived. I was not a happy camper considering the drive and excitement all to find out it was gone. Armando definitely gave it his ALL to find me a car that I would like the same. I had my mind set, and if it wasn't there than I didn't want it. Two days later I was checking my voice mail and had 2 missed calls from Armando. You could hear the excitement in his voice. He was calling to tell me some FABULOUS news. The car was back in business. The previous buyer fell through. Woooo Hooooo! I was so ecstatic. My husband and I drove right over to see it. When we got there I saw it right away and I was overjoyed. Armando came outside to meet us. He had the keys in his hand, and was all ready to slap a plate on it so we could test drive it. We arrived back, and I told him "that is MY car!!!" We ran all kinds of numbers, playing back and forth. We weren't quite where we wanted to be. They were not giving up. They had the GM come over and we kept negotiating. They were very considerate of our time spent, and were very appreciative that we made the trip back to give it another chance. We finally got to the magic number, and we all walked away happy. Even though it was past their opening hours they never once rushed us along. They took their time, and made sure we were fully satisfied. I just hope their dinner wasn't too cold. :) I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal, a great vehicle, and fantastic service. Thanks soooo much guys!!!

From my initial contact with Jennifer Tracey at Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24, to me leaving the lot with my new 2019 Ram truck, my experience was beyond exceptional. If you re looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend you visit this dealership and speak with Jen.

Jen was straight forward with me from beginning to end, very thorough, and answered all of my questions. I did expect her to hit me with her sales pitch and try bait me into buying a new truck but quite honestly none of that happened! I bought the truck because I couldn t believe the deal I was getting and she managed to find the right truck for me (first try!). She even went above and beyond to include running boards/side steps for my kids to get into the truck. Now that s great customer service!

I can t forget to mention Ryan from Finance. He s an awesome person with a great personality. Very professional and honest. We discussed the many options that made sense, like Lo-Jack, extended warranty, etc. the best part was he didn t make me feel uncomfortable or pressured to purchase anything at anytime throughout the process.

Went to Website. Found 2015 Patriot. Clicked on " Get E-Price". Received an email with a lower price.
Great! Called. Talked to Ali. Verified price in email. Put $500 deposit on credit card. Got call back from Jennifer. Asked for us to forward email to her. Verified price in email. Was told they would call back next day at 10:30AM. Next day at 2:00PM get call from Melanie?. First question was which website I was viewing. Next she said I was seeing wrong price on website because my browser wasn't updated. Then said "E-Price" was only good for college graduates and when financed. (we were paying cash) which was not stated anywhere in email. Classic bait and switch. Multiple websites, multiple prices, fast talk, rude employees (Melanie). Now waiting to see how long it takes to credit back my $500. It better be today. Please, everyone make sure you update your browser so you can get the "REAL" price at this place, not the one they send you.

Just got home from this Chrysler location in Brockton and couldn't be happier. The wheel in our Jeep was shaking a little so we took it in to get new tires and an alignment. Whole process was seamless. We dropped off the car the night before and it was ready the next day. We were even offered a rental car for the day. The work on the car was great, but what stood out to me the most was the service. Our service professional Laura Spinola was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. She is the reason why I will continue to come back.

I loved the sales team and would give them five stars they met our needs and delivered what we wanted a good price. The reason for only one star is because of the service area I would give that part of the dealer a NEGATIVE 10 stars. The service advisors are rude non communicating and condemns ending. If you hate your job that much quit and find something else. I was inquiring about a recall and sounded exactly like something I got repaired 10000 miles ago, and the advisor said I know you think you are a no it all but your not, how could you have gotten this fixed when it came out Jan 11, did you read the recall notice. I did ask what did get fixed and she glared at me and said with attitude it is a software update. I asked for brake inspection and asked if it was part of oil change and she said no but if you get tire rotations you can get brake inspection. I told her I just got tires rotated and she said no you didn't and I said I did and she insisted I didn't get tires rotated. I then told the service advisor it was a different location. In the end decided to get tires rotated in order for brake evaluation. The advisor said for obvious reasons your car won't be washed as it had rained in the overnight hours but when in waiting area I heard another advisor tell another customer that they were finishing up with the car wash, so rude. When I went to pay for it the thing I wanted the rake inspection was not included in my paperwork, I asked the cashier and she read off paperwork about the change over of paperwork . I told cashier I want brake evaluation and she referred me to advisor who proceeded to take the crumbled up inspection report out of the trash (really) and she was trying to smooth it out and told her that a clean uncrmbled report would be needed and I was annoyed that she didn't listen or give me the report. In the end she made a black and white photo copy of report, unprofessional. The waiting area is in a hallway between the service area and the office. It is cold very fe chairs and the only amenity is free coffee. They have 2 tv with 5 channels on them . There are lots of magazines and there is a fridge with a clear door with a huge sign that says EMPLOYEE FRIDGE ONLY. There isn't any waiting room it is a waiting hallway. There is so much space in that area that there isn't a break room for the employees. I would re-design the entire space. They never deliver the vehicle in the time they quote you on. They quoted me 2 hours and I was there for 4 hours. I always see the employees excessively socializing, you wouldn't mind if they delivered your car on time but when they don't it is annoying and since you are Ina hallway you can hear the conversation. One time I saw a young man talk 2 hours to the cashier, and had a headache listening to them. I spoke to service manager but he didn't seem interested in my complaint. I. The hours I have been there waiting with no amenities and cold environment, I have noticed on at least the last two visit there has been an exposed outlet box and not sure if wires are live. Not this time but the last time I saw a kid stick there fingers in there, so unsafe. I didn't say anything the last time because I figured they were making improvements but when I saw it still like that 3 months later, it was disturbing to me. My husband said city inspection should be contacted which I will not do. Put a blank cover on the exposed electrical outlet box so no one gets hurtt. On this last visit they said I didn't bring the car back I time (even though I had only received the recall notice the week before) and a part had broke, this advisor was excellent communicated, told me how long it would be but except for this man I would say the service department needs a complete overhaul. I cringe every time I have to bring this car back to service. Expect to stay a long time in a cold in inviting hallway and to be treated rudely

