The staff was extremely accommodating. I was impressed by the level of to notch hospitality displayed by each staff member we even ask much as laid eyes on. My favorite example is when the doorman asked if we just came back from a stroll (which we did) he then asked if we would care for complimentary bottled water. Dinner at the Grille was spectacular. The views were stunning. The bedroom was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

First our coffee pot in room didn't work and even after reporting it several times they never came to even check it out, let alone replace it.
Secondly the spa was great except for getting nails done it took 3 to 4 hrs to do a 30 min job and we ended up having to cancel our boat we had reserved at marina...
Thirdly it was our anniversary so we had our dinner at the so called famous restaurant .. Service was great however my husband meal was good but my lobster was like rubber.... I thought really how hard is it to cook lobster. The worst anniversary meal I have ever had. So while sum people may had good experience... I recommend going somewhere else for special occasion ..

Spa was nice. Whirlpools were great although it is a mixed company pool. No styling tools to freshen hair style after treatment. They automatically tack on a 17% gratuity although they say you can adjust. No one should ever add a gratuity on the ticket except the client unless it states it in writing before you get your services. The also tacked on a 3% service fee also not stated up-front. Although the therapist was good it was over priced especially with the hidden fees. Probably will not go back.

Beautiful location, rooms are excellent, staff is experieced and excellent. Restaraunt in the hotel is very good maybe excellent, I had the pork chops the were excellent. Only thing I did not like where the add on costs for parking in the hotel, and the room service fee. I would go back but just be aware these fees exsist.

Hats off to the hospitality team members during the New Year s Eve Power failure. We hope you are rewarded with hard currency for holding it together during extreme circumstances. This is one of those times when the team went above and beyond.

Review is only for the Conference Center as I did not stay here. I understand that the hotel is very nice, but I can't speak from first-hand experience. The location I was in was a conference facility that was used for a trade show . It's nice with adequate amenities.

Beautiful resort! The whole place is well planned and well put together for all guests. I loved the veranda overlooking the lake for coffee in the morning. I also enjoyed the lobby/restaurant area where it has multiple waterfalls and wonderful smells coming from the restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Definitely not a nice high end $300 a night stay we were looking for. Website pictures very deceiving. Outdated rooms, no refrigerators, no ink pens, no soap at sink, shower handle kept popping off, hotel and pool areas overrun with children. Not a place to stay if looking for adult relaxation time. Lady at front desk did not speak nor understand English so very difficult process. Concierge service not available only self help brochures. Not worth the money

Great place to stay during the pandemic they go above and beyond with following cdc guidelines. Just wish the room was as clean as the common areas of the hotel, my room smelled musty! Overall it s a great place to stay, staff is amazing especially the servers in the restaurant. I would recommend this hotel and I would return.

Facility was delightful. Staff was helpful. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Only downside I was very poor Wi-Fi. That finish what would have been an excellent working experience. Limited parking was also a problem. But overall an excellent workday.

The Chateau experience was very pleasant. In particular, I was pleased with the convenience of location to both Table Rock lake and Branson. The experience with the service, cleanliness, and food was also great. Very adequate conference rooms.

First time in Branson in 15 years for an overnight stay to see Moses; which is a MUST see! I searched on the internet to find a nice NON-smoking hotel. I did NOT want to stay in a budget hotel as I generally do. I settled on the Chateau because of its great reviews; this hotel is very nice! It is very clean and has a new feeling; it has an elegant and luxurious feel and look throughout; excellent food from the grill; staff very friendly; very easy to navigate inside; king size room was very nice, spacious, and comfortable; slept well; comfortable clean bed and bathroom; no microwave/refrigerator in our king size room; have to say the overall atmosphere and accommodations is 5 star and not CHEAP in any manner; I would definitely stay here again. I chose the economy room rate for one night s stay ($160 tax included). For a better view of Table Rock lake and with a balcony you will pay more. I did not take advantage of any room/hotel services. There is no complimentary breakfast here; morning buffet $16; they do have a singly menu you can order from, but it s all prepared by a chef. I did not eat breakfast at the Chateau but it looked and smelled great.

