My first time experience at Central Ave Chrysler Dodge was a very satisfactory and pleasant one . As a first time car buyer I had come in with some idea of exactly what I was looking for . I had been searching for a car for a few years but was never successful . The process of finding the perfect vehicle for me was made very smooth and accessible by my salesman Sebastian Lopez who was very patient , professional and most of all very knowledgeable about the inventory and background behind each and every vehicle . He had an answer to everyone of my questions . Sebastian Lopez is highly qualified in the car sales world because he has great customer service skills . Like I said I ve been car shopping for a few years and every dealership and sales person are different . And I have to honestly say that I ve never received this kind of customer satisfaction . Sebastian was very dedicated to finding me the perfect car that met each of my preferences . I walked out of this dealership with exactly what I was looking for and in my price range . Which was a BMW 5 series twin turbo . The paperwork process was done in a timely manner . I worked with Eddie Pinero in Finance, he reviewed each and every detail of my contract with me to make sure I was getting a good deal with my car . He too was very professional and made me feel very secure and satisfied with my purchase . In a matter of time my car was washed , had new license plates and the keys were in my hand .
