I loved the sales team and would give them five stars they met our needs and delivered what we wanted a good price. The reason for only one star is because of the service area I would give that part of the dealer a NEGATIVE 10 stars. The service advisors are rude non communicating and condemns ending. If you hate your job that much quit and find something else. I was inquiring about a recall and sounded exactly like something I got repaired 10000 miles ago, and the advisor said I know you think you are a no it all but your not, how could you have gotten this fixed when it came out Jan 11, did you read the recall notice. I did ask what did get fixed and she glared at me and said with attitude it is a software update. I asked for brake inspection and asked if it was part of oil change and she said no but if you get tire rotations you can get brake inspection. I told her I just got tires rotated and she said no you didn't and I said I did and she insisted I didn't get tires rotated. I then told the service advisor it was a different location. In the end decided to get tires rotated in order for brake evaluation. The advisor said for obvious reasons your car won't be washed as it had rained in the overnight hours but when in waiting area I heard another advisor tell another customer that they were finishing up with the car wash, so rude. When I went to pay for it the thing I wanted the rake inspection was not included in my paperwork, I asked the cashier and she read off paperwork about the change over of paperwork . I told cashier I want brake evaluation and she referred me to advisor who proceeded to take the crumbled up inspection report out of the trash (really) and she was trying to smooth it out and told her that a clean uncrmbled report would be needed and I was annoyed that she didn't listen or give me the report. In the end she made a black and white photo copy of report, unprofessional. The waiting area is in a hallway between the service area and the office. It is cold very fe chairs and the only amenity is free coffee. They have 2 tv with 5 channels on them . There are lots of magazines and there is a fridge with a clear door with a huge sign that says EMPLOYEE FRIDGE ONLY. There isn't any waiting room it is a waiting hallway. There is so much space in that area that there isn't a break room for the employees. I would re-design the entire space. They never deliver the vehicle in the time they quote you on. They quoted me 2 hours and I was there for 4 hours. I always see the employees excessively socializing, you wouldn't mind if they delivered your car on time but when they don't it is annoying and since you are Ina hallway you can hear the conversation. One time I saw a young man talk 2 hours to the cashier, and had a headache listening to them. I spoke to service manager but he didn't seem interested in my complaint. I. The hours I have been there waiting with no amenities and cold environment, I have noticed on at least the last two visit there has been an exposed outlet box and not sure if wires are live. Not this time but the last time I saw a kid stick there fingers in there, so unsafe. I didn't say anything the last time because I figured they were making improvements but when I saw it still like that 3 months later, it was disturbing to me. My husband said city inspection should be contacted which I will not do. Put a blank cover on the exposed electrical outlet box so no one gets hurtt. On this last visit they said I didn't bring the car back I time (even though I had only received the recall notice the week before) and a part had broke, this advisor was excellent communicated, told me how long it would be but except for this man I would say the service department needs a complete overhaul. I cringe every time I have to bring this car back to service. Expect to stay a long time in a cold in inviting hallway and to be treated rudely
