I recently leased a new Jeep Renegade and had the pleasure of working with Felicia Liriano. I have to say that she made it an amazing experience. From the day I first went in and test drove, Felicia took the time to listen to what I was looking for as well as inform me of all of my options. The day I picked up the Jeep, Felicia already had the insurance information switched, and all of the paperwork was done. All I needed to do was sign. Felicia was very helpful through this journey. She was running back and forth, moving cars, getting paperwork checked and re-checked...clearly a very hard worker at this dealership. My husband and I had plenty of questions and she was very patient with us.

I decided to check out this dealership despite the all the negative things I heard - I should ve listened. The showroom did not provide a welcoming environment - not to mention there were no cars in this showroom . I was looking to trade my car in for a Compass. The salesman was not very informative of the differences between the models and was not willing to negotiate on price. Because I would be rolling in negative equity, which I was okay with, he told me I would always have negative equity and at no point would I break even on what I owed vs. what the car is worth - which simply is not true. He came across as this is the price and if you don t want to pay it, oh well and didn t care if they got my business or not. The good news was that after this experience I went to the Jeep dealership in Croton, which was everything Central Ave Jeep wasn t, and bought my Compass.

Service Dept has great customer service. Car was having problems and Marco had me drop of the car and in a rental the same day. Car was fixed quickly and all is well. Best service center for Jeep in NY

Nosh the Sales Manager was great; definitely need some knowledgeable and direct Sales people (avoid Ernie). Thankfully Nosh took care of everything and gave me a great deal. Service practices could probably be better but will hold full judgement until I have my first service; but my car wasn't as clean as I had hoped for a new car.

Top notch experience at Central Ave Chrysler Jeep. Wonderful staff- from the sweet receptionist, to the salesmen and finance staff. I'd had a long month without a car due to not so perfect credit. Just when I was losing hope, Bianca made it possible. We had constant communication via phone and email. The wait time for the model I desired was 2-3 weeks. I went to 3 different dealerships before buying my 2012 Liberty from Central Avenue. They had the best price and selection and found exactly what I was looking for. My salesman Manny answered every question we threw at him and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process.

I work at a shop in Texas and was looking for a part to repair a vehicle in the shop. The part was only available at Central Ave CJDR. In the end I did not purchase the part because my customer postponed the repair.
I spoke with James in the parts department when I called for availability. He was very professional, kind and courteous. I'm sort of sad I didn't need the part after all. I appreciate the good customer service.

For those of you thinking about leasing a car and have gone to several different places and been online for countless hours trying to find the best deal, STOP!! Start here first you won't regret it. I spoke to Lauri from the internet sales team and was put in touch with Klara from the sales dept. She was nothing but courteous and super helpful and really made me and my family feel really comfortable. From there I went and met with Nosh from the finance dept. and the guy was pretty much aces across the board. I must of asked him a hundred questions and had him explain it to me 3 or 4 times over until I got it. Bottom line they took the time out to answer all of my questions I had and got me a great deal on my vehicle. If you're thinking about leasing or buying from them start by asking for any one of them to help make things easier on your purchase. I mean it!!

The people I had to deal with here are all nothing but GLIB. Here is why:

---- We made the deal and I made a big chunk of down payment in full (how stupid I am) on the day of the deal, but the different finance managers kept increasing monthly payment until the last moment during the next 10 days. Dave, the finance manager, changed the deal on the day I went to pick up the car with my family just to get every penny in my pocket without even knowing what car I made the deal to lease before him. He thought that this was the first time I was leasing a car and his explanations for "little for that little for this" fees were ridiculous. He behaved me like I am a cow to milk. I was so tired and fed up with all the headache( explanations, non-sense numbers etc.) and delays, I just accepted saying "whatever" even knowing that what he was doing was completely unfair and unethical. A BIG MISTAKE.
----Just because of the fact that my monthly payment would be higher, I did not get the package with the features I wanted, but at the end, I was compelled to paying the higher price anyway without getting the features I wanted for the car.
----Took more than a week to get the car even though I was promised to get it the next day,
----Got a dirty-driven new car,
----"The system is down,"
"the manager is not here,"
"I am not the boss just a sales person,"
"they are just salespeople. They don't know anything. I am the one who takes care of everything",
"we don't make a living off one car"
"there are other customers we tend to get",
"I will check and let you know" ,(which they never do) are some of the nice excuses and insults you can hear during the process.
---- Even though it is too early, I am afraid of the treatment that I will get when I return this car. I wonder what other fees and silly bills I will have to be dealing with. I am sure Dave will have some kindergarten-level excuses and explanations for the bills or over charges.

