Avoid this place. All they care about is money. Got a new 2016 jeep grand cherokee summit and has been having issues non stop. Some issues they cant fix and lately seem to not even try. I have been in and out bringing my jeep since i got it in 2016 and dealership does not want to to do anything with it just keep me paying. Sales/finance do not want to take the car back because they will lose money lol. Don't waste your time with this dealer.

I spoke to President Mr Grant about a month ago and didn't really help. My sales man came over to me again to talk about "numbers" when obviously i still owe on the car but they were willing to buy it back now after I've been asking what we could work out since the problems started. They were willing to "roll over" my remaining payment onto another vehicle lol. O and i recieved a code from Chrysler to use on either a used or new Chrysler/FCA vehicle from what i was told by a representative from Chrysler a few months back but this time they actually told me what i could have use it for (New car only) but it expired after months of going in circles lol. Some issues are still not fixed such as the brake pedal makes a popping sound when shifting into gear on a uphill, harsh dowshifts in sport mode, and all the dam rattling inside. So far the wind noise is good and the replaced fender flares (all 4 were coming off) are still on. Again they did not want to really help. Its only about the money. This jeep is going to be the last one especially from central ave jeep. Again avoid this place.

Alejandro was great and helpful. If you ever need a to buy or lease just go to him. He knows what he is doing and explains everything very well.

We have been shopping around for a new car for a few weeks before we found the perfect one for us. Ernie not only helped us find exactly the vehicle for our needs, he also gave us very useful tips. If they are all this dedicated, it is no wonder why they seem to have more customers then the last dealership we went to!

I wanted to write a review in regards to the service I received in buying a new vehicle from Central Ave Jeep. First, I ll say, I dealt with three people; Jarred Daniels, Drew, and Neil Matos in Finance.
I went in, and I was honest about my situation from the beginning; I let Jarred & Drew know upfront what I wanted to accomplish, what car I was interested in, and my financial situation; they both let me know from the beginning what I was going to need in terms of financing the deal from day one. I appreciated their professionalism, and their honesty.
Neil Matos . He made the deal happen for me, financially, and treated me like gold! I walked away in the vehicle that I truly wanted he appreciated my business and made sure to hold my hand every step of the way. I even called and said, if the deal isn t going to happen today, I don t want to waste your time or mine. (that wasn t nice, was it?) He promised me the deal was going to go through and kept that promise.
They were patient and kind and most of all they understood that I was serious about doing business they showed that they were just as serious about doing business with me.
When going to a dealership, it s always so important that you are honest about your situation, state what you want and need, and don t be mad when they come back and tell you what you need to make it happen. It s a mutual respect and all three of these gentlemen showed me that mutual respect. They ve got a customer for life, as well as referrals from me for life.
Thank you Jarred, Drew, & Neil for making it happen and being respectful, knowledgeable, and honest every step of the way! I appreciate you! I couldn't be happier!

Definitely had a excellent experience here, all my questions answered and my sales man made sure no detail was missed.

Took my car in for oil change they never did it. Had a light out on the car which I bought from them which was covered under warranty they supposedly say "they fixed it" after going 3 times for the same problem still doesn't work.

Jimmie Green is a liar and did not honor the deal we had. This place says customer satisfaction is their goal? The GM doesn't even return phone calls . Please do not ever go here!! They don't care about you ( like they claim ) and once you are out of there you are forgotten about. I had been a customer for over 20 years , in hindsight I am the fool for giving them my blind trust. Never ever again will I go here and I urge Jeep buyers to go to another dealer. This place is dishonest and not loyal to their customers.

I only give them a one star, because I have NO CHOICE. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAM ARTISTS. My car was listed on the net for 17999, They sold it to me for 1000 more. They tried for 2000, but when I got up to walk away, they brought it down 1000. That's just the beginning. Sit down and enjoy this review. I bought and delivered that day, they pushed it on me. So, I left the lot with a car that had the previous owners inspection on it. ( illegal) oh wait for it, I bought this car 3 months ago. I'm just writing because I'm sorta cooled off, but not really. I'm calling Bbb on these ppl, I'm calling attorney general on these ppl, and I will be speaking with Chrysler. I have made 2 payments on my used car, I am driving around on a expired temp registration because these people, sold me a car for more then they had it listed for in the first place, had a lean against it. DMV WILL NOT give me a registration for a car that I have a 20000 loan on, because it has a lean from a previous owner. This mean, that bank can repo my car that I AM paying on because this company sold me a car with a lean on it. Its ILLEGAL IN NYS. THEY CAN NOT HAVE A CAR OUT ON THE LOT , FORSALE, IF IT DOSNT HAVE A CLEAN TITLE. This car dealership is HORRABLE AND I WOULD GIVE IT A - 20 IF POSSABLE. Needless to say they having heard the last of me. So basically buyer BEWARE!!!!

About 2 1/2 years ago I bought a Jeep Wrangler from here. The employees here are very polite and work with you so you leave there happy and with a vehicle. I recently returned because one of my axle seal was damaged. The advisor that took care of me was Umar Khan. He was extremely helpful and did not over price me for labor work. If you go over there for any type of vehicle problem please go to him. You will not regret it.

