I am a first time buyer. My experience at Capitol City Honda changed the way I thought about dealerships. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by everyone. The atmosphere was very friendly, relaxed, feeling of being home. The sales representative I spoke to was Joe. I told Joe what kind of car I wanted, he showed me what they had in the lot. He listened to what I had to say, very knowledgeable, and passionate about his job. Which is helping people find a car that fits their lifestyle, their needs. Now, usually based on my past experiences at dealerships, they have tried talking me out of what I am looking for and show me around to what I don't want or show me what I can't afford. At this dealership, I got what I wanted, I am so happy with my new car. The process of looking, financing, driving out the lot with a new car was smooth, relaxed, no pressure! Everyone there understands people need cars, and not everyone has $20,000 to pay on the spot. David in the financing department is also amazing. Capitol City Honda accommodates to the people that walk in the door. It is truly family orientated. I highly recommend this place for your next purchase.

Very positive experience. My first time since coming to Olympia to use the service department and it was all positive. Got me in on time, communicated throughout which I appreciated, completed the needed work and advised me when other work will be needed in the future. No complaints. I will keep bringing my Honda here.

The last 4 times I've been they have done good ser...

The last 4 times I've been they have done good service on my car, however, this last visit they charged me more for an oil & filter change because they said that my volvo has a bigger capacity instead of the honda's. I just wish they would've given me the option to choose to fill it to my car's capacity or to keep it at the honda standard since i did this the last 3 times with no problems towards my car, or at least been given a heads up for the extra charge before I dropped my car off.

Dealer service maintenance of my automobile is the most critical factor in my ownership experience. Having just completed my first occasion of service of my Passport at Capitol City Honda, I was very pleased with the evident high degree of organization and support at the dealership's service department. Confidence in a dealer's service department is CRITICAL to ownership satisfaction. I'm very glad to report that CCH service department met my high expectations.

And he always made sure to ask if I was happy with the deal so far. He also made sure to ask me if I wanted other options, which I don't remember when I bought my CRV. Thanks Mike!

Jeff and Ron both helped us with buying the car. They worked collaboratively to ensure we purchased the car that fit our needs. They were relaxed, matter of fact, and did not pressure us. It was by far the easiest car we have ever bought. Dustin in finance was also very efficient, no pressure. I would recommend them if you want to buy a Honda. A terrific experience, and we love our CRV!!!

I just bought my CRV this weekend. I worked with Alex and Travis. Thery are transfers from Silverdale. I didn't feel pressured and I was given all my options. They took their time to research and give me all my options. They helped me way my pros and cons. I felt comfortbale to leave and come back .... allowing me to be confident in my purchase. They worked hard to get me the lowest price. I really appreciate them and plan to come back for my next vehicle. BIG THANKS. I couldn't be happier.

We had car trouble on a road trip. We dropped our car off on a Sunday. Every single person we encountered was helpful and kind. From the guy who was washing cars when we first showed up, to the guys on the sales floor, to Leah in service, and Diane who drove us in the shuttle. We were so impressed and incredibly thankful that they fixed our car quickly and we were on our way!! Great place!!

My wife previously had a 2013 Honda Civic purchased from Capital City Honda. The sales process was fast and speedy. We didn t feel pressured at all when purchasing the Honda. We bought a Hyundai Tucson last August and my wife won t stop talking about the difference in service from Honda to Titus Will. We really miss the speedy service that Honda provided. Staff members were incredibly thoughtful and friendly. We never had to wait more than half an hour for our oil change. My wife was able to drop in without an appointment to get the headlight changed on the civic. Wishing we could bring our Tucson to get serviced at Honda. Thank you for your AMAZING service!! Our next car will definitely be a Honda!

Bought a new Honda Civic hatchback. Had JD Beierle as our sales person. JD was really patient, and spent time to show us various models and trims that was available. My wife selected the car she wanted and they were able to match a quote from another dealer. The sales process was fast and professional. Would recommend JD to others who are shopping for a Honda in the area.

I was suppose to get a tire rotation as part of a ...

