Capitol City Honda Review

Tried contacting by phone 4-7 times and nobody answered then i got hung up on.
When I was looking at a car they told me car was clean, carfax clean, everything went through checking. I find out it needs a new battery, oil AND filter change with engine trouble. And they never told me about any of this, I found out by myself.
Very rude customer service that is hungry for money and judges off personal appereance. ( yes, your service will be depends on your looks )
Pathetic dealership that never sells like the toyota one next to it because of how crappy their customer service is. I can't believe they've been running THIS long

I love Capital City Honda i bought my 2011 Chevy Malibu through there used car lot and had a great experience ever since then, even when i get my oil changed i go through them its cheap they never mess up and dont push you to spend extra money on stuff you dont need.. Great service and staff !!!

I recently spent 2 weeks dealing with your dealership in what turned out to be a longer than anticipated lease end process. My lease was soon to end and so I was on the market for a new car. I only wanted 1 car which was in your inventory but not yet on your lot. No one knew for sure when it would arrive. However, your sales manager reached out to me and advised he would work with me to make sure I got it. I work in another area of the auto industry myself, so naturally I had a lot of questions. But I came in to see if something could be worked out.

Your sales manager and sales professional spent probably 5 hrs with me that day showing me other vehicles like the one I wanted (since the one I wanted wasn t there yet) and working with me to give me a fair deal, and I ll be the first to admit I m not easily convinced but they were patient with me. Even after the deal was made, they continued to answer my questions and update me on the status of the new vehicle coming in, and I was able to continue driving my trade in until it got there so I was not car less.

The whole process took 2 weeks, but kudos to your sales manager and sales professional for sticking with me and being more than fair. I picked up the new car last week and I love it!

The people were extremely nice and when I came in a half hour early they took me right away anyway. They not only washed my car but also cleaned the inside of it so it looked like s brand new car. Everyone I dealt with was very kind. I would highly recommend them to all my family and friends and will continue to have them service my car whenever it s needed. Again, thank you for the wonderful and caring service.

Recently I had to fight another dealership about a lemon they sold me, I prevailed finally and Jeff was able to make it so I dropped off my lemon at the other dealership and picked up my new car at CCH that same day! We leased a 2018 CR-V, it was quick and easy. everyone was super helpful and not pushy in anyway. they took the time to explain everything about a lease to us to make sure it was what we wanted to do. we went through Jared Morlan he was the best salesman i have ever had the pleasure to work with. I will definitely be coming back to them when our lease is up.

Rory was very helpful as well as the entire finance team. They helped me get a better newer car even with a balance still owed on my trade in!!

Full engine replacement under an extended warranty. Service was exceptional. I was offered a loaner car with out requesting one and the service advisor kept me informed each step of the way. When it was determined that the engine would have to be replaced instead of just repaired the service department overnighted an engine from Portland and had the installation completed with-in a day. I'll start by saying I love my car and the buying process was great. Sales has some great guys in there. Five stars for the sales department.

We've called twice about a recall (on a five month old car) and there's no record of that.

And I understand that you're trying to save water and cut down on washes, that's commendable. But please don't tell one customer you won't wash/vacuum their car and offer it to several other customers that exact same day.

When you're discontinuing a service all employees should be on the same page about it and if you don't have time to offer a complimentary service (vacuuming) then be honest and tell the customer that.

Great customer service, finished the service on time as forecasted. I have always had a pleasant experience with Honda no matter where I go. Great company and customer-focused service.

Bought our first car here last week and had a great experience! Greg helped us test drive and get through the paperwork quickly. We were walking around looking at cars at different dealerships in the car park, and happened to find exactly what we were looking for at Capitol City. We test drove it that day and put a deposit down to reserve the car for 24 hours while we did some research and got insured. We drove it home the next day! It's too soon to tell for sure, but it's been running great so far (and anyways, we got a pretty decent bumper to bumper warranty). When we test drove it the tire pressure light was on, Greg said they'd check the tire pressure and the light should go off after a few miles, and it did! I thought buying our first car was going to be drawn out or stressful, but it went very smoothly (part of it was having our dream car dropped into our laps, but in terms of paperwork and financing everything was easy!).

Got a great deal on a practically new vehicle on there pre-owned lot. Great friendly service made my buying experience a breeze. Would highly suggest stopping in and taking a look at what they have to offer wether it be a new or used vehicle.

Amazing customer service from the service writer. After our vehicle recall was complete we asked to talk to a salesman and got more great service. I have never had such great service at a dealership. We will define back when the time comes to purchase a new vehicle.

I went online and explained I liked the looks of a car in their online advertising. I received a call from Amber the Manager of Online Sales and made an appointment to come in at 10:45. I ran a little late and arrived at 11:00 instead. I was invited in to drive the car I was interested in and met John my Sales person. He took me for a test drive and I was very happy with what I saw and felt in the car. We went in to discuss my purchase. After choosing a Warranty plan that ends up covering my car bumper to bumper for four years and my trade in I felt a very happy purchaser. I go today to pick up my car. My experience at Capitol City Honda was pleasant, really unexpectedly so, and I appreciate their full coverage of what I could do to trade my old car in with them. I will deal with them again.

I have been taking my Hondas here since we purchased our Pilot in 2011. I have been impressed with the customer service each time I take my car in for service. They are great at keeping you informed as the process goes on. I had an appointment and was told how long it would take and they were within 10 minutes of that time. My cars are always washed and vacuumed. The staff there is top notch. Thank you!

