I recently leased a new Jeep Renegade and had the pleasure of working with Felicia Liriano. I have to say that she made it an amazing experience. From the day I first went in and test drove, Felicia took the time to listen to what I was looking for as well as inform me of all of my options. The day I picked up the Jeep, Felicia already had the insurance information switched, and all of the paperwork was done. All I needed to do was sign. She then went above and beyond and stayed with me, explaining the features, demonstrating how to take off the roof, etc. She even stayed with me while I connected my phone. At no point did Felicia rush me. She always made me feel like a valued person-not just a customer. If anyone is looking for a Jeep or Dodge and goes to Central Avenue, see Felicia. You will not be sorry!