I was suppose to get a tire rotation as part of a service plan. There was a charge for the tire rotation on the invoice. But the tires weren't rotated. I had to leave, to pick up a friend, then come back to have them do the rotation. The manager was told, an apology was issued, the service tech admitted he didn't rotate the tires, but still if I hadn't marked the tires before I brought it in, nobody would be the wiser and Capitol Honda would collect the money for the Service Plan company without doing the work. I wasn't compensated for my extra time and inconvenience of having to bring the vehicle back to get the service done. I was told the cabin filter was 'Yellow' (it needed attention soon). The thing is, I replaced the cabin filter the day before. It was brand new. I concluded they didn't even check the cabin filter. They flagged it based on the mileage without a visual inspection.

Their whole crew is awesome. I have, personally, worked with Dex the past 3 times I have went in. He made sure everything I needed was taken care of and then. He also made sure that my timing chain was covered by my warranty when, at first, they were not going to cover it. :)

I am really happy with the service, they were able to set me up with exactly what I needed. Tyson was great and really knows his stuff, great test drive route as well. The car sold itself but what made it even better was the team they had to help us along the way. Tyson all hooked us up with quarters for the vending machine which we really appreciated because we hadn t eaten in forever. Thanks man!

Rory was exceptional to work with. He really listened to what we wanted, and found the impossible for us. He was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and went the extra mile: saved us having to return our rental car some twenty minutes away; paired my phone to the car's Bluetooth system, as some examples. We appreciated that he was never hard-sell. We'll definitely refer friends and family to Rory.

The financial fellow, however, had hard-sell down to a science cloaked in a very affable style filled with personable anecdotes that supported his various pitches.That became tedious. Ultimately, we got what we needed but it took patience and perseverance. Because of this experience, my rating should be lowered to 4 stars, but given Rory's diligent efforts, and the satisfaction he brought us when I was almost ready to give up, I'll rate our experience based on that.

Always have a great experience at Capitol City Honda. I love being able to schedule an appointment if I want. They are less expensive than any quick lube kind of place and service is quick! I also love their waiting area. I bring my laptop and enjoy the wifi, get work done, and sip on some complimentary beverages. They have had my loyalty for years.

I usually feel as though car buying is a stressful and pressured experience, but Craig made the process extremely easy and reassuring. From stepping onto the lot and driving out with our new car, we received great service from start to finish!

I bought a 2016 Honda CR-V from BJ last Saturday and had a wonderful experience working with him and the finance person Tyler. Those two alone get 5 stars from me. However, I came in a one day later to let BJ know that the windshield had a crack in it. BJ was off that day so I spoke with Spero, one of the managers. He was very nice and told me to bring it back in on Tuesday and they would fix the chip. They had my vehicle for 2 hours on Tuesday and the rock chip never got fixed. I brought it back to let him know that it hadn't been fixed. I spoke with another manager, Manny, who was rude and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. I worked in the automobile glass industry for two years and know that a small chip can be fixed and look nearly invisible. When they were done with it, it looked like a child put super glue in the chip and smoothed it out. Because of this lack of service I have given them 3 stars. Capitol City Honda's sales staff is amazing. My family has worked with both BJ and Ronnie and have had the best experience. They finance department will work hard to get you the best rate and not sneak any hidden fees past you. But their management severely lacks quality customer service.

The service here was impeccable! Sam really went out of his way to find every available option. He spent his whole day helping us and was polite and entertaining the entire time. We ended up purchasing our van elsewhere because we were very particular about what features we wanted in our used vehicle but I will absolutely go see Sam first for all our future car shopping!

I called these guys ahead of time before I visited...

I called these guys ahead of time before I visited them. I spoke with a female on the phone asking her if I needed my receipt in order to get warranty on a car battery. She emphatically said no. They could look me up on their computer system. And being in the computer field I know what she was telling me was the truth for a large multinational company in this day and age.

So I go there without taking out my receipt out. I ask another attendant at the shop that I needed a warranty claim on battery that wasn't holding charge. She said sure pull your car inside and we'll run some tests on it and if we cannot fix the problem then we'll give you a new battery. So I go drive the car into the shop. All of a sudden a stocky manager approaches me to ask me for the receipt of the battery when I bought it from Socal. I explained how I had called ahead of time to ask about this issue and was told that I didn't need my receipt. This manager (Derren) who was completely out of his typical place told me that no they needed that paper. Meanwhile he was holding an electronic tablet in his hand. He was telling me that different Honda service centers were not linked/networked with their customer information. At this point I knew he was lying but I brought up the fact that I had called & asked about this & was told otherwise. At this point one other young female attendant shows up and tell us that it was her who had talked to me on the phone and she'd told me that a receipt was required to get service warranty at this location! Yet another lie! I should have written the name of the person I spoke with.

