Abe was very professional and we thank all the staff who helped track down the model and color of CRV we were looking for. Thanks to finance for mentioning we could get a pro-rated rebate from the service plan on our previous vehicle, something I would not have though of.

First service for new Honda Odyssey. Also first experience with Capitol City Honda. Service Advisor Leah was spectacular - not only a very nice person but very detail oriented. She went over every step of the process - showed me where the dealer offered a variety of coffee and tea and water, where the comfortable seats were with a supply of reading material. Of course, I roamed around the new and used car lots. Sales staff offered assistance, if needed but did not lurk around and bother (thank you). Told it would take an hour or so, done in less than that, including a nice wash and vacuum. Review of the multi-point check (done at each service), signed the papers and was out the door. Thank you Leah - and thank you Capitol City Honda. See you next trip. It's good to do business with a dealer I feel I can trust - and that have such nice people.

I bought a car from Tyler Sniffin. He was a very friendly, no pressure salesman. He was not pushy, and very understanding of what i need. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a car. I would have liked to leave positive feedback for his manager.. But he however was apparently too busy. Tyler politely vouched that he was too busy. I disagree.. But what can you do. I love my new car. Thank you Tyler! My family will be back for our next vehicle!

My most important maintenance/repair focus is the preventive care when issues are identified that need/should be taken care of. Such was the experience of my last visit. Never in my years have I had the best service with a car dealership! CRAIG SCHMIDT Is the best he made me and my wife feel right at home the attention he payed to us was fantastic they were running a little behind on our financing part of the paper work Craig offers to buy us lunch as we were waiting they are all friendly and very honest I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family thank you again for your friendly service!

Kelmeny did a fantastic job of helping me get my car serviced. She explained everything very well. It was time for certain things to be done due to the mileage on my car, she walked me through which things were the most urgent, why they needed to be done, and how much they would cost, so there were no surprises. And she accomplished all of this without talking down to me or treating me like an idiot because I don't know anything about cars. Her whole attitude was warm and approachable and I felt valued as a customer.

The sales process was terrible but their service team seems great. I don't recommend buying a car from them though. I went through the internet manager and got an "out the door" price that we agreed on before I set foot in the showroom. And it was still a shell game of hidden mark ups and things he "forgot to mention". If he had just been up front about the price from the start it could have been a great experience. Why pretend it's one price when it is another? Did he think I wouldn't notice? It just seems dumb. Anyway I won't buy with them again, but the service department has been great.

It can be hit or miss. It's usually fine, but it depends on how busy they are and who your service rep is, plus who the techs are that day. Last time I was there it was really good, their multi point inspection was thorough and the service rep gave me a very precise overview. However, the last two times prior, they didn't give me accurate information on my tire condition and suggested that I not even get a rotation. Fast forward two oil changes later, the tech gives me information that they're all wearing very unevenly. Also, two services prior to the last one I had, they had recommended a timing belt and water pump service when they were the ones that did that service less than 47k miles ago, which is half the recommended
mileage before service. That's the customer's least favorite ordeal when it comes to automotive care; being recommended services they don't need that are also incredibly expensive.

In short, when they're good, they're great. When they're not, they're really not. And I've been a customer of theirs for at least 7 years.

My husband and I were in the market for a SUV and decided to stop by Honda Olympia to see if we could find our perfect vehicle. We were approached by Mike (calls himself Tall Mike ), and explained what we were interested in. When asked if we could see the Pilot that comes with a TV built in he said he would and left. Instead of bringing us what we asked for he brought us one that was clearanced and he preferred to sell stating just use an IPad . When we decided to seek other options at a different dealership, he demanded multiple times for us to explain why . It was very uncomfortable and intimidating. We actually love Honda, but because of his attitude and bullying approach we sought business elsewhere. Special thanks to Toyota for your professionalism and caring during the purchase of our amazing new Highlander! We love it!

