The service department was excellent and so was the finance department, especially Nathan. But, the service department couldn't believe that I was sold a vehicle with old tires and that only 2 were replaced when all 4 tires needed replacement. Jacob said he was going to speak to management about changing the other 2 tires. It's been 8 days and no one has returned my call . it's very disappointing. 12-5-19 Thank you for your concern and reply to my posting. I took your advise and called your customer relations manager on 12-2-19 at 1:44pm, I left a message and again called on 12-3-19 at 2:42pm I left a message again for Karen to return my call. As of today, she has not return my call.
