Best country club in Dallas. Great food and service. Awesome events from cooking classes to father-daughter dances. Awesome aquatics complex and pool food service.

Average food. Took my server too long to get our food to our table. During my dining experience I watched the manager yell at several employees. Really reflected on their lack of enthusiasm towards providing quality service.

Too many members to golf course ratio. The clubhouse is nice, but the members were very unfriendly and the course was fair to adequate at best. On my weekend play, a 5 hour round! The size of the driving range and all the golfers they try to squeeze on there was a joke!

Not a member but have great view of front nine as well as front gallery seat at hole 4or5 at the turnaround. Course looks very well kept nice grounds, also good changeup on pin positions. Weekends it looks like concessions available along cart paths at key holes. Possibly also cart delivery not sure on that one however.

Charming Old East Dallas Country Club. Not fussy or intimidating like other big city clubs. It has the same comfortably charming atmosphere that it has had since before I was born.

The Fourth of July fireworks party is amazing for kids and their parents.

Lakewood Country Club is a very family-oriented place. They have a golf course and a group of avid golf enthusiast. As well as the tennis court and other traditional Country Club offerings. They also have three swimming pools, and a variety of summer programs for kids which is what attracts the families and keep summer fun. There is a summer pool menu which offers everything from healthy salads, to hamburgers, hot dogs, french fries and macaroni and cheese. So even the pickiest of kids will find something to eat. The staff is friendly and helpful. And there's a parking garage which offers some shaded parking in the summer which is always a bonus.

I love this place to walk or run with your partner alone accompanied admire nature It is something beautiful And you do not have to go that far

World class golf course, great people and some of the best food in Dallas!

I'm a cook in the kitchen and the club and restaurant are only available to members that pay membership fees. The food that we make is very awesome and some of the best food I've ever eaten. We have an awesome Chef(William Koval) that has made the entire menu. All the food is made from scratch fresh daily. Every week we have at least two or three different specials that are always changing. From an employee's point of view, a lot of my coworkers have been here for many years. We are one big happy family! Everyone works so hard and has a passion for what they do. Just one of the many compliments we got last year that our general manager said that alot of the members have told him how happy, nice, and polite all of the employees are in AND outside of work, representing Lakewood Country Club and taking pride of where we work hard to make sure all members and their families have an experience they can't get anywhere else. A few of the members have said how they don't feel like it is a normal country club, since it's smaller size, they feel more like a big extended family instead of numbered accounts that belong to a club. I'm happy to work here, I feel I have good opportunity to grow as an employee and a person. We have have great benefits and will you get taken care of very well. If you have never seen the club before, come take a tour of the golf and Tennis courses, the pool , workout room, bar, ballrooms for very large parties. There's a daycare, men's and women's bar and social area, different activities such as yoga and wine tasting and many many many more.

They were so rude...my friend got a fat tire and couldn't drive anywhere was down to the rim...had cops called on her bc she was trespassing bc she was in the drive way bc she didnt want to get hit bc Abrams is a busy street.so when I came with a spare tire...employees came out and was looking and one guy took down my license plates...the only person who helped and was cool and understood the situation was the security gaurd.

The best service, and restrooms are very clean, valet parking very friendly.

You ll find me at the 19th hole. I get thirsty just being near a golf course.

Quality facility, great service from staff, good food and a really nice course.

This place had everything dialed in. The valets were nice and welcoming. Once we walked in there was a coat check and they pointed us I the correct direction for our party. The wine room was a great size for us and the food was delicious. The service in between each course was a little slow but nothing to cost them a star. Overall great experience!