If you are on the market for a car, try another place. I will NOT be returning. They might get me for now, but they lost a potential long-term customer. Well, I do not even think they care anyway!

Let me just start my review with ... this is the best jeep dealership ever!! I came into Central Ave Jeep looking to get out of my current lease into something new. Let me explain my current situation a little, I m currently unemployed and over my mileage with still 12 months left to my lease (crazy situation, I know). I was seen/helped by John R and OMG when I tell you he went above and beyond along with the Finance Manager Neal, they sure did. Due to me being unemployed, it wasn t possible for me to get into a new lease, so both John and Neal recommended that I just buy out my lease and finance my current vehicle. Which I m not too mad about because it s a 2019 Grand Cherokee Limited-X. They got me an amazing deal with a super reasonable interest rate. A Happy Memorial Day Weekend it was. I was able to reconnect with my salesman Joe Carino who sold me my dodge ram pick up at White Plains Dodge over 7 years ago. I went back to White Plains Dodge and TRIED to make a deal on President's Day Weekend with no success due to the dishonesty and shady practice of the dealership.Example - I wanted to trade my dodge ram for a new vehicle and they would not disclose the amount of my trade they would only give me the amount of what my monthly payment would be on the new car. Are they crazy - who does that? We went to Central Avenue Jeep Dodge and found Joe was working there - and we bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. He is the most outstanding salesman I've ever dealt with. We went in on friday and picked up our new vehicle on saturday. He gave us a deal we could not refuse and we are very satisfied customers and recommend everyone and anyone who needs a new car to go see JOE CARINO at Central Avenue Chrylser Jeep Dodge. There honest, helpful and a very repitable dealership. Thanks Joe your the best!!

Signed a lease for a decent deal until after it was signed. All of sudden there were other charges. Manny the salesmen is a sneak. They'll do anything to sell you a car and hide charges they are well aware about.

I was there on the Saturday of Columbus day weekend ready to buy & if they called me today & offered me the car for free I'd never go back based on poor customer service alone.

1st, I walked in & not a single car in the showroom. Just tables & chairs like a cafeteria. I didn't even know if I was in the right place because the giant insurance signs caught my eye rather than any of the car signs. A manager took notice to the bewildered look on my face, dropped what he was doing & came out of his office to greet me. He was a complete gentleman & the only good thing that I can say about this place.

He brought me over to one of his salesmen who seemed nice & was attentive until that manager walked away. Once that happened the salesman said that he was in the middle of something & needed a minute. He offered me a drink first & then excused himself.

After about 10-15min, I was getting impatient & approached him to ask where I can look at cars while I wait. He pointed me to the back row of the lot where every car was filthy & locked. I could've done this at a mall parking lot. So after walking around aimlessly for about another 10min I walked back in & waited some more.

Finally I approached him again & said that I was short on time. He was very apologetic & offered to put me with another salesman. I watched him walk over to 2 salesmen that were just leaning on the wall talking but they both refused. I couldn't believe it, I've never seen less enthusiastic salesmen in my life. He was even embarrassed by their refusal & apologized up & down. I was ready to walk out but he asked me to please wait one more moment while he found someone & the very next guy he asked did agree to help me. He then made the introduction, apologized again & excused himself.

I explained to Roberto what I was looking for & he took me back out to the lot where we peered into dirty windows with no keys. Again, I could've done this at a random parking lot, I went to a dealership for a different experience. He barely spoke & appeared to care less. So after some awkward silence, I asked him to get some keys.

I took 2 cars for a test drive. A Grand Cherokee & a Dodge Durango GT. Both were 2017 leftovers which I was fine with. I really liked the Durango but it had almost no options on it & I liked one of the Cherokees that was loaded with some after market stuff but I felt that the prices were high in comparison to other dealerships that I've been to. I expressed this & he didn't attempt to negotiate. He just said "maybe my manager can do better" but never bothered to find out. So I told him that I had to sleep on it & I'd be in touch.

He called me on Monday at 2pm to ask my intentions & I told him that I was still undecided because the prices were high & I was heading out to some other dealerships to compare. He told me that he could talk to his manager to see what he can do. I then told him that if he got me a better price, I'd be there within the hour with a check. He responded "don't go anywhere, I'll talk to my manager right now & call you right back". So I sat & waited.