I knew I had the receipt but it was buried under a heap of stuff in my car since I was traveling. However, this was the only option I was left with. It took me some time but I finally found the receipt.

These guys were counting on me not having the receipt with me period. But after some hassle I was able to provide them the receipt & have them look at my car battery.

After a couple of hours of testing they concluded that the battery was indeed not holding charge. Darren took care of the rest of the process by getting me to sign the right papers etc. In fact, at this point he became extra nice to me by telling me about other recalls out on my Honda car. He even give me a coupon for a free car wash nearby.

Bottom line is that Darren of Capital City Honda treated me disingenuously and was teamed up with a lower ranked blond girl to deny me warranty service. This level of customer support was not expected from a car company associated with very high level of customer service. I hope Honda addreses these problem employees in a way necessary!

Bought my car pre-covid and had a great experience with my salesman! After that it wasn't good, the car needed an alignment done bad and during that they realized it next went through their service department. My alignment as never fixed because COVID shut the store down then when they reopened I was told it was too late because it had been over 30 days since I bought my car. I call the used sales manager multiple times a day for a week with no call back. I had to replace my brakes and rotors less than 30 days after buying the car and had to replace my front struts; which was the cause for the poor alignment. I still have yet to receive any contact back from the sales manager. Defiantly won't be sending friends here or be back in the future for an upgrade.

It was crazy! I m a frugal individual but I ve bought new cars many times. April 22, 2019, Found my 2018 Civic I wanted to lease. Wanted to try a Honda this time. Salesman was a young dude from Tenino, Easy to work with and very professional. Started the lease negotiations and I wasn t haggling the sale price of $23,805, I was cool with that. Filled out my PPW, being honest with my high monthly salary. I seen the eyes brighten up on the store manager and he quickly took over the sale. We talked and he left to talk with finance... the game ...AND CAME BACK WITH A $690 PER MONTH LEASE PAYMENT ON A $23k CAR. 36 month lease. Complete price gouging and unethical all based on my high earnings. I called him out and got up and left. Drove to S.Tacoma Honda and leased the exact same car for $302 per month. ***They will never get my business. Watch your wallet at Capitol City Honda.***

Holly Hamilton in the service department was so amazing! She went way above and beyond for us! Answered all questions, gave us advice we needed, was super knowledgeable and very friendly! In the past we have done all our oil changes ourselves but she has changed our minds and Capitol City Honda has new customers because of this terrific employee! Great service! My experience at this Honda dealership in Olympia was stellar!! The crew in the service area were so friendly, informative and provided the best customer service around!! They were helpful and even gave me a discount on the service because they felt the wait was longer than it should have been. I am impressed and will definitely recommend Honda Olympia to my friends and family!

The service department updated transmission software and performed diagnostics to identify a noise/vibration. Both were resolved well ahead of schedule and for less than the estimate. Customer service rep was professional, prompt and informative.

The general manager lied to my face when I showed him the add for my trade in that they said wasn't worth anything. Run don't walk away from these liars and slimy dealership; they do not represent any level of honor or integrity.

Excellent experience, two days after our purchase we, us and our car, were already entered into there data base so ordering extras was quick and easy. They had our vin # paired with our name already with notations included from date of purchase. From our salesperson ( Jose Whitlock ) to financing ( went so fast and explaining every step, sorry I did write his name down ) parts ( Joe ), and service ( Darrin ) it has been absolutely seamless ! From the amount of time we spent buying our car to the expedited service appointment for our extras was fantastic ! If you value your time and enjoy no nonsense customer service your definitely dealing with the right car dealership ! These guys definitely have their stuff together !

THE SALES PEOPLE ARE LIARS. They will lie through their teeth to sell a car. Don't believe a thing they say and double check their facts. They gave us misinformation about our lease. They tried to include extra warranty and parts that we didn't want. Extra fees were added to the finance contract without being notified. Don't trust these greedy sellers. Go elsewhere.

My husband and I were so impressed with Jose's professionalism.He actually listened to what my husband wanted and didn't want, as well as our concerns regarding Covid. He made sure everything was just right when we arrived and then when we went in to discuss the terms for the truck. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and made sure we knew about aspects of the truck we might not be used to. Buying a car can be arduous, but Jose made it pleasant. We'd recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