All personnel, service in particular, are friendly and are always looking out for the customer. I like bringing my vehicles to the service department at Capitol City Honda for the excellent service I always get. The service is great and always thorough. I highly recommend everything at this dealership!

I took my car in for the 75,000 mile service. I was told the service would be the oil change and the tires would be rotated. Upon picking up the car I, asked about the rotation. I was told they didn't do it because ' they didn't need it." I said the service manual states it should be done and you said it would be. The exact response from my service tech was " why would we do something it doesn't need. The tread is the same on all tires" So I left my car there for 3 hours spent my time driving there and returning and then to be told lies. After I checked and my front wheel drive the tires were not equal.
I understand forgetting something, but to tell me a lie and say it doesn't need to be done, why would we do it, is very frustrating. I challenge anyone at Capital City Honda to show me any recommendations not to rotate your tires if the the measure equal. In her scenario you wouldn't need to rotate your tires for 15-20 K miles. What a waste of my time. I will not go back there. Dishonest

Highly recommend to find another place to buy a vehicle. They will play with the number until you think you're getting a good deal, but what they actually doing is extending the loan more years without explaining it to you. On top of that they sold me a 2016 saying it was 2017. After that they said that they were going to figure something out to help me in getting a 2017 but all they did was stalling until is too late to do something.

Megan Hamm sold us our 2017 Corolla and we couldn't be any happier. We had been car shopping for over a month and she was super patient with us followed up and got us an amazing deal UNDER our budget!!!! She even stayed after hours since we made it in right before closing (sorry Megan). With amazing service like hers I can honestly say Capitol City Honda will always be our first stop when it comes to car shopping.

i just purchased new 2019 Honda HRV. This is my third Honda and the fifth Honda auto purchase in the family. The car buying experience was the typical textbook sales maneuvering and in the end I received a decent deal. My boyfriend was with me and his only job was to look out for my best interest. Dan Canoy the salesman was another issue. He waited till the deposit was collected and the last signature to tell him he was "not nice." His opinion does not matter. He as a salesman should consider how he treats his customers. His technique was sleazy, unwarranted and uncalled for. My fourth Honda purchase will not be from him or this dealership.

The service technician kept me informed every step...

The service technician kept me informed every step of the way regarding the work to be done. The engine was running rough and the tech thought it might need a tune up. After doing the diagnostic, he discovered a faulty sparkplug. First, he showed me the plug, and anyone could see it was heavily damaged. He suggested getting a new distributor cap, rotor, sparkplugs and wires because the ones there were aftermarket products. No wonder the car ran rough! It's been running like a top since I brought it in.

Joe and his sidekick(lol) loved the amazing customer service we received from Krystie Sarles. She was patient, funny and very helpful. We had a budget and she went out of her to help and make sure we were happy. She is absolutely amazing. Joe is loving his new car, and some day I'll get to drive it I was highly impressed would recommend her to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you Krystie for everything.

Despite some minor lack of communications, it was overall a smooth experience buying a new 2019 Accord LX here with my cousin. Initially worked with Jesse to come into agreement on a price online. Then scheduled an appointment to come in where we were unexpected on arrival. Then we learned they had to take off some accessories on the car to get to our price. Since there was no mentioning of these dealer installed accessories in email it was somewhat understandable, but it just didn't look good to mention the removal of accessories at this point knowing we agreed on the price of the car online. Had the car already had the accessories removed on our arrival without us knowing then that would be fine by us.

Despite the above issue, we worked with Rory on a test drive and got acquainted with the car's features. He was extremely patient and listened to our needs. When it came to finance paperwork, Tyler made the process quick and easy. There was zero pressure in trying to sell any additional warranty or packages for the car. The dealership already provides lifetime powertrain warranty and 10 yr roadside assistance on a new car and that itself is a huge plus.

This is definitely one of my top go to place for any future Honda purchases and will look for Jesse, Rory, and Tyler again.

