Well worth the visit to Branson just to stay here! Very romantic and relaxing getaway for couples :)

We love the atmosphere here at the chateau on the lake. We always try to get a balcony room overlooking the lake. Our boys love the playground and pool. We have made some really good memories here!

Gorgeous place with breathtaking views! The staff and management that I met were really impressive! During our relatively short stay, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, jet skis, a pontoon boat (with a raft), plus food and drinks from the hotel. We thought that the Chateau would be really nice based on the photos that we saw, but we were blown away!

Beautiful scenery, fantastic ambience. Can't wait to actually stay there!

The staff and accommodations were well above what I ever imagined.

The food at the Chateau Grill, the fine dining restaurant, is some of the best in the area. The filet mignon is consistently one of the best I've ever, any place in the world.

The view is great and they have a very pleasant staff working.

Went up for some drinks with a few people. The building was very clean and the wait staff were awesome. Definitely recommend visiting for drinks at the very least!

We booked a room for 5 and were given a room for 4. The bathroom was dirty and our view was of an A/C vent. Very disappointed as we traveled 14 hours to be here. Not accommodating at all. Food is over priced and the pool is small. We will not be back.

The view was amazing from the outside seating. The service was great our server even took a picture of my wife and me with the gorgeous lake in the background and a setting sun. We were celebrating our 10 year anniversary and it was just perfect. The food was so good, it was pricey but we knew that going in so there was no sticker shock. All in all it was a perfect anniversary meal.

Location and views are great, but the facilities and staff left much to be desired. When we arrived there was dirty used bedding left in our room and the fridge was turned to the lowest setting with the knob broken off. We called three times and the only time they sent someone up was after 10pm when the kids were sleeping, and brought a knob that did not fit, or early in the morning when we re trying to get dressed to go out for the day, and insisted on coming in right there to fix it with a pair of pliers. The spa is a joke. No one was a the reception desk when I got there because the person working was on the phone in a back room gossiping about the juicy details about someone s love life, and then they took me in a room with peoples used towels and drink/food trash laying around to wait. After my appointment they said I could not use any of the amenities I was supposed to get with my appointment because they were leaving for the day. There are bother hotels with more updated facilities and better staff with locations just as good.did I mention half the stuff listed on their amnesties isn t available or doesn t work as well? Oh and the kids playroom is filthy.

Very beautiful and the food is fantastic. I have heard good things about the spa, but have not had the pleasure of going.

The rooms and staff are 10 star but the restaurant food is horrible for the price. Tried a filet the first night and it was tough, dry and over cooked. The second night we tried the pork chop and same result. You ll be much better off to drive into town and eat than to spend $43 for a steak or $38 for a pork chop that s just inedible.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very luxurious accommodations and facility. One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.

The hotel is excellent. Front staff is excellent. 3 stars only for delivering COLD, not even Luke warm food for breakfast. I had a poor experience in town with breakfast yesterday, so thought I'd give the 4 star restaurant a go this morning. Waitress didn't even come around for 15 minutes after food was delivered, so of course, starving, I ate the cold meal.
40 bucks for literally the easiest thing to make. Biscuits and gravy, bacon and potatoes. Just AWFUL.
I shouldn't have to chase down the staff to warm my meal in the microwave when I'm paying for what should be over the top service. I-Hop would have been the better choice this morning.

Explained FULLY THE ISSUE. WHAT IS DONE IS DONE.
You do NOT get to fix hiring people that don't check immediately after food is served. That is a common practice among fine restaurants. In fact, mostly to the point of annoying.
Annoy me! Don't let me sit there with COLD FOOD ON A NOT SO BISY WEEKEND.

Chateau provides a getaway from the hectic pace of life. If you want a busy vacation you can have one or you can relax. It's not close to Branson entertainment, but not far either. Service is incredible and rooms are nicely furnished and comfortable.

They did a wonderful job taking care of us when we hosted our Missouri Realtors - January Business Conference here. Rooms are great, common areas are even better and customer service is top notch

Beautiful. Fun. Unique. Breathtaking sites and so many choices of things to do. There is a kid activity night which gives parents a chance for alone time. Pool indoor and out, beach with an island.

