At the start , I will tell you I am a demanding customer having been in sales for many years as well as being a car and truck enthusiast. I went to CJDR 24 only after my usual dealer couldn t produce the goods. I say usual dealer as I have purchased 3 trucks ( 2 RAMs and 1 Renegade) at that dealer in 20 months. (As well as sent 2 friends there for purchase)

So why did I go to RAM 24?

Like I said, my usual dealer dropped the ball and 24 was ready and waiting.

The first time I visited the lot, Sebastien Espourteille, walked up to me and introduced himself. He asked me what I was looking for in a truck and I told him the 10 things that were must haves. Yes I said 10 things. Without flinching he asked me if I would give him a half hour to locate the exact truck.....even offered me a coffee while I waited.

Intrigued, I took him up on his offer and I gave him 30 minutes. Well folks, I am happy to tell you he found the truck in 25 minutes with all 10 items and them some!

The negotiations for the price were professional and uncluttered and we arrived at an agreement for this truck quickly.

Sebastien displayed an amazing capacity to listen to his customer, a rare commodity these days. Instead of pushing a truck on me, he matched me to the perfect one!

I am so very impressed with him, I would love to see him on my sales team!
