Bought my car pre-covid and had a great experience...

Bought my car pre-covid and had a great experience with my salesman! After that it wasn't good, the car needed an alignment done bad and during that they realized it next went through their service department. My alignment as never fixed because COVID shut the store down then when they reopened I was told it was too late because it had been over 30 days since I bought my car. I call the used sales manager multiple times a day for a week with no call back. I had to replace my brakes and rotors less than 30 days after buying the car and had to replace my front struts; which was the cause for the poor alignment. I still have yet to receive any contact back from the sales manager. Defiantly won't be sending friends here or be back in the future for an upgrade.
