Such a great dealership that actually goes above and beyond.
We had a great experience buying my new car last summer with Rudy. I stopped in once because my tire pressure was very low and they were more than happy to help me out (for free) Also stopped in for routine oil change and was great. Looking forward to when the waiting room will be remodeled.

Last week my jeep (it only has 6k miles) was making this horrific noise. I had to pull over and I called. They said not to drive it, and have it towed right in. Unfortunately, the free towing from Chrysler takes you to the nearest jeep dealership, so we used AAA instead to get to Brockton. They gave me a loaner car and said they'd follow up the next day.

I recieved a call the next day saying they took the entire wheel/breaks apart trying to find something. It was a rock stick in between the breaks. Victoria, who we worked with, said that they want to keep it one more day and just keep doing test drives on it just to be sure that's all it was. She said she had a few different employees drive it and it seemed ok.

The next day they had someone else drive it again and it was fine. I was really impressed that they didn't just remove the rock and say come in and get it. The fact that they kept it longer to test drive it multiple times shows that my safety is a priority to them. I picked up my jeep 2 days later and it's as good as new! My only complaint is that I wish they locked in when they parked it in the lot when done. But not a huge deal, as I took anything valuable out before it was towed. So impressed and glad we found a good dealership! Cant wait to see the 2020 grand cherokees!