Beautiful facility. The staff was excellent and responsive. Due to current issues understandable room maintenance was limited. The lack of dining options was disappointing considering the cost of the site. We used the marina and boat rental and it was a good experience. Very good trip overall

They are full of themselves but it is pleasant enough. Older hotel but rooms are updated. Not really "on the Lake" but good view from some rooms. Cafe sandwiches and 1 round of drinks for 2 was nearly $60. Lol But if your picky, it might be your cup of tea.

Resort on the lake! Our room was spacious and had a great time view of the lake. Our room had an outdoor balcony where we could sit and watch the boats and the sunset. Hotel is open atrium inside with indoor water feature in the middle. Lots of other amenities!

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone my wife and I stayed there over the weekend for a conference. We woke up Saturday morning with bite on our body informed the manager she had the room checked for bed bugs and told us of 2 previous claims the stated an outside vendor was coming in to check the room. We simply asked for another room no upgrade my wife could not stay in the room the manager could not accommodate us so I had to book a room at another hotel so on sauterday night i paid not only for a room at this hotel but also at the new hotel i will never be back the bellman seemed more concerned than the manager did

The view is great, customer service, you can tell they strive for perfection! Of the entire team, there were only two people that were mediocre, I won t mention names: one was kind of a smart Alec in front desk (a guy), the other was high management (a lady). My wife booked through a third party, I was overcharged by what I thought was $1100 to be exact $1,500. The first thing she said was it has nothing to do with us she did some research after I got frustrated. No apologies, the night team made a mistake . Which I knew already. The next day I was overcharged by another $200. Behind the curtains I want to praise Jessica Lohse, so friendly, amazing, and helpful! I was excited to try the Chateau Grill unfortunately they don t have Wagyu, I ll settle for Prime but they only had Choice (it was only great because of the cusotmer service by my server). To be honest if it wasn t because of the GM Jesse Boyd, I would ve cancelled my reservations. He was excellent, very smart and kind person! The rooms were very very dated. The carpets weren t so great. I do hope that they let everyone know that due to Covid they don t have daily room service! My children had a great time. I definitely give Chateau a 10/10 when it comes to customer service! There are a couple of rotten apples/weakest links but I like to look at it as half full not half empty. Thank you to everyone at the Chateau that made my visit wonderful!

I use to love this place. We got ready to check out and they told me I owed the 150.00 for smoking on my balcony. A "worker" saw me. I am 48 years old and have NEVER smoked in my life. When I told them that was a mistake they made me feel like a liar. I had to beg them not to charge me in front of other people checking out. It was embarrassing. That is ridiculous you can be accused of something and they make you feel like that. Oh and I wrote them when I got home and never received an apology. They have never got a dime of my money again and we use to go there 2 times a year.

I have been coming to The Chateau for a conference almost every year for 10 years and it never disappoints. The hotel staff has been able to meet my needs and requests. The rooms are very comfortable. I love the sheets. The conference rooms are a little cold but it's hard to regulate the temperature of large spaces like that. The meals provided at the conferences have been good. The Atrium Cafe was excellent this past year. I have even tried out the spa services which offer a variety of options and add-ons. The coffee shop has good specialty coffee though a little pricey. The deli down stairs is OK, but not really worth what you pay.

One King rooms are spacious, views are amazing.
Beds are very comfortable.
Bathrooms updated with tile.
Out door heaters are great.
Lounge for drinks and appetizers, wings and lettuce wraps are great.
Bring your own table games it's great for the family.
Service is excellent, they want you to enjoy yourselves.
Sweet shop is really cool.
They also have Keurigs in the rooms, they will give you pods but you may want to bring some if you prefer tea or other flavors.
They also furnish 3$ liter bottles in the room if you don't want tap water.
