Our salesman, John R, provided us with great service. He brought a vehicle from a central location so that we could test drive the exact car we wanted. He supported us well through the process. During the holiday season, the dealership worked well with us to complete the entire sales process, including trade-in, in one day.

Both staff and customers did not wear masks indoors at all times. This was concerning. I almost reduced the rating, however the dealership treated us well. We recommend this location improves both staff and customer adherence to Covid safety protocols. I was admittedly uncomfortable at times.
