Very disappointed with Rory today. On the 3rd car that we looked at (and the first that we wanted to test drive), Rory refused to let us test drive the vehicle, stating that the car was only for people that were serious buyers. I told him that my primary car was out of commission and we desperately needed a vehicle, but Rory acted as if we couldn't buy the car at $33K. Rory must be paid on commission as to put such little effort in selling a car just based on someone's looks.

I appreciate response and the acknowledgement of the issue, but I want to be clear that this wasn t a safety concern or just a rookie salesman. Rory purposely didn t want to keep showing us cars, because he thought we were not serious buyers and were consuming his time. I ve never had a car salesman actually complain about having to show car after car as if it was pointless.

The bottom line is that it is not right to discriminate against people and fail the primary function of your job, because the people you are supposed to be helping don t look like they are going to make you money.

I hope this review aids the owners in properly training their staff and as a warning to others in hopes to prevent a similar situation at Capitol City Honda.
