I just would like to thank Marco in the service dept and the dealership for there professionalism. My younger sister had a issue with her Jeep Renegade and Marco stayed in touch with me the whole time and quickly resolved the issue. I wanted to spend 10 to 12 thousand to upgrade to a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited but the salesman would not give me the value of my trade in until I decided on what car I wanted to buy. The value of my trade in should not change so it seemed shady to me so I left. I HATE WASTING MY TIME AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED BY GOING TO THIS DEALER!!!!!

This review is about the service department not sales as I had a great experience when I purchased my Jeep Cherokee 2years ago from Jarred. As far as service goes my experience has not been so great. I have a 2015 Jeep Cherokee and yesterday 11/21 I stopped to get gas and my car would not turn back on. I had to get a jump start and the guy who jump started my car tells me it might be my battery. I did nt feel comfortable driving an hour to get to work with my vehicle like that so I went to a local mechanic shop and had the battery tested, the mechanic also told me it was the battery. I called the dealer about this and looking for service since it is under warranty they told me they will make an emergency appointment for me for today 11/22 but that I can take the car in the day before the appointment and they will try to get to it yesterday worse case scenario I would have my car back today. My car has been in the dealer for two days and still no car and have no idea whats going on. I wouldnt mind as much if they gave you a loaner car but this dealer does not have loaner cars. I had to take a taxi from the dealer to my house and have missed work for two days going on three because of this want to talk about an inconvenience. Next time I am buying a battery from autozone and next vehicle I buy will not be from here but somewhere where they actually lend you a car when your car is being worked on for a few days.