This is the place to come if you re thinking about a new car, period as far as my husband and I are concerned. We drove up one recent weekend expecting to kickoff a lengthy car search. Immediately at the valet we were met by Steven, who s no pressure, helpful demeanor helped us figure out which car we wanted. He and manager Jimmy spent A LOT of time with us, finding cars deep in their catalog that met our financial targets (if not our color profile!), ultimately working to land us in a 2020 grand Cherokee at what we considered a very fair price. Beyond all that though, everyone we encountered at central ave Jeep just seemed to be good people. We were with our three year old and the whole dealership seemed to bend over backwards to make him feel important which he loved! Steven even gave him one of those little American flags they put in the windows of the cars, which was the the highlight of his day. Highly recommend.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER.
These are such weird times we are experiencing and everyone at Central Ave made it a simple and pleasant process.

When the car arrived from the factory my sales representative Orlando Ghoshroy started the whole process and within hours I received a call to pick up my Wrangler.

After signing everything, Orlando gave me a full tour of my vehicle, showed me how to remove the hard top, we sat in the vehicle for 30 min setting my phone up, going over the whole interior functions.

I also want to thank the GSM Jim Ingenito for all the help.

Overall I could not have asked for a better experience.

Just recently had my jeep in for service and it was a great experience from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and had me in and out quicker than expected. This is the only service department i trust my vehicle to.

Recently I had the misfortune of dealing with Central Ave Chrysler Jeep. I needed to purchase a part and selected this dealer on cost. Their price was the lowest, $46. But when the invoice arrived the postage cost alone was $84. The invoice arrived about 15 minutes later showing the total cost exceeding $130. So half an hour after the purchase I sent an email cancelling the order but received a reply saying the item had already been posted. What postage service was that? Have you ever dealt with a company that can ship an item that quickly? Then to add insult to injury when the item arrived, in its original Jeep box with no additional packaging, the postage was $41.00.
So unhappy with all this I contacted customer service and explained my problem to them. Their response I will tell my Manager , have had no further contact.
Find a dealer with better customer services and costs than what you will get here.

These guys are the best! Nosh went above and beyond for me, as did Sebastian. Excellent customer service!!! Everyone greeted me with smiles and even employees who were not assisting me introduced themselves. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. Very nice atmosphere and a great car buying experience!

I would never buy a car anyplace else. My salesperson Klara was amazing. She listened to my needs and landed me on my dream Wrangler. The most easygoing salesperson I ve ever come across!! I had to return a lease that I didnt purchase there, it was @ Manhattan Chrysler Jeep which I refuse to ever go back. I first called the day before about 10 minutes before they closed and they provided great customer service especially when I'm sure they wanted to go home. The receptionist transferred me to a salesperson named Clara, FYI remember it was a return lease. She asked me if I wanted to come in the morning which was her day off and she didnt mind helping. She said to get there before 11am because she was going to help a previous customer. Not only did she call me in the morning to confirm , she took in the lease with excellent service and Chrysler got me home. Even though I wasn't ready to buy or lease a new vehicle during that time I was treated as if I was. I highly recommend them. Finance guys were great and I had question on the RAM 1500 which she answered and was very knowledgeable. Thank you CLARA.

My husband surprised me with our first Jeep when he picked me and our newborn baby Lindsey up from the hospital 21 years ago. Lindsey is now the proud owner of her very own Jeep as a surprise for her 21st birthday. Seeing Lindsey's face when she realized that this was her first Jeep was one of the best moments of my life...bar none.

This was my first time buying a car and the experienced staff were very professional and made the process seamless and were patient enough to explain everything down to the last detail. They were honest and not pushy at all. My truck is my way only way to get from point a to b. I recently started hearing a rattle on the front end and of course became way to paranoid to drive it. I called this place in regards to returning a lease. I called around end of October and the person who took my call wanted every single detail about me and my vehicle. I only had a very simple question about returning, no need for my entire life story. She said she would have a manager call me back ASAP. I am still waiting for that call. Maybe they will call me soon? Good thing another dealer called me within 15 minutes of my call and solved my issue. Terrible.

This is my second car from Jeep I leased my first one from central av but my second was from another dealership . One thing that I will not change is the service department it s outstanding they take great care of the customer. The general manager of the service department is great as well as the the people he has working for him . Anytime I have a problem they get it taken care of. No matter where I get my next Jeep or dodge I will have it serviced at central av .

I may not have to go all the way up to Central Avenue Chrysler in Yonkers just for an oil change but it s not the oil change it s the professional and my good friend Mike, that s always keeps me coming back.

I can get an oil change any where in the New York City but I choose to go up to the dealership in Yonkers and haven t looked back, I m in and out with the full understanding of what I will need to take care of for next time as well as I m proved with an estimate of what the cost will be so it s no surprises when I come back to have the service done.

Also make sure you ask for Mike and ask him what packages they are offering I usually like to get the oil changes and tire rotation packages this way when I come back if I m strapped for cash I know my car will be able to get the service it needs.
