I bought a 2016 Honda CR-V from BJ last Saturday and had a wonderful experience working with him and the finance person Tyler. Those two alone get 5 stars from me. However, I came in a one day later to let BJ know that the windshield had a crack in it. BJ was off that day so I spoke with Spero, one of the managers. He was very nice and told me to bring it back in on Tuesday and they would fix the chip. They had my vehicle for 2 hours on Tuesday and the rock chip never got fixed. I brought it back to let him know that it hadn't been fixed. I spoke with another manager, Manny, who was rude and acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. I worked in the automobile glass industry for two years and know that a small chip can be fixed and look nearly invisible. When they were done with it, it looked like a child put super glue in the chip and smoothed it out. Because of this lack of service I have given them 3 stars. Capitol City Honda's sales staff is amazing. My family has worked with both BJ and Ronnie and have had the best experience. They finance department will work hard to get you the best rate and not sneak any hidden fees past you. But their management severely lacks quality customer service.