Bate and switch, they advertise the car at 1 price but when you get to the dealership that is only the price if you finance with thru this dealership, if you don't then the price goes up a couple grand. Also in the state on MA the advertised price has to include any "Doc" fees according to the MA chamber of commerce rules and regulations. This dealership, and there are other dealers in MA, tack on the "Doc" fees over and above the the advertised price and this practice is illegal in the state of MA.

I have been looking for a new Jeep for about a year now. Due to my circumstances, buying did not seem practical. It was a hard decision, but I eventually decided to lease. I went to multiple different dealers, all of whom started out with numbers that seemed WAY too high, and couldn t seem to find a good deal.

I found Dodge Jeep Ram 24 and saw a lease special on the site. I went in and was happily greeted by a gentleman named Allan who guided me through the process and didn t waste my time with astronomical numbers. Him and his staff were very willing to move some numbers around and get me where I needed to be. So much so that my wife decided to trade in her vehicle as well and grab a new one as well.

The whole staff was very friendly and accommodating but it s obvious they move a LOT of cars. I would highly recommend this dealer, but also highly recommend going when they are less busy. They price to move and work very hard to do so. The numbers don t lie. Just bring a lunch.

It recently came time to trade my older truck and went to look at Ram 1500 trucks. Luis was excellent! He greeted me right away and was friendly, easy going, and knowledgeable. He showed both used and new inventory. After going over numbers, I was able to get a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic. Since purchase, I've been back to have running boards installed. Both the parts and service department were great and easy to work with.

I went car shopping at Chrysler Jeep Route 24 last November 2013 to look for a new vehicle.
I was greeted by Solomon Reddix who made me feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed me around and guided me through the available cars there.
I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. The salesman was very informative and he was answering very question of mine patiently.
Nowadays, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don t do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like Solomon Reddix delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. He is an asset to Chrysler Jeep Route 24.
Even two months after I purchased a vehicle, I called him with an issue, and guess what .he followed thru.
I will definitely spread the word.

They are very pleasant and professional. Answered all my questions.

Horrible experience in the Service Department. Calls not returned from service advisors, service manager including Diaz the GM. Don't believe all the responses from them to call Chris. I called and his voicemail was full. That speaks volumes when a GM's voice mail is full. Chrysler as a company is horrible and I would never buy another Chrysler product again as I had a major issue that cost me $2500 out of pocket for a warranty part that was on back order with no ETA. Horrible, horrible, horrible way to leave a long term customer (of Chrysler). 2 Wranglers and a Town & Country.

Out of the numerous car dealerships we have dealt with for the last twenty years, our sales consultant Brendan Rappoport was a shining star. One of the best we have ever had the pleasure to have. Just like most dealerships. They lie to get you in the door and was not a pleasant experience. I would never go back or recommend.

Was lied to about my deal. I needed some time to think and was told my deal was good till the end of the day. The wife and I took a ride and returned an hour later. They did not honer there original deal. Talk about me behind there desk.

Solomon is a great salesman, as well as a person, he is very well versed in today's technology when it comes to cars of all kinds. He had answers to every one of my questions and some of them may have sounded silly. But he never made me feel like my questions were bothersome in any way. If you are looking for a dealership that takes care of YOU, the consumer, this is it, and Solomon is your salesman, he is the best!
I have never had a salesman take the time to go over EVERYTHING my vehicle had to offer, right down to setting up my cell phone so I can receive/dial calls right from the car hands free!

I have shopped around for cars for my daughter and this dealership was the best with customer service and very knowlegable about the vehicles we were shown. The car we bought was a ford focus and the price was reasonable and I felt secure in the purchase of the vehicle. What an awesome experience buying a new truck. I went to measure trucks for a specific purpose to see which vehicle(s) would work. Sebastian was very patient with me, if a bit disbelieving that all I wanted to do was measure jeep interiors. He finally introduced me to a vehicle I'd never heard of. Three months later I went back and purchased that truck/van model. I'm very happy! A great experience with some really nice, friendly, and helpful staff.

My husband and I walked into Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 recently with the impression there was a great leasing deal we were eligible for. Travis Ziegler was unfortunately the bearer of bad news (though it was not his fault) and he managed to turn the entire conversation around.
