The people I had to deal with here are all nothing but GLIB. Here is why:
---- We made the deal and I made a big chunk of down payment in full (how stupid I am) on the day of the deal, but the different finance managers kept increasing monthly payment until the last moment during the next 10 days. Dave, the finance manager, changed the deal on the day I went to pick up the car with my family just to get every penny in my pocket without even knowing what car I made the deal to lease before him. He thought that this was the first time I was leasing a car and his explanations for "little for that little for this" fees were ridiculous. He behaved me like I am a cow to milk. I was so tired and fed up with all the headache( explanations, non-sense numbers etc.) and delays, I just accepted saying "whatever" even knowing that what he was doing was completely unfair and unethical. A BIG MISTAKE.
----Just because of the fact that my monthly payment would be higher, I did not get the package with the features I wanted, but at the end, I was compelled to paying the higher price anyway without getting the features I wanted for the car.
----Took more than a week to get the car even though I was promised to get it the next day,
----Got a dirty-driven new car,
----"The system is down,"
"the manager is not here,"
"I am not the boss just a sales person,"
"they are just salespeople. They don't know anything. I am the one who takes care of everything",
"we don't make a living off one car"
"there are other customers we tend to get",
"I will check and let you know" ,(which they never do) are some of the nice excuses and insults you can hear during the process.
---- Even though it is too early, I am afraid of the treatment that I will get when I return this car. I wonder what other fees and silly bills I will have to be dealing with. I am sure Dave will have some kindergarten-level excuses and explanations for the bills or over charges.
If you are on the market for a car, try another place. I will NOT be returning. They might get me for now, but they lost a potential long-term customer. Well, I do not even think they care anyway!