At 3:30 my phone rings & it's the dealership. I was excited but it wasn't him. It was a courtesy call to ask about my experience on Saturday. I explained to the lady that I wasn't happy at all but I was waiting for Roberto to call me back with a price & if I got it, it would determine my level of satisfaction. I also explained that I had things to do & was already waiting an hour & a half for this call. She said that she will tell him to call me back right away. So I waited some more.

At 6pm I called Roberto. It rings once & goes to voicemail. I leave a message explaining that my whole day was shot & I'm still waiting on him. Two weeks later he still hasn't called me back.

Final result is that yesterday I picked up my 2018 FULLY LOADED Durango GT from another dealership one town over in White Plains for a cheaper price than the stripped 2017 that they still have in the lot, still unwashed.

Very dishonest. An entire day was wasted waiting for what they guarantee, but at the end its another story. CAUTION!!!!!!! They hate discussing prices until after they are able to rope you in. CAUTION!!!!!!!!!!

I had a very friendly experience i had the privilege of working with Sebastian a Johan which worked with me every step of the way . I got the car I wanted and paying the monthly payment I wanted . Coming from Long Island we dealt with Antoneta over the phone which was a pleasure. She was quick to respond, made herself available on her off days and not pushy at all. One of the easiest car leasing experiences I ve had so far.

This dealership is great. Antonetta was my sales rep and did an extraordinary job listening to what I was interested in purchasing and getting the exact truck ...... I m a Jeep lover so I made a purchase here twice. One for me and one for my sister. Clara helped me with both deals and really made both experiences great! Clara was very attentive, informative and friendly. She def was honest about prices and options. I didn t get that cars salesman feeling from her, which I loved. I recommend the location but mostly, I recommend having Clara help you out. She makes herself available and gets the job done!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at a car s dealership. Klara, the sales person that assisted us, was very helpful in finding us the specific car with each accommodation that we were interested in. Nosh, the finance manager that assisted us, got us to a monthly payment amount that was in our range. Very nice dealership with an amazing staff!!

Our salesman, John R, provided us with great service. He brought a vehicle from a central location so that we could test drive the exact car we wanted. He supported us well through the process. During the holiday season, the dealership worked well with us to complete the entire sales process, including trade-in, in one day.

Both staff and customers did not wear masks indoors at all times. This was concerning. I almost reduced the rating, however the dealership treated us well. We recommend this location improves both staff and customer adherence to Covid safety protocols. I was admittedly uncomfortable at times.

My first time experience at Central Ave Chrysler Dodge was a very satisfactory and pleasant one . As a first time car buyer I had come in with some idea of exactly what I was looking for . I had been searching for a car for a few years but was never successful . Orlando was a great salesman. We did a lot of quick texting which really helped move things along, and after I beat him up a bit, Jimmy was there to settle us on a deal that I really didn t think was possible and I still don t believe it. This is my second Wrangler and I couldn t be happier with this dealership.

I leased a 2014 jeep limited from this dealer . Recently i took my jeep for service because the engine light came on . Great service and excellent service . The person that helped me was great , he even called a car service for me so i can return back to Manhattan . I did not have to pay for the service because it was under warranty .What bothered me was that they charged me 43 dollars for an oil change . When i leased my jeep i paid what ever price they gave me , $450 a month and i did not negotiate the price . At that time i was given 4 oil change for free which i was told that it expired . No big deal at all but small things like this bother me and i will not lease a jeep again from this place . Sorry .

I went in there with no clue about anything, thanks to Rich snd ED not only did i get a car, my girlfriend also got a new car. Great sales department. Horrible service department. Creepy little guy that stares at you as he sweeps. They give you a ticket once they take your car and tell you to wait in the waiting area. No one tells you to give the ticket in at the desk. When you realize you haven t been called, the service people tell you, sorry we re closed now ! They done this to me twice! I simply stopped going there. I use Riverdale jeep now for all my service needs. Horrible customer service. It s a shame because I loved the professionalism of the sales department. I wanted to keep central avenue as a one stop shop for all my vehicle needs but with the shenanigans of their service department, I just can t.

worst experience ever! incompetence doesn't begin to describe my experience with Marco/Supervisor/et all! came in for a simple tire/rim replacement, and two days later i've still not received one call back from them. They had the audacity to tell me to come pick up my old rim because my insurance company want too many pictures!!!

Just a warning to any potential customers...go elsewhere if at all possible!!
