Thoroughly disappointed w my experience at this dealership when going to lease a new car.
Spent about 3-4hrs my first day there and decided which car I wanted - then came time to negotiate and there was barely even a conversation. Just a lot of me waiting around.
After multiple phone calls to me the following 2 weeks, they finally came down to the #s that worked for my budget. We arranged for me to head back in and see the colors that would be available and finally close the deal.
Came in and saw the same car I already test drove - but none of the other color options that we discussed were there.. Went back inside to understand when I could see the colors and after 4hrs of back and forth, learned that the dealership didnt have any of the colors we discussed available PLUS they were unable to get the colors from another dealership. Furthermore, the #s that we had already agreed to didnt seem likely because the other dealerships wouldnt give them the car.
Once again, I left car-less and now beyond frustrated.
The following week, a manager called me and asked me why we coudnt close the deal. I explained the story [AGAIN] and he said he d call me back. After I was unable to take his call back, I called and left a message. No response. 2 days later, I called back again - he asked for my story - AGAIN. He then promised to call me back within 10mins. 24hrs later and still no call back.
This dealership has spent over 10hrs of my time, have misrepresented the facts & numbers and have complete disregard to any of it.
Would dodge this place like the plague.
To Gustav, Brian & the team that s wasted so much of my time - shame on the way you guys are handling this transaction.