When I didn't know if they were going to charge me nearly $50 to do that that was undisclosed to me at the time until it came time to pay. That's a deceptive business practices that I don't deal with anymore I'll no longer do business with this company start one store

Just went in for a routine oil change. I asked them to look at my headlights as I believed that one of them was out. When I came back to get my car, I asked if they had checked the headlights? They had forgotten. And so they grabbed one of the mechanics , made me the top priority, popped in a new headlight, ( Took maybe two minutes ) and told me it was on the house. Now that's great service! Thanks!

I showed up at Capital City Honda with the purchase of a Dodge Grand Caravan in mind. Teresa Fisher was great. She came out and met with us. We told her what we wanted and she was super fast got a key took us on a drive and we were driving off with our Dodge Grand Caravan with no hassle. She was very attentive to us and just as attentive to our 5 yr old daughter who asked her a million questions. I would totally recommend Teresa for your next used vehicle purchase at Capital City Honda!

I only gave them one star because a friend of mine was having very difficult time with them she bought a car there they had the car longer than she had the car in her possession all the time that she owned it we ended up having to take the car back and she tried to return the car multiple times with no results finally had to go with her and help her to return the vehicle and get her money back

Let me tell you, this place was awesome and we were treated like family from start to finish. They gave us a great deal and worked with us amazingly around the budget with zero down. The work was done very well, the car was all clean...

The work was done very well, the car was all cleaned up (which it needed) and finding the weak battery probably saved us a future problem this winter. What I appreciated was that the tires were NOT rotated because they didn't need it. That speaks volumes about your integrity of service.

The service was scheduled for 1.5 hours but took 2.0 hours. Since I was away, it didn't matter as I just returned as it was finished. However, if I had been there that whole time, I might have felt differently; although I usually use that time productively. I also recognized that you were jammed with people rushing to get service before taking a trip over the holidays.

Great customer service and experience from beginni...

Great customer service and experience from beginning to end. It's awesome that they offer a free wash and vacuum, however, the vacuum is only a partial vacuum. They don't do any detail vacuuming on your seats or carpets so it's not a really thorough job. Still very thankful for the offer!

Jeff Navian worked with me when I was looking at CRVs. I was so undecided and he was very forth coming with info I needed. I did the test drive and then decided against the CRV. I asked to test drive the Accord and instantly made the decision to go with the 2017 Accord EX-L V6 I love it. It is so comfortable and smooth riding. I am already planning my next big trip. Thanks Jeff for your patience and understanding. This is the first car I have bought on my own.

I regularly have my maintenance service done at Capitol City Honda even though I could get it done cheaper elsewhere. The high quality of the service is worth the premium price.

Comfortable environment for the most part. With all the in and out foot traffic, it was a little on the cool side in the waiting area nearest to the service area. After the service was complete, I had too ask for the location of my vehicle. Other than the two mentions I listed above, it was a pleasant experience.

A very stressful time for my car to presage breaki...

A very stressful time for my car to presage breaking down by flaring the Check Engine light at me. Yes, the cost to fix it was a blow. But the kindness of the staff (and other customers who must have overheard or seen my distress) was the star of the day. Darren Berschauer was sympathetic to the situation. He's always a sterling representative for Honda service. But a special mention goes to the young lady sitting at the desk behind him. Her name, he said, was Kelly, but I don't see her picture in the staff section online. She went above and beyond and gets my vote for the biggest heart and the kindest soul of the day. I wasn't even her customer.

So five stars doesn't mean I loved the experience. It means I am grateful for people who were part of it.

Thank you... (and please tell Kelly and Darren that my pet lived.)

Very frustrating that I have bought my second car ...

Very frustrating that I have bought my second car at your business two weeks ago,paid cash and when I had to have my windshield replaced you could not do that. The windshield was replaced but they couldn't recalibrate a hybrid so back to you who wouldn't bill my insurance, fax or email the bill to my insurance after I paid the cost and were generally unhelpful in any way but to make a copy of the bill and take my money. It was not the fault of the girl at the desk. It was totally the company. We will think long and hard before buying another car from your company.
