From the time I got my Jeep 2 years ago, up to the 2+ hours that it took for an oil change last week, I have not had any good experiences here. I received a text last night from the dealership to leave a review and I originally wasn t going to, but I also don t want anyone else to have the same experience as I did.
When I picked up my Jeep 2 years ago (April 2016), it was hell. I kept getting excuse after excuse why it wasn t ready for pickup. I was also told that the crack in my front bumper (from previous owner) would be fixed. It wasn t when I picked it up, and I was told it would be at some point. Fast forward the next year, I ve callee MULTIPLE TIMES. even one time last year, they called me to see how everything was going, I told them, he said he would talk to his manager and get back to me ASAP. Still have not heard anything and left multiple messages then finally gave up.
The service center is slow, I only even still go because it s on my way home from work. Usually 2 hours for an oil change, but this past time was longer. I always make an appt for this reason.
Moral of the story, if there is a car on their lot that you like, just be careful and get EVERYTHING in writing. Best of luck everyone !
