I was at the dealership yesterday to have service done on my Jeep Wrangler. Although I had a great experience with the purchase 2.5 years ago, service department not so much. Made an appointment online a few days before hand. After and hour and a half of waiting my car still hadn t been taken into a bay to be worked on. I understand sometimes they Fall behind but this was just crazy. I was not the only upset customer as I heard others with the same issue. What is the point of making an appointment if they can t take you in a timely fashion. Just really disappointed and the service advisor didn t have any answers. I left without service . Disappointed.