This was our first maintenance visit to Capitol City Honda with our out-of-state purchase of a new Honda. Capitol City Honda is our new Honda go-to place after our move to Washington state. It was great meeting Hobie, our maintenance supervisor. He is a very friendly and conscientious young man who volunteered to find answers to our questions when they weren't at his fingertips. Also extremely helpful with some questions regarding Honda options purchased in another state was Capitol City Honda's Finance Manager, Kevin Dunn.

J.D. provided an extremely pleasant car buying experience. I felt that he and the sales managers were very transparent and I did not feel pressured. I would absolutely recommend Capitol City Honda to anyone looking for a new car.

Brock, Abe, and the Honda team are the best! Unfortunately, I did not get to purchase a vehicle through this dealership because I am disproportionately tall and vehicles within my budget did not meet the assortment of things I was looking for while accommodating my height. (Not Honda s fault. Jealous I couldn t get into one.) But if you are on the market for a Honda, go to these guys. Even if it is a drive for you, their reviews are accurate. They make you feel like a human and not a number, and Brock and Abe had great energy to accompany it all that made the experience fun and less daunting.

This is my 4th Honda and every experience I have had over the years with the service department department has been a 5 star experience. They are courteous and work to get you in and out as soon as possible. Unlike other dealerships in the area, I trust Honda as they have never taken advantage of me and only do the work that is necessary. That is why I keep going back whenever I need service or a new car.

I recently purchased a Honda Accord 2.0T Touring from this dealership and love the vehicle. I am completely happy with car. This is the 4th Honda I have ever owned and I will most likely purchase another one in the future. I would like to also mention that the service department is great. Very helpful and friendly staff. I have purchased my vehicle from them with no pressure. And when my vehicle needs service it's done when they said it would be done. They also vacuum and wash it so it's nice and clean.

I dread car shopping with a passion largely because I've always been made to feel like a dimwit. Meeting David Budavong at my appointment was a surprise because he is the complete antithesis of the typical salesperson.
He was cordial, courteous, professional.

David LISTENS. I easily settled on a car because the models he showed me were based on my responses to his questions. Then during the pricing/negotiation process, not once was I made to feel inadequate or pressured.

In summary, David made my experience with Capitol City Honda an incredible one!!

My Acura was acting crazy. Honda got me right in, were super helpful and knowledgeable and incredibly friendly.

Financing with Tyler was fast and a very pleasant experience. Working with Teresa was great as well! She was determined to make sure I got the right vehicle at the right price point with all the right options!

Great service. Darren is always the best. Friendly greeting and can not do enough to make our service visit complete and informative. Today we had an extended time requirement because of extra work to be done and he arranged a loaner car so that we could do other errands while ours was in the shop. Especially appreciated since we live over 100 miles away from Olympia.

9/26 - I came in hoping to have a quick look at a Ridgeline since I am poking around for a new car. Came in just after 7. One guy was with a customer and one guy in the office doing some finance work and two guys in the office on the north side just talking to each other. 3 passed me and one of them asked how my night was going, that was it. Not asking if I have been helped or if I had questions. Would have been super easy to just unlock one for me so I could look around it, but I guess whatever they were talking about was more important than a potential customer. I guess I will just buy my car in Yakima when the time comes.

10/2 - Round 2. I was engaged almost immediately and Ron did a great job explaining things to me with lease vs buying. When the time comes I will buy it from Ron.

Let me just saw WOW! I needed a key cut for my 2001 accord and I called around to this place to get a key cut and programmed and they gave it to me for a great price cheaper than the key shops I went to! The thing that shocked me is that it only took about 2 mins and I was out of there! I recommend comming here to the parts department and anything else because they treat you so well!

It was easy to just come in and find someone willing to help, I had a lot of questions because I was in between the civic hatch and si but I got the car I wanted and I'm happy with my purchase. Thank you capital city Honda, and thank you to my salesmen Willie!

Took my car in for an oil change, they said my front brakes were fine and had 5mm left. Then took my car in to Les Schwab for the free tire rotation, Schwab showed me my brakes right on the car, nearly metal on metal. The mechanics here must be blind. Thank goodness Schwab set me straight.

Dex, the service rep took care of my 20 year old Honda with great care; explaining work that may be needed yet not trying to oversell. I will continue using this dealership.

I was there to look at an Insight. I parked at the area next to the vehicle repair. I then started looking for an insight. I didnt see one so I walked over to the other lot, I didn't see one. I was expecting to have someone come over and help me out. No such luck. I finally found one. I looked it over and wanted see another. I walked around for a bit and found two in an adjacent parking lot. I then started reading the ticket on one. Then I got in one and was looking at inside of this vehicle. I got out and expected someone to se me. I was walking back to my vehicle and decided to go into the showroom. I looked over vehicles, then I walked over to the place where they had booklets about each Honda. Looked through them for a bit. I took one for the Insight turned around and walked to the door looked around. No one. I left. I dont know if i am just being a little selfish or maybe expecting to much. Maybe that's the way Homda is selling cars these days. I am very disappointed with Honda, at least in Olympia. I suppose i will have to take trip to Tacoma or Seattle.

This place is absolutely great! They helped me purchase my first car! A real huge step for me. I absolutely love my car! The customer service here is excellent! They even stayed late to make sure everything was done and signed. They worked extra hard for me to be able to walk out with keys and im very thankful for that. Thats when you know you're salesman/woman is working for you. Thanks for the best experience guys and for youre hard work!

Took Fit in for 2 recalls. Easy and fast appointment set up on phone. Upon arrival found the waiting area pleasant. Work was finished within the service time estimate. Staff was very friendly. Observed many interactions between staff and customers while waiting and found them all very courteous.
