I recently bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep in Yonkers, NY. I LOVE IT! And they could not have been more helpful throughout the sales process! Everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with.. from Joe Carino the sales rep, to Jim Ingenito the sales manager, to Jonathan Grant the owner. They made buying a car so easy and painless!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a new Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler product.

Suffice it to say, I was not having a good day by the time I came in for a repair. After a hectic morning of errands I had managed to back my Jeep into a steel pole, ripping off a fender - IMMEDIATELY after having the whole thing detailed!

Alex and his team were able to immediately survey the damage and get my Jeep back to looking new within minutes. Great communication, and they were *very* reasonable on fees since the repair was more a matter of technical know-how than a time-consuming rebuild. I am thankful that they were able to squeeze me so late in the day and I'll definitely be back for my next (hopefully routine) service!

I am from Bergen County New Jersey. All local dealerships in NJ were closed on Christmas Eve. I found myself at Central Ave Jeep in Yonkers where I was well taken care of by Emmhers, Jared and Neal.

Exceptional service. I recently bought a brand new Grand Cherokee at Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep after shopping at two other local dealerships. I can't believe how helpful the entire sales team was and how easy they made my purchase! My salesperson, Larry, was great... he even delivered the car to my apartment! I won't go back to this dealership ever. I tried to buy a car from them about 6 months ago and I was dealing with a female; once she saw I had a employee sponsor her attitude went right out the window. I went to White Plains and they helped me get my new car; no problem. I refer everyone up there when they want a Jeep. It's sad to know they are both the same owner.

We just leased a 2012 Jeep Cherokee. Traded in our Wrangler, which we loved. But, it was time for a more practical car, and with two kids the Cherokee was the obvious choice. Our Sales Rep, Michael Libutti, made the experience fast, efficient and painless. He was no-pressure, but very quick to return calls, and make the transaction move along. From start to finish, it took two visits, and a quick signing of paperwork, and we drove away in our new car! As a mom, my main concern is safety, and the car meets all my needs in that regard. On Wednesday June 5th I went in to pick up my vehicle. I had gone twice to have my breaks checked out for a weird noise and was always told that it was a normal Jeep thing . The third time I come back and ask them to check one more time and they tell me I need new breaks for $600. Confused about this I asked one of the service workers if he could explain why now, the third time I come, I suddenly need new breaks. As he was explaining he got irritated and told me to pay or leave. I was in complete shock that someone would talk to me like that. Of course after being told I needed $600 new break change, I was going to have questions and concerns. He got in my face and began yelling at me and telling me he wasn t going to help me and that I needed to leave. I left the dealership in tears and very disappointed that no one apologized for his behavior. I have tried to reach out to management but wasn t able to get a hold of anyone. I also asked for the name of the guy that helped me but they refused to tell me. Worst experience of my life. I am still in disbelief.

Do not , I repeat do not waste your time. It only gets 1 star for the 2 individuals who helped me towards what seemed to be a 3 day nightmare. I still haven't received my registration, car was purchased almost 6 weeks ago - called 3x no response re: registration extension-- no call back. But give them a call for a new car and they're completely ready to go with quotes and figures for you. Absolutely disappointed in the service here.

I ended up with the car I did not want because my salesperson "sold" me a vehicle with a different VIN number (blamed it on the printer) . Please save yourself the headache , my boyfriend immediately went to Rockland Jeep and oh my what a HUGE difference . They also called me 2 weeks after i already had my car for documents to show the bank? Then 3 weeks after asking me for my previous lease contract so they can get some kind of competitors credit? I have no idea where they got that info from considering this Jeep was my first lease. The lack of communication was horrific , I will never recommend this place to anyone even if it was the last Jeep on earth-- I will however recommend that if you MUST go here ask for Felix or Roberto they were not my original salesmen they are literally the only reason i didn't walk out and take my money elsewhere.

The parts dept at Central Ave were awesome. I had a small issue with an item I ordered from them thru Amazon and they were very quick to help and send me a new part. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

First off I never really check reviews or write reviews being that most of the reviews are written out of not being able to get a price or the buyer is completely unreasonable. I felt incline being that I got about 5 vehicles in the time span of 13 years from my vehicle specialist for life Leif Johansson. Although Leif's previous dealership is around the corner to where I live a travel about 1 hour north to just ensure I have the utmost best experience. Leif is giving you the truth which I love no "song and dance" like with about everybody else at this and other dealerships.
I actually bought vehicles and recommended this man for 13 years. Leif is there from the beginning to long after sale has been done. Just look at me, with my vehicles, colleagues vehicles, and family/friends it most be about 30 vehicles. See for your self if you serious about getting a Jeep !

