When we went to get our next car we found a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee then a while later started having problems with our 8 cylinder engine. When we got there we got to check it out but then found out that it was not ready to be picked up. SO REMEMBER NEVER TO GET A CAR HERE.
Buyers beware!!!! NOT GOOD!!! My wife and I purchased a Jeep Cherokee and the experience was not pleasant. From the Sales to the Service Center. It is not good force the salesperson to do their job. Second a service center manager to fix your tire and replacing an owner s manual after the service center guy took out the manual (I guess they had to read how to take the tire off) Had to persuaded the manager to give us a new one.

Going into this dealership I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into. Having a lump sum still left to pay on my current car and high mileage I was worried. Once I met Shayne, it was good to know he was on my side and helped me in every which way he possibly could. Having so much left to pay on my trade in I unfortunately left with no new car but I will definitely consider going back to purchase once my trade has been paid off. I just hope that Shayne is still around and is able to help me again. My only complaint is that the financial manager was a little too pushy on getting me into another vehicle that I wasn't interested in. Just a bummer I pretty much got excited for nothing. Went to look at a 2500 Ram truck, the sales person was good and not pushy,the sales manager was nice and he was also knowledgeable, talked about different options,leasing to financing. Overall it wasn't that bad of an experience.

Brought my car in for service. Called multiple times and it was extremely difficult to speak with someone in the service department. When I finally got through someone, the guy was rude, and careless. He stated he couldn t find my file, and so my car wasn t there. My problem was not solved until I called again and spoke with Rob. Rob was a pleasure to speak with. He was able to locate my file, and put me in a rental in no time. However, the rental is filthy, and reeks like weed.

I recently leased a grand Cherokee from this place after visiting almost every car dealer in 25 mile radius and test driving almost all the cars. Travis took care of my lease deal and helped me pick the car I wanted. It was a great experience, hassle free. I dont feel I compromised even a bit in this deal. Best thing was I started my paperwork on friday and got my car on monday evening but through out the process I was getting message updates from Travis at every stage of paperwork, insurance, registration, cleaning, fueling. What can I say but great. I found exactly what I was looking for and for a reasonable price. My sales rep, Solomon, helped me every step of the way. When inconveniences occurred, he was there with his optimistic attitude and always had a plan B. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Got kicked out. So several months working a deal were going well. Every time I came in to do a deal some emergency situation came up and I would have to leave and thus couldn't complete the deal. Finally had a deal and then I couldn't complete it due to my wife winding up in the hospital and had to rush to Boston. I came up with a white lie because I didn't want them to know my wife was having a medical emergency. Then I got kicked out by a manager and asked to never return and stop harassing everyone. Fine. Now that my wife is fine. I'm ready to do this but can't because of how badly I was treated here. I'll be planning a trip to quirk ram in Mansfield who would be glad to help.

Many people who work at this dealership who are genuine and honest with you from service to sales. Quick to help out or respond when busy, pretty straightforward with selling and financing. Better atmosphere than many dealerships I've been to in the greater boston area. Particularly happy with Laura from Service and Alan from sales. Made a difficult position with prior vehicle easier to manage and were good with communicating and following up to ensure I found a happy result at the end. Give them a shot if you're weary of major dealerships, I've had many good experiences here and it's rare I can say that of another dealership.

We were looking to purchase a new car and one we were interested in came up at Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 in Brockton. We spoke to them (Ali Lewis) on the phone then went to see the vehicle on the Friday evening before Presidents Day. We came to a deal with a sales person (Jennifer Tracey), signed a contract, gave a down payment and were told to come pick the vehicle up on the following Tuesday at 11am as the financial department would be closed until then. Monday evening at 7:45 PM i receive a call from the sales person we were dealing (Jennifer Tracey) with telling us that the car had been hit on their lot by a snow plow (it had not snowed in over 10 days) and was damaged and that they would not know more until it went to the body shop the following day. I told them Id like to speak to a manager about it as I wasn't going to pay full price on a vehicle which had been hit. A manager called me me back in 15 minutes and told me he was sorry but the car had been hit by another car and was totaled. I told him the sales person said it was struck by a plow and he quickly said oh yes a plow hit it. He then told me the car was hit by the plow that morning and that by lunch it was declared totaled and had been taken away to be scrapped. He said the deposit would be refunded and the contract was void. We felt the story didnt sound right so my wife followed up the next morning with another sales person without identifying herself and she was told that the vehicle had been purchased on Monday (the day they claimed it was totaled) and was being picked up on Wednesday. After she identified herself I was called again by the same manager telling me that the sales person was wrong and the car was gone. Again I did not believe them so at the end of that week we paid to check the VIN number of the vehicle. It showed as being registered and inspected to a new owner in the Brockton area on Wednesday. So despite having a signed contract and a down payment they sold the vehicle to another party on Monday during there Presidents Day sales. I assume it has something to do with the fact that they were visibly annoyed that I was going to pay cash and not finance with them but that is speculation. Bottom line they sold the car out from under us and then lied to us about what happened. We reached out to Ed Kardon the owner but he has not returned calls or emails.

Sebastien contacted me about the possibility of trading in my 2015 Cherokee that I had originally purchased new from them. Skeptical of the possibilities, I went in anyway, and am glad I did. I was able to trade my '15 (Sport model) in for come home with a 2019 Grand Cherokee with a handful of bells and whistles, for a very good price. Sebastien was easy to work with, and respected the idea that I wasn't searhcing for a way out of my Cherokee, but would be interested if the deal worked; and it did. This is the secodn vehicle I have purchased or leased from this location, and I have nothing bad to say about them. From top to bottom, the low pressure, the friendliness, and the eagerness to make things work fro mthe customer's end are refreshing.

My current ride became unsafe so I stopped at CJDR24 and met up with Louis. He picked out a Ram 1500, which I took for a ride. When I returned,I bought that truck.
During the delivery, Louis spent quite some time with me going over all the operations of my new truck.

Went to look at a car. Car was pretty well beat for 2 years old. They wanted way too much money, and wouldn't budge on the price. They lied about what I owed on my trade in, and valued it extremely low. They even offered to finance at an astronomical rate. I was insulted by the offer they made.
I realized we were not even close to meeting in the middle somewhere, so I got up and thanked them for their time. After the manager tried to stall me, (Who wasn't available when I got there and asked for him, but magically appeared as I was leaving...) I repeated that I wasnt interrested, and that I had better offers. As I walked out the door, I could hear them sophomorically laughing and bantering. Totally unprofessional, and I'm sure that sounded really impressive to any other potential buyers in the showroom.
If you want to buy a car from some immature boys who want to have their cake and eat it too, I guess this is the right place.

Most unprofessional business I ve ever been to. The general manger is a sick and twister liar whom said I needed money down on a car I had already been approved for. There was an issue with my application which resulted in the dealership having to pay money then tried to flip it on and tell me the bank said I needed said money down. I would not recommend anyone to buy a car here. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!
Bought a used Subaru from Sebastian. Couldn't have gone any smoother. Most of the work was done via text and phone call. He and the sales managers were able to get me to a comfortable payment with no hassle. On delivery day I was in and out of there in no more than an hour. Car cleaned, gassed up and ready to drive. Sebastien got my car registered and inspected quickly as well. Very satisfied. Highly recommend this dealership. Well done.
Their advertisement never mentioned the cost of acquiring the truck, just the lease price, which would have nearly doubled with the acquisition costs rolled into it. We had inquired about upfront costs and were mis-informed about them. We drove 100 miles round trip and left in disgust.