We just spent the weekend here the staff , food , and drinks were amazing. We even used the spa and rented a boat and the process and experience of both were just perfect. We will defiantly come back and recommend chateau on the lake to anyone!

Intended to camp all weekend. Decided to get a room due to inclement weather qnd was very impressed with the resort. The rooms were nice and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the Chateau on the Lake

I ve stayed here numerous times over the years for both business and pleasure trips. It was always a 1st class experience. This was my first stay here since new owners acquired the property. Check-in was fine and the staff friendly & accommodating, albeit a bit stiff. The interior was clean & neat, as was my room but is starting to show age. The exterior of the property is another story completely. JQH would roll over in his grave to see the property in this condition. Roof has large areas of peeling paint and looks terrible, trash & debris littered the flower beds, landscaping is in need of MUCH attention, spider webs & cobwebs all around the ceilings of the outside lounging/public areas (verandas, patios, etc.), cracked, separating & crumbling concrete in various places (some, a distinct tripping hazard around the gazebo). I see they have a new GM just within the past few weeks, so hopefully, many of these issues will be addressed.

Went to moon shine beach it was awesome. Thats were I went. It was right beaide chateau.

One of the better hotels located in Branson. Reasonably priced. To many amenities to list. If you book through Kayak, be sure to call the hotel (or any booking through them) before you arrive, as Kayak cancelled my reservation and passed me back and forth between departments, with no one claiming responsibility. The Chateau took care of us.

We are in the middle of our stay but I can confidently say we will be back. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food at the patio is quite good and we have reservations for the grille this evening. The hotel location is right against Table Rock lake but only minutes from the middle of everything in Branson. Overall this has so far been an amazing stay and we can not wait to be back.

My company had our Christmas party here. Wasn't what we expected. There want enough seating and I overheard a manager say they weren't going to add anymore tables. Very unprofessional.

We took our family here for a weekend trip and were very happy with the experience and it's close proximity to the shows in Branson. The staff were very courteous and we had no issues. There are a few places to shop, and there is a nice movie theater that has daily free showings for guests. We also had a very enjoyable meal at the cafe where I had some of the best scallops I've ever tasted. I would visit again

Pretty sure this is the nicest place to stay in Branson. Will stay here again.

Beautiful place overlooking the lake. Great site for a conference or event. Rooms are nice, many with lake views and a balcony. Staff is top notch and always helpful. Great restaurants on site, easy access to the marina for boating or fishing.

My family and I had cocktails in the library bar on the top floor. The bartender was friendly and quick. The view across the lake was incredible and we even were visited by a family of ducks. Great spot.

Was at a gun show, everything looks really clean and nice

Chateau is an upscale place with beautiful Christmas displays. The gingerbread houses and clever characters around them is worth a look. The buffet breakfast has a good assortment in a gorgeous setting with a flowing waterfall and stream. You don't have to stay there to stop but and take it all in. It also overlooks the lake.

I also forgot my pillow there because I have problems with my neck so I need a certain pillow and they never even called me or offered it back. When I called there was nothing they could do!

The views of the lake from the hotel are lovely. However our lake view is not as good as I'd hoped for; it is slightly blocked. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff have all been kind and accommodating. We've had some issues with getting our room cleaned on a daily basis, but housekeeping offered to clean the room when we'd been missed and quickly supplied us with clean towels and coffee. The food in the wine bar/cafe and restaurant was good, but nothing exceptional.

Really a first class place! Great hospitality. Very friendly and courteous staff. The Sweet Shoppe was amazing! The sunsets over the poolside and lake were spectacular! Great for kids too. They have a beautiful beach there in addition to the pool. Also a great marina and boathouse. The whole experience was excellent!

We just ABSOLUTELY enjoy being there! The views, accessibility to different areas of Branson from there, accommodations, staff & service are just so much more than we could ever expect! Just Wonderfully Amazing! The prices on the rooms are a bit on the high side for me but, with the views and & everything I already mentioned, pretty much makes it worth the price. For the past 6 years we have attended a marriage conference in Branson, Weekend To Remember, out of the 6 we have stayed at the Chateau 5 years, 1 year we stayed at the Hilton down on the Branson Landing. Due to convenience, hospitality, scenic views, and PEACE & RELAXATION, we much more prefer Chateau On The Lake!