During these difficult times this buying process couldn t of been any easier. We knew exactly what we wanted and got it. The customer service is top notch, everything thing was done in one day with no hassle or wait time.

I recently went to CHRYSLER JEEP RAM IN YONKER looking for a car or truck that would fit my family. There I was greeted by Orlando Ghoshroy and from the very first second he made feel like I was a member of his own family! Once he understood my needs, he went above and beyond in explaining to me the difference between each car and truck as I was clueless about cars and trucks. He was very patient with me as I changed my mind multiple times. Orlando even helped me with the insurance. His manager Felix came over to help reassure me the process with my purchase was smooth. Really, I can't find the right word to express my feelings and gratitude towards Orlando Ghoshroy. If you are looking for a well done job, ask for Orlando Ghoshroy when you arrive, he truly knows his vehicles. It was a pleasure working with them.

TEN STAAARS!!!! I don't even know where to start. I worked with Mohamad Abuteen, Jared Daniels and Nosh Margilaj. I was still locked into my 2017 Nissan Rogue lease and these guys were able to help me exit my lease early and GET THE DEAL DONE. I'm leasing a 2019 Cherokee and I'm only paying $60 more than what I was paying for my Rogue!! AMAZING!!!

Mohamad works in sales and he took me on 2 test drives, he was extremely patient and answered all of my questions. He was very sweet and professional. I had a few questions/concerns AFTER I bought my truck and I was able to reach out to Mohamad and he put my mind at ease. So awesome!!!

Nosh also worked on getting my monthly payments down AND he gave me free oil changes for the duration of my warranty!! THAT IS AMAZING and I was so appreciative that Nosh was able to do that for me. Again, he was extremely professional and when I also contacted him AFTER I bought my truck he was very responsive and was able to forward the documents I needed right away. I was so appreciative because these guys work soooooo hard!!!

Ive been to about 6 jeep dealerships over this past year since my lease was almost up. And this was the best one out of all of them. Orlando was absolutely fantastic, very honest, not pushy and overall good salesman. Everything was explained clearly and done very quickly. They will be taking care of my old lease so i hope everything goes well with that.

Was never a fan of American Car, always been a Audi lover.
Anyway, long story short, after 10 years of being customers with Audi Manhattan, we were treated like audi was too good for us. Michael Libutti made us feel completely different at Jeep in Yonkers. It was great in customer service, answering all our questions.
We signed with Jeep a couple of days later and so far we are very happy with the car. So if the service and the car keep up to the expectancy, Jeep got a new customer.

I wasn't present at the time but my parents was and was greeted by klara, she was wonderful and helped me out over the phone when I wasn't there. Upon arrival later I stopped by I walked in the door and was quickly greeted by Klara and Nosh After a few questions by Both they knew exactly what I was looking for, found the car and made the deal happen with a great price all in a matter of a few minutes. I did some quick research and realized I had a great deal offered by Klara and Nosh. The entire experience felt like it was more then purchasing an automobile, it felt like doing business with people Who generally had the best interest at Heart.
I will 100% be back to get more cars from Central Avenue Chrysler Jeep especially from Klara.

I had worked with central ave jeep for my first compass lease and came back in today just to browse options for my next lease. I worked with Claire who was awesome and made it such a stress free and enjoyable experience. It was such a good experience that instead of browsing I chose a car and brought it home the same day. I cannot add another review, so here we are 3 years later! I went to jeep for my 3rd car and was disappointed with the service from my sales associate. He was unprofessional and not the most helpful. HOWEVER! Nosh Margilaj absolutely turned my experience around! I had calls from him and another manager immediately to fix the negative experience and they certainly did. Nosh goes above and beyond and and really takes the time to explain things. I will absolutely go back again when this lease is up and deal with him directly.

The service here is still amazing! I have had multiple oil changes here as my Jeep now has 34k and never an issue, had to have the Jeep towed in due to a no start condition on a Friday afternoon, Omar in service was knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. I come here all the way from Manhattan for the awesome service.

During my first visit to this dealership, I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from Larry. He was very easygoing and honest, and was straightforward in completing the transaction. Before I drove off in my new car, he spent a considerable amount of time explaining to me all of its features. I would definitely recommend Larry to my family and friends.

Bought a part for my wife's Jeep. Sent in VIN info, all that. Wrong part. They approved the return...but magically cannot find the returned part (funny, the USPS confirmation shows it was delivered...!) - and a week later STILL NO REFUND! They provide a perfect example of how NOT to run a business. Save yourself - run away screaming now!
