Waste of time. Called off work to complete a study and NEVER got the Zoom invite link to complete it. Go with a more established, reputable professional research company that doesn't play around with people's time. Please notice the correlation between positive reviews and said person's surnames. That alone should be a red flag since everyone else who doesn't have said surnames has had a terrible experience with them.
Survey research company. Great way to earn instant, cash, tax-free honorariums for two hours' work, or less.

If your an outgoing person and your opinions you wish to convey, stop on in and do a survey. I really enjoy this place I would even wear their merch, perhaps a t-shirt that says Galloway Research. Great food and fun family atmosphere.
The focus group that I was involved turned out to be a wonderful opportunity, and the company is reputable. Definitely would recommend.

Galloway research are a bunch of liars. wasting your valuable time asking you questions to see if you qualify when really those questions are a mini servey that makes that company money while your time is wasted and you are never compensated for your valuable time they used to their advantage. Don't trust them. Trust me.

Eight months after Texas has gone remote in the pandemic, it seems that Galloway still hasn't figured out how to coordinate virtual feedback sessions. I was asked three times for availability for a "tech check" in advance of the research study date, and three times the person doing the "tech check" didn't show up or call or follow up. I even received a reminder email from Galloway saying that I "still haven't completed a tech check." What else can I do but be available at the mutually agreed upon time? My next step is to pull out of the study as I've already wasted so much time coordinating and being available for something that doesn't materialize. I hope this public feedback helps them improve their efforts.

It's difficult to actually qualify for a study unless you apply quickly. Otherwise, the studies are interesting. The pay is what they say and no hassles. They do not keep you longer than the length of the study.
