I bought a used Altima which had a recall due to faulty steering wheel lock. I received the notification from Nissan and I decided to call Cerritos Nissan. Amazed me that they gave me an appointment 20 minutes after my phone call. Mariana Cuevas was the customer service representative that help me, she was really professional. As promised, she called me and I got impressed, they even wash my car. I loved that.
